Therefore, the illusion of imputation does not exist. Because there is no imputation of the name "dharma," there is also no name of illusion imputed by conceptual thought. Because mind and intellect are not established, the moving illusion naturally does not exist. Because there are no gross or subtle defilements, the illusion of arising conditions naturally does not exist. Because there is no agent and action, how can there be an illusion of grasping objects? Because there is no object and sense faculty, the illusion of grasping and being grasped does not exist. Thus it is said. From the *Vajracchedika Sutra*. So-called illusion, from the very beginning is pure, and cannot be corrected into non-illusion. Appearing as non-existent, it is an unseen dharma, and fabricated conceptual thoughts naturally cease. It does not appear as an object of focus from illusion, because the original sound of self-nature has not moved, so all dharmas are equally of one taste. Free from grasping conceptual thoughts, it is originally enlightened. It cannot be modified or changed. Thus it is said. Thus, because of realizing that external objects do not exist, when the nature of the ungraspable dharma is pure like space, establishing the inner grasping as baseless and without support means that when the yogi's pure mind looks inward, the awareness without a basis is free from names. Indications and expressions are not seen, and the stages of view and meditation disappear. Scattered, relaxed, broad, and openly spread. Without understanding practice, there are no session breaks or biases. Everything is let go, openly, without intervals. Thus, looking at one's own mind, it transcends the limits of what can be grasped in essence, and awakening in the baseless nature of space is the nature of self-purification of mindfulness, which is called the Dharmakaya, which is free from the extremes of existence and non-existence. From the *Vajracchedika Sutra*. Where does the root of all dharmas without a basis exist? The mind that is free from existence and without desire. Self-nature is uncreated, beyond expression. The conceptual thoughts of agent and action cease. No dharma, no Buddha, and no sentient beings. No self, no ego, no grasping and being grasped. It cannot be expressed in words, and even establishing it as "mind" simply does not exist. Because it does not exist, in the appearance of emptiness, the sources of memory and knowledge are exhausted. In the uncreated nature of dharma, it is extremely wonderful that there is no arising. In the Dharmakaya without arising, it is extremely wonderful that there is no going and coming. In the awareness without a place of rotation, there is the nature of dharma without a place of arising. Thus it is said. The awareness that realizes the inseparability of grasping and being grasped is the great spontaneously accomplished, without direction, like this: Without reliance on body, objects, and appearances, in the vast space of the sky, equally and openly spread, the mind grasps dharma.
