The wisdom of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, the awareness of instantaneous self-liberation, abides in the state of immutability. In this very moment of awareness, without clinging to "this is it," let awareness itself arise and dissolve naturally, simultaneously. At the moment of dissolution, abide in a state without fabrication, until the next awareness arises. When it arises, do not continue the awareness without recognition; let it pass away naturally. Abide in a relaxed manner, let it develop naturally, and release it without clinging. Like pouring substances into a container with a hole in the bottom, let awareness be transparent, the instantaneous natural flow, and become accustomed to a state without clinging to "this is it" in the face of scattering and introversion. In short, the view and meditation of arising and liberation being self-contained, arising naturally and dissolving into emptiness, thus abandonment and antidotes naturally dissolve and liberate. Therefore, the appearance of phenomena and existence as the nature of reality means that meditation is continuous. Liberation in the emptiness of awareness without clinging means that afflictions are transformed into wisdom. Qualities are naturally perfected, transcending effort and striving. Everything appears as the true nature, therefore, mistakes and obscurations are purified in their own place, and the nature of reality is found within oneself. Therefore, all these fresh thoughts and ideas of the present moment are the realization of the Dharmakaya's own nature. As the Great Master Padmasambhava said: For the mind itself, which is beyond thought, Meditate or don't meditate, rest casually; Meditate or not, relax and rest; Distract or don't distract, rest playfully; Distract or not, relax and rest; Look or don't look, stare and rest; Look or not, rest casually; Flash or don't flash, rest clearly; Flash or not, rest as you please; Gather or don't gather, rest loosely; Gather or not, rest openly; Tighten or don't tighten, rest loosely; Tighten or not, rest naturally; Fabricate or don't fabricate, rest openly; Fabricate or not, rest emptily; Accomplish or don't accomplish, rest without effort; Accomplish or not, rest spontaneously; Reject or don't reject, rest naturally arising; Reject or not, rest in non-arising; Be dejected or don't be dejected, rest joyfully; Be dejected or not, rest openly; Strive or don't strive, rest loosely; Strive or not, rest naturally occurring; Settle or don't settle, rest without foundation; Settle or not, rest openly. Thus it is said, whatever arises in the present awareness, rest in the natural, complete, and unfabricated state, therefore there is no clinging to external or internal phenomena, and there is no acceptance or rejection of thoughts, therefore abide in the state of non-dual mind.

Uninterruptedly. Because the conceit of arrogance has not gone astray, one is completely liberated from the mind of desire. Because radiating awareness arises naturally, without specifically clinging to this transcendence of all faults of form and formlessness, peaceful abiding is spontaneously accomplished. When the essence arises forcefully, insight is spontaneously accomplished. Because radiating and abiding are non-dual, union is spontaneously accomplished. Because one is liberated in one's own place in an instant, wisdom is spontaneously accomplished. Because abiding is blissful, meditative absorption is spontaneously accomplished. Because arising and liberation are without clinging, primordial wisdom is spontaneously accomplished. Since all faults are liberated from the aspect of clinging, one is liberated into the empty expanse of non-clinging. Since all qualities arise from primordial wisdom awareness, familiarity increases further. The grounds and paths are perfected in their own nature, and in this life, one is said to attain the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra. The unmade awareness is the spontaneously arising empty expanse. Whatever arises, let it naturally arise greatly in its own state. The king without reliance, the carefree one without clinging, has attained the stable dominion of the unborn Dharmakaya. Thus, impress it firmly. Third, afterwards, train in skill. Among the three aspects of enhancing and dispelling obstacles, training in skill is: training whatever arises in the present awareness naturally. In the state of actual evenness, in the subsequent attainment, external appearances, internal awareness, steps, experiences, and so on, all are like dreams, illusions, mirages, reflections of the moon in water, and emanations. From the very moment of appearance, train in the meaning of their own nature being unestablished. Therefore, all phenomena are liberated from clinging to reality, and even in dreams, one abides in the state of the Dharmakaya without clinging. Dispelling obstacles such as sickness and demonic influences is: sickness and demonic influences are the tricks of conceptual thought. If examined, it is certain that they do not exist in the outer, inner, or intermediate realms. Therefore, thinking that it is a help on the path of non-arising, one rejoices. In the place of sickness, meditate on extracting the arrow, and for demonic influences, train in the mind of enlightenment and the power of selflessness. Therefore, it will surely be pacified. If virtuous practice is stagnant and unproductive, then pray intensely to the lama. Generate intense renunciation and weariness in your mind. Accumulate the accumulations of merit, such as the feast gathering. Meditate on love, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment. Go to extremely solitary places such as charnel grounds, empty valleys, and mountaintops. Visualize the lama on your crown, sway your body, recite with your voice, and in your mind, do not accept or reject, and experience pleasure and pain.
