Supplementing the deficiencies in meditative stabilization, stabilizing and increasing power, offering and praising as before. Visualize yourself as the main deity, with a yellow drop at your heart, clear and bright like a mustard seed, from which rays of light emanate. All outer and inner phenomena are as if immersed in saltwater, transforming into white light, the essence of great bliss, melting into the inconceivable palace of the deity manifested externally. The palaces up to the fifteenth drop also transform into drops of their respective colors, merging outward and inward, until finally, the yellow drop becomes the size of a bean. This merges into the Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Om) at the crown of the head of the Dharmakaya Buddha, the Om merges into Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Meaning: Ah), the Ah merges into Hung (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hung), and the Hung merges into the extremely subtle drop of wind-mind, contemplating it as being inseparable from emptiness and compassion, and resting in that state. From that state, in an instant, you appear as Avalokiteśvara, the form of one face and two arms, like a rainbow, visualizing the three places marked with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Meaning: Ah), and Hung (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hung). May all the lineage masters of the three lineages, the assembly of deities of the Yidam Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, and the compassionate Jowo (Atisha) and his spiritual sons accomplish this aspiration of mine. By this, representing the power of the accumulation of virtue of the three times, may I and all beings as vast as space, in all lifetimes, be inseparable from the guidance of the virtuous masters of the three lineages, and may we perfect the pure liberation of the Kadampa tradition. May all the scriptures be gathered into the practice of the three levels of beings, and by practicing, may we tame our minds, enter the gate of the Great Secret, protect the vows properly, and accomplish the essence of union. May we adorn the body with the four deities, the speech with the three pitakas, and the mind with the three trainings, perfect the practice of the five recollections, and in order to liberate all beings, may we be equal to the victorious ocean itself. When practicing the supreme essence of the Great Secret in a solitary place, may the ninety-two protectors of Jowo (Atisha) always be companions without distraction. Thus, dedicating and aspiring, and may the source of all goodness, the Lamas, be auspicious! May the Buddhas who have manifested the three kayas be auspicious! May the holy Dharma, which is virtuous in the beginning, middle, and end, be auspicious! The three trainings

Oṃ, may the perfectly pure Sangha be auspicious! Exchanging self and others, the precious Bodhicitta... The profound auspiciousness of the two-stage yoga of the union of skillful means and wisdom! May the Victorious Teaching, the basis of benefit and happiness, spread in the ten directions be auspicious! May all beings enjoy the glory of the supreme vehicle Dharma be auspicious! Thus, say auspicious words and begin to act. Thus, through these, the essence of the meaning of the Kadampa Precious Book is briefly summarized, and the method of practicing in the manner of the five recollections is also slightly derived from the hundred instructions of Jamyang Kunga Drolchok, and as heard from the practices and oral instructions of the current venerable Lamas, the recitation and visualization sequences are compiled into one place. Second, if you want to elaborate further: In the case of the first Bindu, diligently focus on the clear appearance of the deity and the visualization of accumulating merit. For the second, third, and fourth Bindus, meditate on the instructions of the small, medium, and great beings, the mind-training instructions of the Great Vehicle, respectively. In the fifth Bindu, visualize the rays of light radiating and gathering from the heart of Sherchin (Prajnaparamita), destroying the armies of demons and pacifying them. For the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth Bindus, meditate on the instructions of the four Kadampa deities, and especially for the fierce Tara and Achala (Immovable One), visualize destroying enemies and obstacles, and recite fierce mantras. In the eleventh Bindu, mainly practice the Guru Yoga based on the three lineages. In the twelfth Bindu, remember the general Jataka tales of the Precious Book of Kadampa, and especially the biography of Konchok Bang's journey to the land of Oddiyana (Ujjain), the Vajra songs, and the countless profound Dharma teachings, and diligently engage in the thought and meditation of going there with faith and doing the same. In the thirteenth Bindu, mainly meditate on Shamatha (calm abiding). In the fourteenth Bindu, meditate on the profound Madhyamaka view. In the fifteenth Bindu, it is best to combine one's preferred Anuttarayoga Tantra with the generation and completion stages. In the sixteenth Bindu, visualize the Bindu of the Buddha Dharmakaya expanding and contracting countless times, and within the Bindu, countless Buddha lands appear, including the support and the supported.
