The appearing part is the Nirmanakaya. The three Kayas of the basis are of one essence. In reality, there is no good or bad. The Rupakaya that arises from that appears to those to be tamed. The Dharmakaya also has no good or bad; it is the Bodhicitta, and it appears as its power. Therefore, it is a miraculous display of one awareness. The Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra says: "I, the All-Creating King, am the essence of the three Kayas, abiding in non-conceptual equality. I am the essence of the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration. The miraculous display of the arising of inherent nature is the Sambhogakaya, arising from desire. The work of taming beings through compassion is the essence of the Nirmanakaya." Also, the Kunsel says: "Like the body of Manjushri, the inherent nature is completely pure. Immaculate, transparent purity is the Dharmakaya. The appearance of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, although appearing as signs to the undiscerning mind, has no inherent nature in appearance; it is clear as the radiance of wisdom. For example, the rainbow appearing in the sky is not separate from the sky, but appears as if separate. Abiding in the state of the sky, it is inseparable like the sky. The nature of reality, the Dharmakaya, is inseparable from the sky. Self-arisen, self-appearing, self-luminous, it is the radiance of wisdom. Appearing as if separate, it is clear without cessation. Clear and without conceptualization, it is the wisdom Dharmakaya. Self-appearing to itself, it is the Sambhogakaya, the primordial Buddha. The compassionate Nirmanakaya is completely pure, free from extremes." Thus, everything is shown to be spontaneously accomplished Bodhicitta. What arises from that, even at the time of the basic appearance, the pure three Kayas are the self-appearance of the Buddhas, and for all impure vessel and content appearances, the self-essence is emptiness, clarity, and various three aspects. These are the play of the Dharma, Sambhoga, and Nirmana Kayas. The basic appearance of the play of power, these three Kayas, is self-appearance, spontaneously accomplished, and not sought from elsewhere. Having well understood these distinctions, Samsara and Nirvana, all phenomena are spontaneously accomplished three Kaya realms. One should realize the state of Bodhicitta. All phenomena are also shown to be the nature of the spontaneously accomplished three Kayas. The basis is spontaneously accomplished, the self-essence, the three Kayas are of one essence, as just explained. And what arises from that, the appearance of vessel and content, Samsara and Nirvana, the basic appearance of the three Kayas appearing as play, these two combined are called the spontaneously accomplished three Kayas as one. In the play, there is the pure Dharmakaya of the Buddha, the five families of the Sambhogakaya, the Nirmanakaya appearing in various ways, and the impure Samsara.

All manifestations of the three kayas—Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya—of body, speech, and mind, are unified in the spontaneously perfect emptiness. Since there is no good or bad, everything is said to be the adornment and play of the spontaneously perfect realm. As stated in "The Subduer of the Six Assemblies": "The nature of mind is spontaneously perfect, immutable, the expanse of the sky. The play is unfixed, the magical display of compassion. Everything is nothing but the adornment of the realm. There is no place to obstruct it elsewhere." Thus it is. Showing that everything is the mind of enlightenment: The Buddhas of the three times, their bodies and wisdom, the three realms of sentient beings, their bodies, speech, and minds, actions, afflictions, appearances, existence, and all phenomena, are nothing other than the mind of enlightenment. It is like gold, whose essence is one, and when made into a statue, it is wonderful; when made into ornaments and bracelets, it is beautiful; when made into a copper vessel, it is considered dirty. But in essence, it is one in the realm of gold. Just as the nature of gold has no good or bad, so too, pure Buddhas and impure sentient beings, actions and imprints, however they may appear, are merely labeled as states of mind. But in the mind of enlightenment and its power, the realm is one. Therefore, there is no good or bad in the mind of enlightenment. As stated in the Kunjed Gyalpo: "Buddhas, sentient beings, actions, and imprints, there is no other dharma than the mind of enlightenment." Thus it is. Showing it as the treasury of all spontaneous perfection: From the spontaneously perfect expanse, the basis of all arising, all appearances of beings, internal and external, the body without direction, appears as a wheel of adornment. Sounds, whether high, medium, or low, are also speech without direction, appearing as a wheel of adornment. All minds and wisdom, understanding and non-understanding, are also mind without direction, appearing as a wheel of adornment. Since qualities and activities arise without direction, it is the wish-fulfilling jewel, the precious realm of dharma. There is no need to seek it, because everything is self-arisen. Therefore, it is called spontaneously perfect self-arisen wisdom. The essence of awareness and from its nature, the phenomena of samsara and nirvana, also appear spontaneously without being sought. From the body, speech, and mind, qualities and activities of the Buddhas, and the actions of sentient beings' body, speech, and mind, all appear as a self-arisen wheel of adornment. Therefore, it is called spontaneously perfect preciousness, from which all arises. From the great pure basis, the six ways of appearing, the two doors and eight of
