那些人到了金洲大师的跟前，说道： “哎呀，圣者请听我说。如今在这个地方，名叫迪邦嘎惹·希日智嘉纳的印度堪布，与一百二十五名弟子的僧团一起，历经十二个月的航海，以慈悲心降伏了魔众和外道的大自在天，身语意三者都未受损，安乐地抵达了我们这边。 十四天里，他连续不断地说法，让我们心满意足。现在，为了当前的事情，那位大学者将要到您跟前，主要听闻能生出三世诸佛之母的法，发起希求和进入菩提的殊胜之心，修习大乘的修心法门。此外，他还想日夜修习如海一般的上师论典，请您慈悲开许。” 听了这些话之后，大师说道： “土地的主人来了，好啊！ 大英雄来了，好啊！ 与眷属一起来了，好啊！ 享受大欢喜，好啊！ 调伏黑自在天，好啊！ 战胜不顺之方，好啊！ 扬起美名之幡，好啊！ 无有任何过失地到达，好啊！ 所有比丘都穿上法衣！ 迎接那位圣者！ 比丘们穿上颜色一致的三法衣，所有人都拿着一致的钵，所有人都拿着装饰精美的锡杖，五百三十五位如饮甘露的阿罗汉由金洲大师带领，六十二位沙弥跟随，总之，五百七十二位出家人从远处前来迎接。” 他们立即像世尊在世时被阿罗汉们围绕一样，显得非常喜悦，达到了智慧的极致。那时，我也将两头大象装上相应的物品，让四位居士负责搬运物品。为了让上师满意，一位精通五明学的班智达和一位精通三藏的比丘。

Those people went to the presence of Guru Serlingpa and said: "Alas, listen, Holy One. Nowadays, in this land, the Indian Khenpo named Dipamkara Shrijnana, together with a gathering of one hundred and twenty-five disciples, has crossed the great ocean for twelve months, bound the demons and the heretical god Mahadeva with love and compassion, and arrived safely on our side without losing the radiance of his body, speech, and mind. For fourteen days, he continuously gave Dharma talks, which made us feel satisfied and content. Now, for the matter at hand, that great scholar is coming to your presence, mainly to listen to the mother that gives birth to all the Buddhas of the three times, to generate the supreme mind of aspiration and entry into Bodhi, and to practice the mind training of the Great Vehicle. Furthermore, he wishes to practice the guru's teachings, which are like an ocean, day and night, so please grant him permission with great compassion." As soon as he heard those words, the Guru said: "The lord of the land has come, excellent! The great hero has come, excellent! He has come with his retinue, excellent! He enjoys great joy, excellent! He has subdued the black Lord, excellent! He has conquered the opposing side, excellent! He hoists the banner of fame, excellent! He has arrived without any faults, excellent! All monks, put on your Dharma robes! Welcome that holy one! Monks, put on the three Dharma robes of matching color. All hold matching alms bowls. All carry beautifully adorned staffs. Guru Serlingpa led the way for five hundred and thirty-five Arhats who were like drinking nectar, followed by sixty-two novices. In short, five hundred and seventy-two ordained people came from afar to greet them." Immediately, they appeared extremely joyful, like the Blessed One being surrounded by Arhats when he was alive, reaching the ultimate in delightful wisdom. At that time, I also loaded two elephants with corresponding items and had four lay practitioners carry the supplies. To please the Guru, a Pandit skilled in the five sciences and a monk skilled in the three baskets.
