Please bless that the four appearances reach their ultimate limit. This was supplemented by Khapdal Lhundrup. Furthermore, I respectfully request the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as the assemblies of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and noble beings, and all those who uphold the Dharma. Please look upon us with compassion and grant your blessings. Alas, alas, beings like myself are wretched, tormented for so long by karma and afflictions that are difficult to endure. Please extend your great compassionate hand towards us, and guide us to the right path right now. Although one is primordially a Buddha, due to the delusion of ignorance, one wanders in this existence. Samsara, like a dream, is truly miserable. Please protect and be our refuge. May I and all limitless sentient beings, who find the ocean of samsara endless and difficult to cross, be ferried across the river of suffering by the supreme ship of wisdom. The forms of habitual tendencies accumulated over a long time, the illusion of grasping and clinging, towering like Mount Meru, may they be shattered now by the vajra of the supreme wisdom of liberation. The darkness of ignorance is extremely dense, enduring for a long time and difficult to bear, with no end in sight. May this great obscuration of the essence of clear light be illuminated by the rays of wisdom. No matter how much one strives, it is the source of afflictions and suffering. Please turn my mind away from meaningless worldly activities and enable me to spend day and night in the Dharma. May the improper thoughts, like the ripples of water, the various conceptualizations that follow the five objects, and all the habitual tendencies of the eight consciousnesses, together with the alaya consciousness, be pacified in the Dharmadhatu. May the afflictions of desire, the habitual tendencies with conceptualization, the clear form realm, and the non-conceptual formless realm, all the habitual tendencies related to existence, be purified. Turning away from the inferior mind that focuses on self-interest and seeking solitary peace, entering the supreme path of the inner and outer secret Dharma, may the great purpose of benefiting others be accomplished. May the karma and afflictive habitual tendencies of all who have strayed onto wrong paths and inferior states be thoroughly purified, and may the horse of mind lead them all together to the city of liberation as desired. The ocean of obscurations is extremely turbid, existing since beginningless time. Since we have no power to escape, please with compassion

祈请您迅速救度，从难以忍受的强烈烦恼，充满痛苦的轮回之刺，以及放逸、受制于人、懒惰的恐惧中，从今天起务必救护我。从内心深处认识到无意义的诸法，是无常、不稳固、如幻的欺骗，生起强烈的厌离和悲伤，请您使我日夜都在这种状态中度过。在圣地的寂静而令人愉悦的山坡上，通过智慧、神通和三摩地的成就，在今生就能到达二利圆满、大乐空行之地。独自一人努力修行，不为今生之事片刻分心，追随前辈的足迹，圆满成就，永远令上师欢喜。愿我持守誓言戒律，不违犯，不错谬地理解见、修、行、果的意义，日夜不离光明之境，成就自他二利。愿显有清净，生起次第和圆满次第达到究竟，空行母和护法如海如云般聚集，两种成就如雨般降下，四种事业得以成就。愿清净的显现和虔诚的敬仰无偏地生起，慈爱和悲心永不间断，见、修、证悟的功德炽燃，利益众生的事业无偏地成就。我以清净的信心和圆满的供养，愿一切众生无余地一同解脱，在今生就能到达大乐任运、普贤王如来的净土。即使没有能力进行广大的供养等，仅仅依靠莲师和心髓传承的伏藏大师仁波切的加持也可以。然后，结手印，持守誓言：上师金刚持和五部如来，请垂听我的祈请。从今直至菩提果，皈依佛法僧三宝，以及上师。忏悔一切罪业，随喜一切善根，发起菩提心。善持五部如来的誓言，受持金刚铃等誓言物。永不舍弃无上的三宝。

Please swiftly deliver me from the unbearable and intense afflictions, the painful thorns of samsara, and the fears of carelessness, subjugation, and laziness. From this very day, please ensure my protection. From the depths of my heart, realizing that all meaningless phenomena are impermanent, unstable, and deceptive like illusions, may I generate strong renunciation and sorrow. Please allow me to spend my days and nights in this state. On the secluded and delightful slopes of sacred mountains, through the accomplishment of wisdom, clairvoyance, and samadhi, may I attain the spontaneously accomplished two benefits and reach the blissful realm of the Dakinis in this very lifetime. May I strive diligently in solitary practice, without being distracted for even a moment by the affairs of this life. Following in the footsteps of my predecessors, may I perfect the attainments and always please my Guru. May I uphold my vows and commitments without any transgressions, correctly understand the meaning of view, meditation, conduct, and result, remain unwavering from the state of clear light day and night, and accomplish the two benefits for myself and others. May appearances and existence be completely pure, may the generation and completion stages reach their culmination, may the oceans of Dakinis and Dharma protectors gather like clouds, may the two types of attainments fall like rain, and may the four activities be accomplished. May pure visions and unbiased devotion arise, may loving-kindness and compassion be continuous, may the qualities of view, meditation, and realization blaze forth, and may the benefit of beings be accomplished without partiality. Through this pure faith and perfect offering of mine, may all beings, without exception, be liberated together, and may we reach the spontaneously accomplished realm of Great Bliss, the Pure Land of Samantabhadra, in this very lifetime. Even if one is unable to perform extensive offerings and so forth, it is sufficient to rely solely on the blessings of Guru Rinpoche and the Treasure Revealer Rinpoche of the Heart Essence lineage. Then, joining the palms together, hold the vows: Guru Vajradhara and the Five Buddha Families, please listen to my supplication. From now until the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the unsurpassed Three Jewels, and also in the Guru. I confess all misdeeds individually, rejoice in all virtues, and generate the mind of enlightenment. I will uphold well the vows of the Five Buddha Families and hold the vajra, bell, and other objects of commitment. I will never abandon the unsurpassed Three Jewels.
