Practice. Do not be attached to what exists, and do not speculate about what does not exist. Regarding actions, good and bad, phenomena, and any attachments and thoughts, do not dwell on the past, and do not anticipate the future. Do not rely on the present habitual tendencies, including close ones, in the mindstream. Do not differentiate, do not mix, and do not confuse. When perceiving appearances, use the encounter of appearances without leaving a trace, so that appearances are liberated in their own manifestation, thereby eliminating attachment to things. This is like a bird being carried away by an eagle, achieving liberation in the very appearance. Movement is liberated in movement, naturally dissipating without a trace, like hailstones dissolving in the sky. Appearance and awareness are liberated in non-duality, without distinction between inside and outside, like water merging into water. By realizing this, the attachment to habitual tendencies is cut off. The "Six Spaces" states: "Whoever does not dwell on the past, does not anticipate the future, and keeps the present awareness in the present moment, blending the before and after, is called 'One Taste Nature,' which is the yoga of realizing the equality of the three times." The second, the instruction on the actual Bardo, is: Earth, water, fire, wind, and space gradually dissolve. When space dissolves into clear light, the "Hum" (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the upper end of the central channel and the "Ah" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) at the lower end merge in the heart, thereby manifesting the clear light of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. The four wisdoms of appearance, increase, attainment, and near attainment manifest in one, two, three, or four moments. If the yogi has previously been accustomed to clear light, they will recognize the clear light there, and the mother and child clear light merge, penetrating upward into the space of the primordial purity Dharmakaya in an instant. If they fail to recognize it, in the Bardo of Existence, those of medium faculties will be liberated by the manifestation of the illusory body of the Yidam deity, and those of lower faculties will continue their virtuous deeds, and in the future, they will encounter the supreme Dharma and will surely be liberated. The "Illusion Sutra" states: "Even if liberation is not attained in this life, in the next life, liberation will be attained in existence." Furthermore, the common view also states that those who have faith in Suchness will also attain liberation in the future. The "Four Hundred Verses" states: "If by knowing that, one does not attain cessation here, in another life, without effort, one will surely attain it, like karma." As it is said. Together with the remainder of these, the meditation of the Great Vehicle has been explained. Third, regarding the intention of the Sugata, in two parts, briefly:

The key point is: In 'Self-Arisen' it says: The intention of the Thus-gone-one should be known as vast as the expanse of the sky. If one becomes accustomed to this, the light of wisdom will naturally arise. The true path is also like this. A detailed explanation follows: In 'Sun and Moon Union' it says: The intention of the Sugata is twofold: by resting without artifice, the arising sensations cease; by looking without meditating, the warmth arises. That is to say, towards the appearance of the nature of reality, without hope or fear, expansion or contraction, in equality, in great equality without differentiation, the intention is without interruption, it is the yoga of a continuous stream. In the nature of space without beginning or end, without distraction or non-distraction, abiding as one in the expanse. At this time, it is called the meditation of day and night union, the day is the part that has passed, the night is the part of samsara, appearing without differentiating day and night, the meditation experience is that there is nothing to brighten during the day, and nothing that cannot be brightened during the night, it passes quickly. The second key point, its instruction is the method of stilling the ocean: the clear part of tears is called the ocean, making it abide without moving, therefore it is called stilling the ocean. That is to say, if one does not meditate, one does not meditate, when meditating, the key is to stare without blinking. By doing so, for example, in the ocean, whatever images of stars and so on appear, they appear clearly in the realm of appearance, but not in the realm of grasping, therefore, like the ocean water, it is not stained. Just as in the vision of a yogi, whatever external appearances arise, they appear in the realm of appearance, but without losing awareness on top of the appearance, therefore it is not in the realm of grasping, therefore it is not stained. External appearances do not stain awareness, inner awareness does not grasp appearances, the connection between appearance and awareness is severed, therefore the grasper and the grasped are purified in the absence of an object, it is the meditation of relaxing the six consciousnesses. For this there are two aspects: the actual meditation, and cutting off the wrong paths. The actual one is to restrain the winds and mind at the essential point, and to leave awareness in its own place, as it says in the Ornament of Clear Realization: Meditation means the mind abides, cutting off the inner and outer movements, the grasper and the grasped cease. And in 'Without Letters' it says: Originally unmade, naturally still, not changed by appearances, not adorned by conceptual thoughts, abiding in the space of the nature of reality, is the display of intention. The wisdom of the Dharmakaya, abandoning all thoughts, if there is no movement, is the intention of meditation. If one does not cling to the direction of the object, like stars appearing in the ocean, cling
