Therefore, one must follow these teachings, not waste time, and always remain inseparable from the two aspects of Bodhicitta. This has two aspects, outer and inner. The outer, relative Bodhicitta is the generation of the aspiration and engagement Bodhicitta. The ultimate Bodhicitta is to abide equally in the sphere free from elaboration. The inner, relative Bodhicitta is to protect the Kundā-like (semen) without decline. The ultimate Bodhicitta is to constantly abide in the Samadhi of bliss and emptiness. This is connected to the outer path of asceticism and the inner path of the young child. If, on top of these three, one relies on the three methods properly, then the fruition, the three Kayas, will quickly manifest. Second, the actual instruction is explained in detail in three parts: The cause, the co-emergent, which abides by its own nature; the method, the co-emergent, which causes the arising of the three experiences; the result, the co-emergent, the way in which the three doors of liberation and the three Kayas manifest. The first has two parts: The nature of reality, the unborn co-emergent, the first; the cause, the self-existing co-emergent, the second. The first is: The nature of mind, the reality of things, does not arise from anywhere, but is co-emergent from the beginning. All phenomena included in Samsara and Nirvana are gathered into one's own mind, and apart from mind, no phenomenon exists. That very nature of mind is naturally co-emergent from the beginning and pervades all realms of sentient beings. When examined inwardly, the essence is experienced as mere clarity and awareness, clarity being the characteristic of mind. That very clarity, from its own essence, does not arise in the beginning, does not remain in the middle, and does not cease in the end. It is not established as an object of color, shape, and so on. It does not abide anywhere, inside or outside the body, above or below. No matter how much one searches, it cannot be found. No matter how much one analyzes, it cannot be established. That is emptiness, called the nature of mind. Likewise, the one who searches is none other than the mind itself, the aspect of clarity. Thus, the essence of clarity is emptiness, and the nature of emptiness is clarity. The indivisible union of these two is called union, inseparability, inexpressibility, the co-emergent nature, and so on. When practicing it: From the co-emergent accomplishment, Since it is not meditated by the mind, All beings will meditate. The unmeditated med

By meditating on oneself, all phenomena will be fully understood. Stable and moving sentient beings, such as grass, forests, and sprouts, their very nature is oneself. If one is certain to meditate on this supreme nature, then there is nothing that can be separated from it. As it is said, for the nature that cannot be meditated upon, by abiding equally with individual awareness, one will be liberated into the realm of bliss and emptiness inseparable. As mentioned before: individual self-awareness is great bliss, whoever meditates on individual self-awareness, will attain realization from oneself. Thus it is. Secondly, if one does not understand the true nature in this way and instead clings to inverted views, then the three poisons, the three doors, and so on, will gradually form, and one will wander in the place of samsara. This is called the co-emergent cause. Here, it is explained with fifteen dharmas, namely, the nine dharmas of the three doors, plus the six dharmas of obstacles, totaling fifteen dharmas. First, the nine dharmas are: the three doors, namely body, speech, and mind. The three channels of the body, namely the central channel, the left channel, and the right channel, are co-emergent. The three of speech, namely the arising, entering, and abiding of wind, are co-emergent. The three of mind, namely the afflictions of desire, hatred, and ignorance, the three poisons, are co-emergent. From this, the essence of the three poisons manifests as the six internal and external obstacles, which are also co-emergent. Internal obstacles: from desire arises wind disease; from hatred arises bile disease; from ignorance arises phlegm disease; these three diseases are co-emergent. External obstacles: from desire arise female demons and other female spirits; from hatred arise war gods and other male spirits; from ignorance arise nagas, poisonous creatures, earth lords, and other naga spirits. Thus, these fifteen dharmas, initially due to the delusion of one's own mind, are controlled by afflictions, and are co-emergent from the moment the body is formed. Therefore, in order to purify these, one must strive to practice the path. Secondly, there are two co-emergent methods: the path of asceticism and the path of the child. First, for the conceptual ascetic, when initially entering the path, there are three preliminary practices. Meditating on the guru on the crown of the head: on one's own crown, on a precious throne supported by eight lions, on a seat of various lotuses, suns, and moons stacked upon each other, visualize the root guru in the form of Vajradhara,
