The place is the three mandalas that are inherently present. The order is to gradually clarify. The ultimate extent is to clearly see the three mandalas, such as the four wheels, as they are. The mantra is the oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the navel. The order is to gradually increase until the wheels are burned. The ultimate extent is jumping and so on. Wisdom is the innate wisdom of the lower stability. The order is that the nectar of the Tathagata's wisdom enters from the left, and is experienced from the vajra jewel to the eyebrows. The ultimate extent is that all things manifest happiness and so on. The secret is the life-sustaining wind. The order is to hold the wind in the nostrils and meditate, gradually eliminating the faults of the winds. The ultimate extent is that the body is as light as cotton wool, seeing the five signs, averting the obstacles of the dakinis, and so on. Non-duality is the object and the subject, or the innate nature of the mind, which is the non-duality of appearance and emptiness. The order is to gradually realize that all phenomena, internal and external, are inseparable in nature. The ultimate extent is to attain clairvoyance, thereby cutting off the worldly path. Then, relying on the prophecy mudra, gradually traversing the twelve grounds, such as the ground and the near ground, the Buddha ground will be manifested. For the time being, the summary has been shown. For the extensive meditation on the four stages, first, establish the order of the tantra through hearing and thinking, and then clarify the visualization during the meditation: Sit comfortably on a cushion, with the limb of samadhi preceding, meditate on any mandala, such as the thirty-seven deities of the generation stage. Then, the wheels of the mandala rotate to the left, and the corners rotate to the right, and in accordance with the breath, gather from the right nostril, half from the left nostril, into the hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart. Finally, the mother Vajravarahi also dissolves into the oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the navel, and light emanates from the oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and gradually visualize the two wheels of action and the four upper wheels. Clearly visualize the three channels, that is, the left and right channels are blocked by yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬) and ge (藏文,无对应梵文,梵文罗马拟音:ge,汉语字面意思:格). Among them, at the gate of life, the wind wheel arises from yaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬), blue in color, marked with banners. At the triple junction, the fire wheel arises from raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), triangular, with one point facing downwards.

Meditate on the three that are stable and blazing upwards. The navel, the emanation wheel, is red in color, with eight petals in the inner circle, divided into eight sections. The outer circle has fifty-six petals, with thirty-four Ka (ཀཱ་, Devanagari: का, Romanization: kā, Literal meaning: Ka) rotating clockwise. Sixteen A (ཨཱ་, Devanagari: आ, Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: A) rotating counterclockwise. Following that are the six short sounds of the twelve vowels: a, i, u, e, o, aṃ. Then, the heart, the Dharma wheel, is black in color with eight petals. In the four directions are Bhrūṃ (བྷྲཱུྃ, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: Bhrūṃ), Āṃ (ཨཱྃ, Devanagari: आं, Romanization: āṃ, Literal meaning: Āṃ), Jiṃ (ཛིྃ, Devanagari: जिं, Romanization: jiṃ, Literal meaning: Jiṃ), Khaṃ (ཁྃ, Devanagari: खं, Romanization: khaṃ, Literal meaning: Khaṃ), and in the center is Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanization: huṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). In the four corners are Ya, Ra, La, Va. The throat has a red inner circle. The four petals have four long vowels: Ā, Ī, Ū, E. In the center is Ai. The outer circle has twelve petals, devoid of neuter vowels. The crown of the head, the great bliss wheel, is white in color with thirty-two petals, devoid of laughing letters. In the center is the white letter Haṃ (ཧྃ, Devanagari: हं, Romanization: haṃ, Literal meaning: Haṃ) facing downwards. Then, the right channel Roma is the nature of the sun and fire. Red in color, facing upwards, between each A (ཨཱ་, Devanagari: आ, Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: A) facing downwards, seal with two Ka (ཀཱ་, Devanagari: का, Romanization: kā, Literal meaning: Ka) facing upwards, visualize clearly. The left channel Kyangma is the nature of the moon and water, white in color, facing downwards, between each A (ཨཱ་, Devanagari: आ, Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: A) facing upwards, seal with two Ka (ཀཱ་, Devanagari: का, Romanization: kā, Literal meaning: Ka) facing downwards, visualize clearly. The central channel is extremely subtle, as thin as if splitting a hundred horse hairs, red in color, straight and slender, visualize clearly. Then, in accordance with the outgoing breath, rely on the right channel Roma and visualize the wheels clearly in descending order. In accordance with the incoming breath, rely on the left channel Kyangma, and from the crown of the head to the navel, visualize clearly in ascending order. In accordance with the breath staying, visualize only the central channel and the Aṃ (ཨཱྃ, Devanagari: आं, Romanization: āṃ, Literal meaning: Āṃ) of the navel clearly. It is also possible to visualize without following the breath, visualize clearly and briefly, without considering the number of sessions or the duration of time. In this way, it will become clear in three days, or five days, or seven days, or nine days, or eleven days. For some individuals, it may take months or even years to gradually visualize clearly. In short, without considering the fixed time of days, etc., one should meditate until the six wheels and three channels become as clear as the lines on the palm of the hand, this is the order of the tantras. Then, the order of mantras is twofold: preliminary and main practice. First, when entering the mantra order, the essence of food
