们，祈请金刚、珍宝、莲花、事业、以及如来的一切种姓垂念于我。我名唤此者，从今时起直至证得菩提果位之间，祈请大金刚持上师加持我的身体，加持我的语言，加持我的心意，加持我的显现，祈请您令我成熟，祈请您令我解脱，祈请您令我圆满，祈请您令我增长，祈请您令我大大增上。如是念诵三遍。受持誓言：祈请大金刚持上师们垂念。十方诸佛与菩萨们，祈请金刚、珍宝、莲花、事业、以及如来的一切种姓垂念。我名唤此者，从今时起直至证得菩提果位之间。佛陀、正法与僧伽，是无上的三宝，我也向喇嘛顶礼。皈依喇嘛金刚持与三宝。一切罪业皆忏悔，无上菩提心，我今发愿生起。领受五部的誓言，金刚铃等誓言物，我将受持。无上的三宝，无论何时我都不舍弃。不舍弃金刚上师，对于金刚兄弟姐妹们，也绝不诋毁。断除对众生的损害，不诋毁圣者们，对于声闻缘觉们，也不应稍作轻蔑，不应舍弃持咒者。应当成办念诵修持事业的究竟。从此时起受持，安住于誓言律仪，不违越身语意。不应杀害众生，无论何时都不舍弃正法。不舍弃上师的事业，不造作错谬的行为。令众生得以成熟，度脱未解脱者，超度未超脱者。令未出离者得以出离，安置众生于涅槃。不应诋毁教法，也应供养上师。应当长久地舍弃轮回，

Please consider me, all the Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma, and Tathagata families. From this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, I, who am called by this name, beseech the great Vajradhara Lama to bless my body, bless my speech, bless my mind, bless my appearances, please make me ripen, please liberate me, please fulfill me, please increase me, please greatly increase me. Say this three times. Taking the vows: Please consider me, all the great Vajradhara Lamas. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, please consider the Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma, and Tathagata families. From this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, I, who am called by this name. The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, are the unsurpassed Three Jewels. I also prostrate to the Lama. I take refuge in the Lama Vajradhara and the Three Jewels. I confess all sins separately. The Bodhicitta is unsurpassed. I, the holy one, will generate it. Following the vows of the five families, I will take the Vajra bell and other vows. The unsurpassed Three Jewels, I will never abandon. I will not abandon the Vajra master. I will never disparage the Vajra brothers and sisters. Abandon harming sentient beings. I will not disparage the noble ones. I will not slightly despise even the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, and I will not abandon the mantra holders. I will accomplish all the ends of the recitation and accomplishment activities. I will take them from this very moment. Abiding in the vows of commitment, I will not transgress from body, speech, and mind. I will not kill living beings, and I will never abandon the sacred Dharma. I will not abandon the Lama's activities, and I will not commit erroneous actions. I will ripen sentient beings, liberate those who are not liberated, and ferry over those who are not ferried over. I will liberate those who have not been liberated, and establish sentient beings in Nirvana. I will not disparage the teachings, and I will also offer to the Lama. 过去之事当忆念，莫使僧人心生厌，禅定修习勿扰乱，莫谤佛法与圣者，尤应勤修曼荼罗。莫离圆满次第修，如是上师所言教，我亦何时不违越。如是念诵三遍。 授予誓言之水：将牛奶与药香之滴放入掌中，念诵：吽 （藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。此乃誓言地狱之水，若违誓言地狱火焚，历经无数亿劫时，将受极大之痛苦。是故誓言乃生命之水，置于心间当能忍受。若未曾毁坏誓言，此乃誓言成就之水，享用殊胜与共同成就，证得圆满佛陀之果位。是故此誓当能坚守。如是逐一念诵。 誓言之承诺：弟子言：我从此时起，直至未得菩提之间，不作迷惑之行，不违上师之教言，不害一切有情，不求大乐之道，不为世间欲求而行，见、修、行，纵舍生命亦不弃，尸陀林等寂静处，自此之后不再亲近，总而言之，舍弃世间诸事，舍弃过去之行。如是念诵三遍。 宣说誓言而授予律仪： 诸具缘分之心子谛听，外内秘密之乘与，为修持殊胜之法，莫舍弃对一切有情之慈爱心，自此时起。修习曼荼罗轮，亦莫舍弃上师。不对金刚道友发怒，恭敬三宝，如是受持所有密咒之誓言与律仪。断除对一切教法之损害，行于解脱道。 诸具缘分圆满自性者，如是灌顶之仪轨，莫向他人言说。誓言及密咒之语，对于未得灌顶之人，切莫讲述啊！长远舍弃轮回，对于已成金刚持者，莫舍弃诸成就。如是念诵三遍。 第二

I shall remember the past. Do not displease the monks. Do not disturb meditation and contemplation. Do not slander the Dharma and individuals. Especially, I shall cultivate the mandala. I shall not deviate from the practice of the Completion Stage. As the Lama has spoken, I shall never transgress. This is recited three times. Giving the water of vows: Pour a drop each of milk and medicinal incense into the palm and recite: Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). This is the water of the hell of vows. If the vow is broken, it will be burned by the fire of hell. For countless eons, great suffering will be experienced. Therefore, the vow is the water of life. By placing it in the heart, one will be able to endure. If it is not broken, this is the water of the accomplishment of the vow. Enjoying the supreme and common attainments, one will obtain the fruit of perfect Buddhahood. Therefore, one should be able to uphold this. This is recited one by one. The promise of vows: The disciple says: From this time onwards, until I attain enlightenment, I shall not engage in deluded actions, I shall not disobey the Lama's instructions, I shall not harm all sentient beings, I shall not seek the path of great bliss, I shall not follow worldly desires, I shall not abandon view, meditation, and conduct even for the sake of my life, I shall not associate with charnel grounds and other solitary places from now on, In short, I shall abandon worldly affairs, I shall abandon past actions. This is recited three times. Proclaiming the vows and bestowing the precepts: O fortunate son of mind, listen! The outer, inner, and secret vehicles, and to practice the sacred Dharma, do not abandon the mind of loving-kindness towards all sentient beings, from this very moment. Having meditated on the mandala wheel, never abandon the Lama. Do not be angry with Vajra brothers, and respect the Three Jewels, thus, take all the vows and precepts of the mantras. Abandon harm to all teachings. Go on the path of liberation. O fortunate one, possessor of perfect nature, as is the empowerment ritual, do not speak of it to others. The words of vows and mantras, to those who have not received empowerment, never speak of them! Abandon samsara for a long time. Do not abandon the accomplishments of whoever has become a Vajra holder. This is recited three times. The second
