।। This is the realm of the Trikaya. || Thus it is said. The posture of the Nirmanakaya is: In the Tal'gyur, it says: The posture of the Nirmanakaya is, Relying on the sage's lotus posture, The appearance of Dharmata self-emanates, It will be seen with the eye of Dharma. Thus it is said. For example, like the sage's lotus posture, The ankles of the two feet are aligned, which is the key to the connection between method and wisdom. The soles of the two feet are placed on the ground, which is the key to suppressing afflictions and karma winds. The knees and chest are joined together, which is the key to balancing the elements of the body. Sitting upright with the body as a whole is the key to not distorting the channels. Crossing the two hands is the key to the fusion of space and awareness. Straightening the neck directly is the key to pushing the four lamps back to their original place. The merit is: In the Golden Garuda in Space, it says: Purifying the aggregates of the body, The posture of the Nirmanakaya itself, Whoever knows that key, That one will be liberated from it and attain enlightenment. Thus it is said. When the elements of the body are predominantly cold, it is appropriate to relate to the Nirmanakaya, balancing cold and heat, When the heat is high, it is appropriate to relate to the Dharmakaya, When it is balanced, it should be related to the elephant. The three unwavering aspects of the way of seeing that manifests are: By looking at the way of seeing of the Nirmanakaya, awareness enjoys the appearance of compassion. That is, relying on the slowness of the eyes, it is impossible to be separated from Samadhi. By lowering the mind slightly, one abides in the view of emptiness separated from the object of thought. By looking equally, it is impossible to become a slave to afflictions. By looking at the way of seeing of the Sambhogakaya, awareness directly sees the appearance of its own nature, That is, without twisting the body, looking equally with the corners of the two eyes to the left and right, illusions cease at the same time. The right corner of the eye shows awareness self-appearing. The left corner of the eye shows space self-arising. By pressing the mind slightly, the coming and going of the continuous lineage is cut off. By looking at the way of seeing of the Dharmakaya, one sees the essence of awareness, That is, turning the two eyes equally slightly upwards, the cycle of the three lower realms is cut off. By contracting at the eyebrow, awareness has no place to wander. By looking at the expanse of the sky, there is no separation between space and awareness. For all of that, it is important not to strain the eyes too much, but to relax the body and mind. The three unwavering aspects of those contractions are: By contracting the limbs of the body, the wheel of illusion of the six realms

chad. By contracting the joints of the fingers, the activity of enjoying physical movement ceases. Sometimes, when the neck veins throb, the light naturally appears. By keeping the essence of the body intact, the three realms become nameless. Second, the three aspects of non-movement of speech are: by not mixing speech with others, the ordinary speech of the six realms becomes empty. By cutting off the coming and going of words, the self-born wisdom of words arises. By stopping all of one's own expressions, all phenomena abide in a state of inexpressibility. Before these, when learning speech, in an unfamiliar place, like a madman, saying whatever comes to mind, backwards and forwards, feeling tired, and not wanting to say anything, one should abide in a state of not speaking, and sometimes, even if one does not want to speak, in order not to let empty places etc. become empty, one should say some things that make oneself tired, and then learn in a state of not speaking. Then, abandoning conversation with others, only doing things like reciting sutras and mantras, this is to be firm. Then, also prohibiting these, one should practice repeatedly without saying anything. As it is said in the Secret Sound Tantra: "Speech should be learned and abide, repeated practice should rely on." Third, the three aspects of non-movement of mind are: by not separating from the entrusted object, one constantly abides in the enlightened intent of the Buddha. By placing awareness in the realm of reality, there is no place for the reality of things to waver. By constantly not separating from that state, one is certain that the four appearances reach perfection. Moreover, due to movement, conceptual thoughts arise, and due to conceptual thoughts, the karma of samsara is accumulated. Therefore, controlling the basis of movement, the channels and winds, is the essential point of cutting off conceptual thoughts, and is very important. Second, there are three ways to measure with the three abidings: with the three abidings of the body, one is separated from activity, with the three abidings of the wind, one measures non-arising, and with the abiding of appearances, three, one has faith in non-reversal. First, the three are: by the body abiding without dwelling on activity, the delusion of samsara will not increase. By the limbs abiding in contraction and extension, the wheel of delusion will be cut off. By placing the activity on the ground and abiding effortlessly, one is separated from the ripening of accumulated karma. The three abidings of the wind are: by the wind abiding without going out, the causes of appearances are different, and there is no place to abide. By the wind abiding without filling inward, there is no basis for various conceptual thoughts. The wind does not go inward and outward.
