Ma The Great Perfection Ati, does not fall to any side, but acts in the meaning of self-born wisdom. For example, a ferocious lion subdues with its claws. The Great Perfection speaks its own language, subduing the lesser vehicles. Having spoken its own language, the Great Perfection abides in its own meaning. In the realm of the Great Perfection, there are no Buddhas or sentient beings. In the ground of the Great Perfection, there is no good or bad. In the path of the Great Perfection, there is no near or far. In the fruit of the Great Perfection, there is no attainment or non-attainment. In the body of the Great Perfection, there is no yes or no. In the speech of the Great Perfection, there is no transformation or non-transformation. In the mind of the Great Perfection, there are no objects or characteristics. In the space of the Great Perfection, there is no exhaustion or emptiness. In the place of the Great Perfection, there is no high or low. In the Dharma of the Great Perfection, there is no practice or non-practice. In the power of the Great Perfection, there is no completion or non-completion. In the play of the Great Perfection, there is no arising or non-arising. In the meaning of the Great Perfection, there is no meditation or non-meditation. In the awareness of the Great Perfection, there is no high or non-high. The wisdom of the Great Perfection plays in all great secrets. In the boundary of the Great Perfection, there is nothing that can be pointed out as "this." In the meaning of the Great Perfection, there are no words or letters. The view of the Great Perfection King abides as it is. Without words or letters, it acts in the meaning of the Great Perfection. Without clarity, obscurity, grasping, or conceptualization, it is the force of self-appearing bliss. In the meaning of the Great Perfection, there is no such abiding. Thus it is said. Therein, the first three lines show the nature of self-born nature, and the fourth shows the way to familiarize oneself with that state. The fruit is shown in the nature's own place, and it is only different from the original base in that it has gained stability, and there is nothing else. All dharmas are shown to be complete in the mind of awareness and enlightenment, as it says in the Kunje Gyalpo: "In this, there is nothing incomplete. Because one is complete, two are complete, all are complete, activities are perfectly happy. One completion is complete in the mind of enlightenment, two completions are complete in what the mind has done, all completions are complete and perfect. With this scripture of one completion, the Buddha's intention abides in this. With this meaning of all completions, everything is perfectly complete. Whatever abides in this non-action, this body, whether human or divine, is the intention, the Dharma nature, the Buddha. Having benefited sentient beings with this, one abides in ease without effort or accomplishment." Thus it is said. The wisdom of the self-born nature of mind, samsara and nirvana,

This continuation is placed in a position of reverence, as stated in the Dohakosha: The nature of mind alone is the seed of all things; In it, there is the flow of samsara and nirvana; It bestows the fruits of desires; I prostrate to the mind that is like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Thus it is. The vow to compose is: All dharmas are a realm beyond expression; The supreme view is the Great Perfection; It is unlike anything else, the meaning that transcends all; As I have realized it, I will explain, listen! Therein, the nature of reality is the realm beyond thought and expression, which is the Great Perfection of Rigpa, Bodhicitta. Because it is without things and characteristics, it also transcends the realm of examples. By the kindness of the holy lama, the meaning that is well realized will be taught for the benefit of future generations, so it is promised. This is because the nature of mind that transcends cause, effect, effort, and accomplishment, which is not realized by the lower vehicles, is taught here, so that delusion and obscuration are not abandoned, but purified without abiding. It is taught that all dharmas are realized as mere names. As the great teacher Garab Dorje said in the Meeting of the Three Kayas: In the great expanse free from activity, without beginning or end of birth and death; Like a golden island, a realm without distinction; Because there is no inside or outside, there is no rising in the east and setting in the west; The root of dispelling the darkness of the extremes is Bodhicitta; Although the four extremes are not abandoned in Bodhicitta; The four extremes do not touch it, and the ground of error is spontaneously cut; In the nature of Bodhicitta without a precipice; Although the three kayas are spontaneously perfect without effort; Samsara and nirvana are mere names, and cause and effect are examined as different. Thus it is said. Thinking of the benefit of composing a treatise with words that show these meanings, so that those with the highest faculties are liberated as they are, it is taught for the sake of completing the composition without changing as promised. As in the Great Commentary on the Eight Thousand: Those who cherish the benefit of others do not relax their own abilities even for the sake of their lives; Noble beings, once they have taken up a burden, never abandon it in a place of distress. Thus it is said. This also shows the four branches of the purpose commentary, namely, the Rigpa Bodhicitta that transcends thought, expression, cause, and effect is the subject matter of this treatise. By teaching it, the purpose is that those with the highest faculties realize it as such. Practicing as realized, so that one arrives at the ground of one's own nature, is the purpose of the purpose.
