Although performing virtuous deeds and committing sins are two different things, if one realizes, then sins will disappear unconsciously and will not arise in the mind; virtuous deeds will transcend conceptualization and go beyond the intellect, and these two will become non-dual, becoming one, therefore they are non-dual and equal. The sixth point is: When not realized, happiness and suffering appear to be different, but if realized, neither happiness nor suffering has inherent existence, therefore they are equal in non-duality. That is to say, high and low, gain and loss, fame and obscurity, all are equal in non-duality. Secondly, there are ten ways to equalize spontaneous attachment and self-liberation behavior: If attachment to this life arises, act like a magician; if belief in the reality of appearances arises, act like a madman; if strong attachment to wealth arises, act like a child; if thoughts of cleanliness and impurity arise, act like a dog and a pig; if sadness arises for relatives and friends, act like a female deer; if obstacles of illness and demons arise, act like a hero entering the battlefield; if merit is seduced by demons, act like a feather carried by the wind; if obstacles of a consort with a lotus garland arise, act like a rhinoceros; if suffering and sorrow arise, act like a celestial musician; at all times and in all circumstances, act like wearing the sky as clothing. Fourth, there are three ways in which the result appears like the sky: on whom it appears, when it appears, and how it appears. First, it appears on the yogi who has self-nature, to those with devotion, it appears with the power of blessing; to those with diligence, it appears with the power of meditation. As for time, it does not depend on countless eons, etc., but appears in an unspeakable moment in a state of unwavering focus, without grasping, and with awareness free from activity. The way it appears is: the essence appears as the essence of the Dharmakaya, the self-appearance is the stainless Dharmakaya, naturally luminous, all phenomena are pacified, free from the obscurations of ignorance and the stains of virtuous and non-virtuous karmic imprints. When it appears to others, the Rupakaya appears stainless, and with the two Rupakayas, to those to be tamed who are pure and impure, in superior and inferior ways.
