༈ །那摩 guru(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:གུ་རུ། ,गुरु,guru,上师)。

This place is easy to practice. Whatever thoughts arise in the mind, however they change, their nature is empty, so the changing thoughts naturally dissipate. When clarity arises in the mind, it turns into the path, so it is easy to practice. In secret, whatever afflictions arise, if you look at the afflictions, there is no trace. Self-arising, self-pacifying, taking afflictions as the path, so it is easy to practice. When you have practiced in this way, there is no need to deliberately meditate or sit in meditation. Everything appears as numbers, and there is no increase or decrease of clarity in practice. The wisdom of Dharma-nature is continuous. There is no acceptance or rejection in behavior. No matter how you abide, you are inseparable from the meaning of Dharma-nature. When you realize this, although the body of the elements ages, the mind of Bodhi does not age. There is no difference between sharp and dull faculties. Although the body, the basis of consciousness, is destroyed, the wisdom of awareness, the Dharmakaya, is continuous, so it is immutable and stable, and there is no length of life. The meaning of Dharma-nature is impartial, and understanding this meaning means that there is no difference between great and small in hearing the Dharma. Old man, please enjoy the meaning of this true path. Let practice be integrated into the continuum. Do not separate words from meaning. Do not be separated from the friend of diligence. Hold on to mindfulness. Do not like idle talk and obscene language. Stay away from ordinary mind. Do not be too attached to children and grandchildren. Do not be too greedy for food and drink. Think about ordinary habits. Do not waste time, generate diligence. Old man, treasure the dying instructions. After saying this, he planted his staff in the old man's heart and instructed him, so Ngok Sherab Gyalpo attained accomplishment. The instruction of the old man's staff, called "The Face-to-Face Introduction of the Buddha," was written by Kharchen Tso Gyal for the benefit of future generations. Good! When Guru Padmasambhava was invited by King Trisong Detsen and resided in Drakmar, there was a faithful woman named Dandenma. This old woman had great faith and was very devoted to the Guru. She had a servant girl named Margongza Rinchen Tso, who was instructed to add a pinch of raisin powder to each bowl of yogurt every morning and offer it to the Guru. Later, on the way to Samye Monastery, the old woman prostrated and circumambulated.

Venerable Great Teacher! The Teacher is about to depart, and I, the old woman, am also about to die. In this one lifetime, firstly, I have obtained the body of a woman, so my birth is lowly; secondly, my mind is dull, so my wisdom and learning are shallow; thirdly, I am old, my consciousness is blurred, and my eyes are not clear. Therefore, please, Great Teacher, impart to this old woman a teaching that is effortless, easy to understand, easy to practice, and of great significance, a final instruction for this old woman on her deathbed. After saying this, the Teacher asked: Old woman, who are you? The old woman replied: I am that lowly maidservant who brings you milk in the morning. The Teacher said: Your faith is even greater than that of Trisong Detsen (742-797, the 38th Emperor of Tibet)! After saying this, he began to impart instructions to the old woman and her servant. The Teacher said: Old woman, please sit in the lotus position, straighten your body, and relax for a moment. After saying this, the Teacher pointed his finger at the old woman's heart and imparted the following instruction: Old woman, listen carefully! What is the difference between the state of perfect enlightenment of the Buddha and the sentient beings of the three realms? The difference lies in whether or not one has realized the mind. Realizing the meaning of the nature of mind is Buddhahood, not realizing it is wandering in samsara. The wisdom of the Buddha is inherently within oneself, but one has not recognized it. Moreover, the cause of Buddhahood exists in the hearts of all sentient beings, especially those who have obtained the precious human rebirth. Furthermore, there is no such thing as men having a greater cause for Buddhahood and women having a smaller cause for Buddhahood. Therefore, even if one is born as a woman, there is no obstacle. To realize and recognize that wisdom, although the Buddha taught eighty-four thousand gates of Dharma, to understand their meaning, they can be summarized into three words of the Guru's instructions, and it does not matter even if one's mind is dull and one's wisdom is shallow. Therefore, the meaning of the nature of reality, the intention of the Buddha, these three words are: outer objects of grasping are pure, so appearances are self-liberated; inner mind of grasping is pure, so non-grasping awareness is self-liberated; in between, the experience of clear light is joyful, so one recognizes one's own face by oneself. So, how are the outer objects of grasping purified? For this awareness, Bodhicitta, without being defiled by conceptual thoughts, abiding in the state of natural appearance, in this way, no grasping arises towards the appearance of objects, and whatever appears is actually true.
