From a single channel, it becomes one channel, and is brought from the left nostril or the left ear canal. It enters from my left foot or left nostril. According to the order of entering from above and below. One controls with one's own single channel. Nourishing and expanding from the crown of the head to the navel, or gradually expanding from the navel to the crown of the head, either of the two. The crown of the head becomes very vast. The bodhicitta strikes the Om (藏文:ཨྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the navel and vigorously urges it, opening the central channel, destroying the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the heart and the Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) at the throat without any attachment, and striking the Hum (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hāṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) at the crown of the head. The melting bodhicitta bindu of Hum (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hāṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) burns and drips, and the power becomes greater and greater, and between Om (藏文:ཨྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) and the two, or in the manner of dissolving into Om (藏文:ཨྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) itself, meditate on burning and dripping, and a blissful and clear samadhi will arise in body and mind. Pulsations, movements, tremors, and making strange noises, etc., will occur. If you want to pacify it, do what is called "the headless letter," inhaling and exhaling vigorously three times. If that does not pacify it, meditate on not focusing on Hum If that does not pacify it either, meditate on the upper part of the body above the heart being empty. If that does not pacify it either, remember that all phenomena are your own mind, and it will be pacified. This is the order of mantra. The order of wisdom is to gradually meditate on bliss. That is, for a person who has generated the experience of the mantra order. The bodhicitta that descends from Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) arises from the path of the central channel, descends to the place of the vajra jewel, and generates the experience of the sixteen joys of lower stability. That is, it may arise in one session on the same seat. It may also arise after several days or months. Its order is to cut off the object of the mantra order. The bodhicitta that descends from the crown of the head descends to the tip of the vajra jewel. Meditate on the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arising again and again, and after it arises, it is the joy of joy. After it arises there, meditate on the waist of the vajra as before. It is the supreme joy of joy. If the bliss is unbearable, meditate on the root of the vajra. It is the joy of separation from joy. If it is still unbearable there, hold the mind on the bliss at the navel. It is the coemergent joy of joy.

Having arisen, the four joys gathered by joy. If it is unbearable, then keep the mind focused on bliss at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the joy of supreme joy. If it is still unbearable, then fix the mind on bliss at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the supreme joy of supreme joy. If it is still unbearable, then fix the mind on bliss at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the joy-free of supreme joy. If it is still unbearable, then fix the mind on the bliss in the heart, this is the innate joy of supreme joy. If even there, bliss is unbearable and one feels the heart trembling and shaking, then this is the completion of the four joys gathered by supreme joy. Again, keep the mind focused on a position one-fourth of the way up. This is the joy of joy-free. If even there, bliss is unbearable, then keep the mind focused on bliss at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the supreme joy of joy-free. If it is still unbearable, then keep the mind focused on bliss at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the joy-free of joy-free. If bliss is still unbearable, then keep the mind focused on the throat at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the innate joy of joy-free. There, if because of focusing, bliss is unbearable and one feels the voice faltering, and even feels unable to speak, then this is the completion of the four joys gathered by joy-free. Again, keep the mind focused on bliss at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the joy of innate joy. If bliss is still unbearable, then keep the mind focused on bliss at a position one-fourth of the way up, this is the supreme joy of innate joy. If it is still unbearable, then fix the mind on the shoulder blade at a position one-fourth of the way up and meditate, this is the joy-free of innate joy. If even there, bliss is unbearable, then fix the mind on the bliss bindu at the crown of the head and meditate, this is the innate joy of innate joy. Like this, all of these should be meditated upon as experiences arising in each position. If experience does not arise, then return to the previous position and meditate again. Having meditated like this, all things appear as bliss, one becomes tranquil or intoxicated by bliss, or falls down, or whatever object one focuses on and looks at, one feels intoxicated by bliss, then this is the completion of the sixteen joys of the wisdom stage, after that, interrupt it and meditate on the secret stage. This is the wisdom stage. After that, meditate on the secret stage.
