In this degenerate age, when things appear, They bestow whatever joy there is in Sutra and Tantra Dharma. 4 Forbearance towards the unborn Dharma, Like the expanse of the sky, is boundless; the noble ones, How many nectar gates are there in the center of their hearts? They always fill them with excellent wish-fulfilling vases. 5 Those upon whose heads the Buddhas of all directions and times have bestowed empowerment, Such as Mapam Jamyang Dorje Chö and others, Even though they have become Buddhas, they possess the nature of the ten bhumis, All of them have explained their intentions as they are. 6 Other scholars, such as the Two Chariots, In order to increase the Buddha's teachings, possessing both correction and protection, The light of the treatises arranged like constellations, Illuminates the precious source of the Buddha's teachings, the earth. 7 Above that, the appearance of accumulated snow dust, In this very pure northern direction, The aspiration of the Dharma Kings and Bodhisattvas, Has led the chariots to make the Buddha's teachings like the daytime. 8 The ten great pillars that uphold the tradition of explanation, And the eight chariots that lead the practice lineage, Through hearing, thinking, meditating, explaining, debating, and writing, Even at the end of time, the Dharma of Sutra and Tantra will flourish. 9 Each of their lineage holders possesses the eye of Dharma, Their speech is vast like the ornament of the earth, Those who practice and explain the teachings, The garlands of clarifying treatises pervade the snowy land. 10 Among them, the Omniscient One of the Age of Strife, The very embodiment of Manjushri, the Lord of the Ocean of Qualities, The karmic connections cultivated over many eons, And the aspiration awakened towards the Dharma of Sutra and Tantra. 11 From the intellect that has filled its belly with the ocean of knowledge, Which includes all the branches of the Buddha's teachings, The one who purifies by vomiting forth the nectar of excellent explanations, Relied upon more than a hundred spiritual mentors, 12 The innate wisdom born on the path of conjunction, From being held by a hundred thousand suns of intelligence, His eyes are wide like the lotus petals when he gazes upon The fields of knowledge and the texts of the three vehicles of Dharma. 13 The teachings of Samye and the various paths of knowledge, The hundreds of thousands of trees that branch out separately, Whatever wisdom there is that gathers The wish-fulfilling jewel of all knowledge into one, has flourished, 14 For as long as the realms of beings exist, so long as the realms of sentient beings exist, With the great compassion that completely seizes sentient beings, He shows whatever way is appropriate to tame them, Without relying on others.
