第一,各种化身圆满了利他的事业之后,气脉和菩提心转为安住之处,成为清净圆满报身,从而现前了自生字Śrī Heruka(藏文:ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ,梵文天城体:श्रीहेरुक,梵文罗马拟音:Śrī Heruka,吉祥黑汝迦)的意义,安住在无生法身的体性之中。

Then how to practice? It is not to cultivate by placing the knowing consciousness on the object of focus, nor is it like saying to abide without any mental fabrication, that is just talk. Here, focus without distraction, without grasping, and settle the consciousness in a state of non-doing. By settling in samadhi in this way, the subtle obscurations of knowable objects, along with habitual tendencies, are abandoned by the realization of samadhi. When the dawn appears, great luminosity manifests, and thus perfect and complete enlightenment is realized. Third, from the perspective of understanding the resultant union as unborn, there are two ways to settle the mind on unfabricated wisdom: settling on the inseparability of mind essence and Mahamudra, and settling on the inseparability of the Buddha and the three bodies. First, the meaning of the fourth empowerment is also called Mahamudra, and also called the co-emergent wisdom of mind essence. What is that? It is this naked, unadorned, clear and empty, free from conceptualization awareness. Upon examining this, its nature is the union of appearance and emptiness, its essence is the union of clarity and emptiness, and its characteristic is the union of bliss and emptiness. These three arise in the continuum without separation. Experiencing it is called Mahamudra, because that awareness is continuous, without change, and without birth and death. Apart from it, there cannot be another Mahamudra, so Mahamudra and one's own mind are inseparable. Settling on the inseparability of the Buddha and the three bodies has two aspects: settling on the inseparability of oneself and the three bodies upwards, and settling on the inseparability of the Buddha and the three bodies downwards. First, after the various manifestations have perfected the deeds of benefiting others, the channels, winds, and bodhicitta are transformed into a place of abiding, becoming the pure and complete enjoyment body, thereby manifesting the meaning of the self-arisen syllable Śrī Heruka (藏文:ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ,梵文天城体:श्रीहेरुक,梵文罗马拟音:Śrī Heruka,吉祥黑汝迦), and abiding in the nature of the unborn Dharmakaya. Second, the multitude of inseparability means that, like this, without moving from the great peace of the nature of the unborn Dharmakaya, due to the power of cultivating compassion within, with the complete enjoyment body adorned with marks and signs, teaching the Dharma to the bodhisattvas of the pure ten bhumis, and with the pure aspiration, with hundreds of millions of manifestations,

It is the pure one who teaches various vehicles in accordance with the individual intentions of the six types of beings. Other and the nature of mind is emptiness, the Dharmakaya; the essence is luminosity, the Nirmanakaya; the characteristic is bliss, the Sambhogakaya; non-conceptual Dharmakaya; indivisible Svabhavikakaya. The wisdom that knows all that appears in that variety of ways is the wisdom of knowing as it is. The wisdom that knows the emptiness of nature, luminosity and emptiness are indivisible, that is, the realm and wisdom are indivisible. Third, with the instruction of mixing the former and the latter into one, there are two ways to equalize the taste of everything with the essence: to equalize the taste by mixing whatever arises into non-duality, and to equalize the taste by the conduct of spontaneous arising and self-liberation of attachment. The first has six: equalizing the taste by mixing the path and nature into non-duality, equalizing the taste by mixing experience and realization into non-duality, equalizing the taste by mixing Buddha and sentient beings into non-duality, equalizing the taste by mixing samsara and nirvana into non-duality, equalizing the taste by mixing sin and virtue into non-duality, and equalizing the taste by mixing the eight worldly dharmas into non-duality. The first is: when not realized, the path is with effort and exertion, and the nature is spontaneously accomplished, the two are different. If realized, from the third empowerment of the path onwards, practice through various means of effort and exertion, and the meaning of the fourth nature abides in spontaneous accomplishment, the two become one taste, therefore non-dual and equal in taste. The second is: when not realized, experience is contaminated, and realization is uncontaminated, the two are different. If realized, experience is bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and realization is that nothing is established in its own nature, the two become one taste, therefore non-dual and equal in taste. The third is: when not realized, sentient beings are ignorance, and Buddha is wisdom and knowledge, the two are different. If realized, the sentient being with the bonds of ignorance recognizes himself, and becomes one taste in the ocean of wisdom and knowledge, therefore non-dual and equal in taste. The fourth is: samsara is the nature of suffering, and liberation is nirvana, the two are different when not realized. If realized, because the nature of samsara is understood, it becomes one taste, inseparable from the nature of nirvana, therefore non-dual and equal in taste. The fifth is: sin is to be abandoned,
