ས་སླེབས་ནས། སྐྱེ་མེད་དུ་གློད་པའི་རིམ་པ་རྣམས་ཚིག་གི་ཕྱིར་སེམས་གཞོལ་དུ་འཇུག་པ་ནི། བླ་མས། ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་སེམས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ཉོན་ཅིག །ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་ན་དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཛེས་ཤིང་ཉམས་དགའ་བ་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ན། ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། སྐུ་མདོག་སེར་པོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྒྱན་གྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ། འཁོར་རྡུལ་གཅིག་གི་སྟེང་ན་རྡུལ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཇི་སྙེད་ཅིག་བཞུགས་ཤིང་། རང་རང་གི་སྟོན་པ་ལས་ཆོས་ཉན་ཅིང་རང་རང་གི་ཉེ་འཁོར་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པ། རང་རང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་དམ་པ་འོད་གསལ་བ་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་སྟོན་ཏོ། །བུ་ཁྱོད་དེར་སེང་གེའི་ལྟ་སྟངས་ཀྱིས་ལྟོས་ལ་སྟག་མོའི་མཆོངས་སྟངས་ཀྱིས་མཆོངས་ཤིག །ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ ཞེས་ཕྱིར་ མི་ལྡོག་པའི་རྒྱས་གདབ་བོ། །ཡང་ནུབ་ཏུ་ཁ་བལྟས་ལ་དྲང་སྲོང་གི་འདུག་སྟངས་དང་མིག་གཡོན་ཟུར་ནས་ཁད་ཀྱིས་ཐད་དྲང་དུ་ཁྲིད་ལ་རིག་པ་འཕངས་ལ་ཞིང་ཁམས་སུ་བྱ་ལྡིང་ཐབས་ཀྱིས་མཆོངས་ལ། ཚིག་གིས་གསལ་གདབ་པ་ནི། བླ་མས། ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་སེམས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ཉོན་ཅིག །ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་ན་པདྨ་བརྩེགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་མཛེས་ཤིང་ཉམས་དགའ་བ་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ན། ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། སྐུ་མདོག་དམར་པོ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྒྱན་གྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པ་འཁོར་རྡུལ་གཅིག་གི་སྟེང་ན་རྡུལ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཇི་སྙེད་ཅིག་བཞུགས་ཤིང་། རང་རང་གི་སྟོན་པ་ལས་ཆོས་ཉན་ཅིང་། རང་རང་གི་ཉེ་འཁོར་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པ། རང་རང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་དམ་པ་འོད་གསལ་བ་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་སྟོན་ཏོ། །བུ་ཁྱོད་དཔལ་ཆེན་གྱི་རྔམས་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་ལྟོས་ལ། ཁྱུང་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་ལྡིང་བའི་འགྲོས་ཀྱིས་སོངས་ཤིག །ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ ཞེས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་རྒྱས་གདབ་བོ། །ཡང་བྱང་དུ་བལྟས་ཏེ་བྱ་རྒོད་ཀྱི་སྤུངས་སྟངས་དང་བསྟུན་ལ། མིག་གྱེན་དུ་ལྡོག་ནས་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པས། ལག་པའི་ཁུ་ཚུར་སྙིང་ག་ནས་ཕྱིར་འཕངས་པ་དང་མཆོངས་པ་མཉམ་དུ་བྱ་བའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས། ཚིག་གི་ཕྱིར་སེམས་གཞོལ་བ་སྙམ་དུ་གསལ་གདབ་པ་ནི། བླ་མས། ཨེ་མ་སྐལ་ལྡན་སེམས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱོད་ཉོན་ཅིག །འདི་ནས་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་ན་ལས་རབ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཛེས་ཤིང་ཉམས་དགའ་བ་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་ན། ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན

到达地面后，将心专注于词语，以便释放于无生之中。上师说：唉玛，具缘的心之子，你谛听！南方有个名为“具光辉”的净土，非常美丽、赏心悦目、令人向往。那里有圆满正等觉的佛陀，名为宝生如来。身色金黄，以珍宝为饰，无父无母。一微尘之上，安住着如微尘数般的佛陀。各自从自己的导师那里听闻佛法，各自为自己的近邻宣说佛法。各自的心之精要，光明澄澈，宣说密咒的真如实相。孩子，你以狮子的姿态观看那里，以母老虎的跳跃方式跳跃吧！阿阿阿（藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ），以此作下不退转的印记。又面向西方，采取仙人的坐姿，眼睛从左角稍微引向正前方，抛出觉性，以鸟飞翔的方式跳入净土。以词语清晰地确定：上师说：唉玛，具缘的心之子，你谛听！西方有个名为“莲花重叠”的净土，美丽、赏心悦目、令人向往。那里有圆满正等觉的佛陀，名为薄伽梵无量光。身色红色，以珍宝为饰，无父无母。一微尘之上，安住着如微尘数般的佛陀。各自从自己的导师那里听闻佛法，各自为自己的近邻宣说佛法。各自的心之精要，光明澄澈，宣说密咒的真如实相。孩子，你以大威严的姿态观看，以鹏鸟在天空飞翔的姿态前往吧！阿阿阿（藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ），以此作下不退转的印记。又面向北方，依照秃鹫的蹲踞姿势，眼睛向上翻转，心中想着净土。以手握拳从心口向外抛出的姿势，与跳跃同时进行。心中想着将心专注于词语，清晰地确定：上师说：唉玛，具缘的心之子，你谛听！从这里向北方，有个名为“事业圆满”的净土，非常美丽、赏心悦目、令人向往。那里有圆满正等觉的佛陀，薄伽梵

Having arrived at the ground, to apply the mind to the words for the sake of releasing into the unborn is as follows. The lama says: Ema, fortunate son of mind, listen! In the southern direction, there is a pure land called "Endowed with Glory," which is exceedingly beautiful, delightful, and pleasing to the mind. There resides the perfectly complete Buddha named Ratnasambhava. His body is golden in color, adorned with precious jewels, without father or mother. Upon a single atom of his retinue, there reside as many Buddhas as there are atoms. Each listens to the Dharma from their own teacher, and each teaches the Dharma to their own attendants. The essence of each one's mind is clear light, teaching the suchness of secret mantra. Child, look there with the gaze of a lion, and leap with the leap of a tigress! Ah Ah Ah (藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ), thus sealing it with an irreversible seal. Again, facing westward, adopt the posture of a hermit, and slightly lead the left eye from the corner straight ahead, cast forth awareness, and leap into the pure land with the manner of a bird flying. To clarify with words is: The lama says: Ema, fortunate son of mind, listen! In the western direction, there is a pure land called "Lotus Stacked," which is beautiful, delightful, and pleasing to the mind. There resides the perfectly complete Buddha, the Bhagavan Amitabha. His body is red in color, adorned with precious jewels, without father or mother. Upon a single atom of his retinue, there reside as many Buddhas as there are atoms. Each listens to the Dharma from their own teacher, and each teaches the Dharma to their own attendants. The essence of each one's mind is clear light, teaching the suchness of secret mantra. Child, look with the majestic stride of great glory, and go with the gait of a garuda soaring in the sky! Ah Ah Ah (藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ), thus sealing it with an irreversible seal. Again, facing northward, conform to the crouching posture of a vulture, and with the eyes turned upward, contemplate the pure land in your mind. With the gesture of throwing the fist of the hand outward from the heart, and leaping simultaneously. Thinking of applying the mind to the words, clearly ascertain: The lama says: Ema, fortunate son of mind, listen! From here to the north, there is a pure land called "Perfectly Accomplished Action," which is exceedingly beautiful, delightful, and pleasing to the mind.
