Therefore, it should be distinguished as being free from defilements. The second part has three aspects: the actual way of dissolving into the Dharmadhatu; the nature of abiding in the Dharmadhatu; and how the intention of the Dharmata swirls in the Dharmadhatu. First, when the three types of beings with sharp, dull, and medium faculties are liberated, there is no difference in the result. All the Buddhas of the three times are united in the inexpressible Dharmakaya where intention is exhausted, so they attain Buddhahood in the single bindu of self-nature without sameness or difference. Whether one purifies the body with substance in this life, or attains self-appearance in the bardo, or breathes out in a Nirmanakaya pure land, all the outwardly clear aspects of the path appearance body and wisdom appearance, dissolve into the Dharmadhatu in a sequence of spontaneous accomplishment, like light being absorbed into crystal. At that time, appearance dissolves into emptiness, and wisdom dissolves into the Dharmadhatu. The Rupakaya passes into nirvana in the realm of the Dharmakaya, and without things or characteristics, it becomes one taste with the Dharmata like space, just as space dissolves into space. For example, just as when awareness is separated from the Dharmadhatu and abides in the body, like the space inside a vase, it connects with the greater space through the hole in the vase. The four lamps connect with the primordial purity. When the vase breaks, the space inside, outside, and in between becomes inseparable and abides in one essence. Similarly, when body and mind separate, awareness, without before or after, abides in the great inner Dharmadhatu, the great primordial purity. From the sixth expanse, it says: When all the appearances of Kuntu Zangpo (Skt: Samantabhadra) are pacified and one attains peerless Buddhahood, it is called being free from the dust of the eyes of all dharmas. When one sees all the infinite realms and the inner and outer appearances merge into one, one attains the intention of the completely pure expanse. At that time, samsara itself is said to have an end. Thus, just as space merges, or the rays of self-light of outward appearance dissolve into the Dharmadhatu, just as when the sun sets, the rays gather into itself, or water dissolves into water, or ghee dissolves into ghee. From the burning of the remains, it says: Thereafter, in the essence of primordial purity, like the rays of the sun gathering, self-appearance together with the Nirmanakaya, dissolves into its own essence, becoming without separation. Just as water dissolves into water, just as ghee dissolves into ghee, just as space dissolves into space. Two

Non-existence becomes recognized as non-existent. Thus it is said. At that time, by dissolving into the inner space of primordial purity, awareness settles in its own place, becoming the unchangingly luminous Buddha. The all-powerful perfect teacher, Samantabhadra, the spontaneously accomplished wisdom lord, becomes known as Vajradhara. The dharmas of the path are exhausted by attaining the result, and the dharmas of the result are perfected like the waxing and waning of the full moon, so there is nothing higher than that, reaching the place of exhaustion. As it says in Rangshar: "The realized being, with skillful intellect, dissolves into the unchanging equality. Non-conceptual wisdom arises naturally. In that great land of accumulating bliss, like a pile of unarranged jewels, various things arise and dissolve into it. The ancestor of all Buddhas is universally known as unchanging light." Thus it is said. In the Klong Drugpa it says: "Memories and consciousness, at the time of nirvana, all the limits of expression are exhausted by themselves. The skandhas, elements, and sources, at the time of nirvana, all appearances and existence appear as a pure land of bliss. The faculties and objects, at the time of nirvana, spontaneously appear as the great enjoyment of the supreme mudra. Sounds and words, at the time of nirvana, transcend all appearances. View, meditation, conduct, and result, at the time of nirvana, effortful memory naturally ceases. Dharma and wisdom, at the time of nirvana, the bodies of the gods appear to be covered by an inconceivable seal. Experiences, at the time when nirvana itself is exhausted, the doors of arising and feeling also close by themselves. Warmth and signs, at the time of self-exhausting nirvana, the afflictions are all self-exhausted and emptied. The person who practices this exhausted dharma is both generated and self-perfected. Who can see the fortunate one who abides in this essence? This is the fruit of all Buddhas, the nature of Samantabhadra, abiding in itself. Whoever becomes familiar with this fruit of the Buddhas will also become the glorious Vajradhara. From the primordial protector, the stainless pure light-womb, arising spontaneously, one obtains the body of the most secret great perfection, the self-nature of the deeds of all Buddhas. The fortunate one who does not turn back from this, endowed with the intellect and power of a yogi, having reached the limit of all fruits, is equal to me, Samantabhadra." Thus it is said. Thus
