Then, holding the (vajra) in hand, say "Look at this," and raise it three times. In the pure land of the Great Seal, the bliss-great yogini abides. Without action, without effort, without birth, without death, it is beyond characteristics and inconceivable. This is just a name, a symbol, a convention. Saying this is to introduce the meaning of the symbol: the vajra is inconceivable wisdom, the palm of the hand is its place, and raising it three times is the non-dual nature. From this, the wisdom of great joy arises from its own nature, and the defilements of grasping the three—body, speech, and mind—as separate are purified. The nature of the co-emergent body becomes the yogini of co-emergent wisdom. One should practice rejoicing in obtaining the empowerment of the precious words. The empowerment of the nectar of blessings from the lineage is: placing the skull cup (Sanskrit: Bhaṇḍa) with willow branches on the disciple's head, and reciting: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Heruka, the embodiment of glorious nectar, the nature of nectar Heruka, the empowerment of the inexhaustible body wheel, whoever relies on it will be liberated, all of you! Then pour a little nectar into the right hand, give it, and have them drink it. Give it to your right hand, place it on the tongue, and drink it, so that the Lalana channel is filled, and contemplate that you have obtained the empowerment of the inexhaustible body, the wheel of ornaments. Again, hold it on the head and recite: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Yogini, the embodiment of glorious nectar, the nature of nectar Yogini, the empowerment of the inexhaustible speech wheel, whoever relies on it will be liberated, all of you! Then pour nectar into the left hand, give it, and have them drink it. Give it to your left hand and drink it, so that the Rasana channel is filled, and contemplate that you have obtained the empowerment of the inexhaustible speech, the wheel of ornaments. Then hold it at the heart and recite: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Method and wisdom are inseparable, the nature of the Dharmakaya of the Dakini, this immortal wisdom nectar, which has come well from the lineage of the gurus, the stream of nectar has never been interrupted, the empowerment of the inexhaustible mind wheel, whoever relies on it will be liberated, all of you! Then give it to both hands, place it on the tongue, and drink it, so that the Dhuti channel is filled, and think that you have obtained the empowerment of the inexhaustible mind, the wheel of ornaments. Thus, one becomes the co-emergent wisdom yogini of the body of great bliss in the realm of the elements, and one should rejoice in obtaining the empowerment of the inexhaustible continuous wheel of body, speech, and mind.

Meditate! Here, let me briefly explain the benefits of nectar. In the explanatory lineage of the Secret Tantra, it says: "The great flesh vow is the most supreme, the three vajras are perfectly accomplished. The vow of feces and urine is the most supreme, becoming the chief of the vidyadharas." And so on, extensively taught in the Father Tantra as well. In the Mother Tantra, the Vajra Tent Tantra of the Dakini, it says: "The yogi who relies on Akshobhya, all diseases are abandoned. Constantly attains great bliss, the Vajra Sun eliminates fever. Accomplishes the great king of meaningful achievement, the Vajra power will arise. Glorious, accomplishing all meanings, therefore the yogi should rely on it. The yogi born of Akshobhya, enjoys for five thousand years. Constantly it is said to be ten thousand, the Vajra Sun becomes a hundred thousand. Amitayus is countless, explained as like the sky in front. Two immeasurable Vajra Suns, gathered at the root and accomplished. The yogi who relies on these two, becomes equal to Samantabhadra. The wisdom of Prajnaparamita, is called the Vajra Sun. In the means of all dharmas, the Tathagata Amitayus. The Buddha Vajradhara himself, generates means and wisdom. All three realms are gathered, below the earth, above the earth, and above the sky. The nature of blood and semen is gathered. Spoken by Vajra Lord. Nails, flesh, and likewise the elements, semen is Avalokiteshvara. Skin and blood are the great illuminator, bones and fat are Vajradhara. Vajra Vairochana is the protector, the protector's brain is Hayagriva. The five Buddhas are his limbs, spoken by Vajra Dakini. Because the earth element is completely pure, the eye is the mother holding the wheel. Likewise, the water of the Vajra Consort, warmth is the daughter of the lotus. The pure lineage is Tara, the four are the Vajra Consorts. These are spoken by the Tent, called Vajra Dakini." And so on, all the new and old tantras say that one should have faith in the essence of achieving immortality and the root of both siddhis. This is the order of the main empowerment. The third is the subsequent permission, which is fourfold: the supreme subsequent permission of the three secrets, and the blessing.

Therefore, there is the subsequent permission of inseparability, the subsequent permission of special vows, and the subsequent permission of altruistic activities. First, in the space in front, visualize all the Kagyu lineage lamas, the ten great lords of yoga, Vajrayogini and the assembly of dakinis, all of whom emit white light from their foreheads, flickering and shimmering, entering the brow of the disciple. From the stream of each light, the inconceivable secret essence of each body, each body appearing white, radiant and glorious, dissolves into the forehead. Again, red light emanates from the throats of all, entering the throat, and from the stream of that light, each body appears red and dissolves into the throat. Again, blue light emanates from the hearts of all, striking the heart, and from the stream of that light, each body appears blue and dissolves into the heart. Therefore, all the qualities of body, speech, and mind of the lamas, yidams, and dakinis are perfected in oneself, and one obtains the empowerment of the inconceivable secrets of body, speech, and mind. Meditate in this way. Second, the subsequent permission of inseparability: The lama smears sindhura on the mirror with his finger, and the teacher and student both recite in the manner of repetition: From now until all lifetimes, may I not be separated from the Kagyu lamas! May I not be separated from the qualified lama lord! Smear on the throat. From now until all lifetimes, may I not be separated from the ten lords of yoga! May I not be separated from Jetsun Tilopa! Smear on the heart. From now until all lifetimes, may I not be separated from the assembly of mothers and dakinis! May I not be separated from the coemergent yogini! Smear on all limbs. From now until all lifetimes, may I not be separated from the Dharma protectors and oath-bound guardians! May I not be separated from the wisdom protectors! Say this and bless. Third, the subsequent permission of special vows: You all should protect the outer and inner vows, mainly the outer vows, which are encompassed by the samaya vows of indivisible depth and vastness, and the inner vows, which are encompassed by the eight vows, without letting them degenerate! Thus it should be said.
