Because of experiencing similarity, the term "experiencing the object" is applied because knowledge experiences the object. Non-intervening atoms: When forming coarse matter, it is unreasonable for the atoms to have or not have gaps between them. Therefore, there is no gap, and although there is contact, there is no adhesion, or contact but no adhesion. Because there is no gap, there is adhesion, but the surface nature does not touch, so it is called "adhesion but no contact." Considering the senses as abilities refers to the fact that the substance of the senses does not exist in the hidden place, but it is an ability of the eyes, etc., to generate their own consciousness. This is also produced by the power of previous knowledge, and based on it, eye consciousness, etc., are produced, so it is considered that it can be determined by subsequent movement. Non-associated imputation: Non-associated formative aggregates such as arising and ceasing are imputations because they are not established as the same or different entities from form, mind, and mental factors, just like a barren woman's son is only a name. This is how it is considered. Nirvana as non-entity: Nirvana of the three vehicles refers to the fact that at the time of Nirvana, the aggregates together with their seeds are cut off, and it is considered to be inseparable from the cessation of the realm of phenomena, just like clouds dissipating in the sky. Considering that there is nothing is the same as the Vaisheshika school. However, this school does not consider that there are gaps between the separated individual substances. If we examine these reasons, whether cause and effect meet or do not meet, whether they are simultaneous or not, whether they produce fruit or not, and examine which way of arising from the four extremes of self-arising, etc., then from the ultimate truth, arising from conditions is not established. If appearance is the mind and the object are hidden, then the distinction between what is measurable as manifest and hidden is difficult to establish. Because it is possible for the object to appear even if it does not exist in the hidden place, the reality of external objects is not established. Furthermore, if there is no gap between atoms, they will be too adhered to become one. If they do not touch or adhere, there will be too many gaps, so there is no third possibility. The ability of the senses, from the ultimate truth, is also obstructed by the obstruction of the senses themselves, and in conventional terms, the senses themselves can generate knowledge, so there is not much need to name it as ability. If non-association is only imputation, then impermanence does not abide in what is knowable, which would lead to the view of the secret school of eternalists. Nirvana is not merely a non-entity that is cut off, because the Nirvana of the Hinayana does not exhaust the obscurations, so it is not ultimate, the deeds of the Buddha are not complete, and wisdom ceases.

Because there is no cause, it will not cease. The second is the Pratyekabuddhas. A person with medium faculties and the lineage of a Pratyekabuddha, through the power of previous habituation, in the last lifetime of existence, through the means of dependent origination, takes the true meaning as the object, and through knowing the self of the person and the apprehended as without inherent existence, realizes the two selflessnesses, and attains the fruit of a Pratyekabuddha Arhat, which is also established as inferior to the Great Vehicle. That is, all external and internal phenomena arise in the manner of dependent origination, such as relying on external seeds to produce sprouts, and from internal ignorance to old age and death. Among these, in the previous life, because there was ignorance that did not understand the true meaning, the accumulation of karma that accomplishes this life is action. From this, consciousness arises, which is the cause of projecting into existence and the result of being projected. From consciousness arise the aggregates of name, the four aggregates, and the aggregate of form, such as curds. From this arise the six sense bases, such as the eye. From the six sense bases arises contact, which is the union of object, faculty, and consciousness. From this arises feeling. From feeling arises craving, which is the rejection and acceptance of objects. From craving arises grasping, which is the acceptance of objects. From this, the accumulation of karma that accomplishes existence is called existence. From existence arises birth in the six realms. From birth arises old age and death. Among these twelve branches, ignorance, craving, and grasping are the three afflictions, action and existence are the two karmas, and the remaining seven are the aggregates of suffering. Thus, from affliction arises karma, from karma arises suffering, and from the basis of suffering, affliction and karma arise again, so the wheel of dependent origination of existence continues to turn until ignorance is eliminated. The way in which Pratyekabuddhas meditate on this is: by looking at the bones in the charnel ground, knowing that this came from death, and that death came from birth, and so on, up to ignorance, and knowing that ignorance is to be abandoned by the wisdom that realizes selflessness, thereby relying on the path of one's own continuum. In this way, old age and death are the nature of suffering, and it comes from birth, etc., through contemplating the order of arising, one realizes the truth of suffering, and when birth ceases, old age and death cease, etc.
