In enjoyment, visualize the earth wind; in the heart, visualize the space wind; in the navel, visualize the color and shape of the fire wind. By this, as a sign that the five winds can be controlled, inner awareness will be clear and without conceptuality, and empty forms of various appearances will be seen. Among them, the sign of the right wind entering the central channel is that the appearance is like smoke. The sign of the left wind entering is that the appearance is like a mirage. The fire wind is like a lamp and a burning flame. The water wind is like clouds, and the moon's rays from the source of space. The earth wind is like the color of gold, and lightning. The space wind is first indigo, then spheres of five lights. As a sign that everything can be controlled in the central channel, rainbows of five lights, and spheres, and Buddha images, and stupas, and palaces, and nets and half-nets, and lotuses, etc., will appear. At that time, as a sign of the wind and mind converging in the six wheels of the six realms of samsara, the realms and appearances of gods and humans and hells and hungry ghosts and asuras, and animals, etc., will arise, and one will become like that or appear as if going there. Through the key instructions of purifying the place, knowing that everything is illusion, generate compassion for sentient beings and determine it to be like illusion and dreams. Then, going to the place of non-abiding, transform the bodily posture and the points of focus and practice. In this way, through the means of wind yoga, when knowledge becomes clear and lucid, recognize that such a nature is existence and non-existence, free from elaboration like space, and if you practice without focusing on anything anywhere, then it is the wisdom of the meaning of reality, the nature of vipassanā, practicing prajñāpāramitā. If it is not like that, but you cling to acceptance and rejection of what is seen, then there is no difference from the path of outsiders, so it is very important not to be separated from the wisdom of non-attachment to appearances. As it says in the Laṅkāvatāra Sūtra: To the Buddha and enlightenment, again and again I prostrate, contemplate selflessness, seeing things like light and lotuses, and lines like rainbows in the sky. Those various signs lead to the path of heretics, and also fall into the realm of śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas. The yoga that has no appearance, that is the Middle Way. At that time, the hand of the Buddha deity, arising from the Buddha-field, touched his head.

That is a sign of complete following. Thus, by hitting the key point, one should also learn the tactile sensation and number of winds. The tactile sensation is to meditate according to the characteristics of each element, and by counting with a rosary, it will decrease compared to before. For example, in the time it takes for two hundred and fifty-eight breaths now, at that time only one breath will run, and eventually all twenty-one thousand six hundred will stop in the time of one breath. The qualities of making the wind workable are: lightness of body, being able to sit cross-legged on the tip of a rush, obtaining clairvoyance, accomplishing illusion, and achieving minor accomplishments such as quick steps. At that time, the five natural winds and the winds that run on the five senses are also brought under control. The five natural winds are: life wind, equalizing fire wind, pervasive wind, upward moving wind, and downward eliminating wind. Their locations are the heart, navel, whole body, upper abdomen, and lower abdomen. The winds of the five senses are the winds that run on the respective faculties of the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and body. Then, if one does not learn the bindus through diligent practice, one cannot achieve inconceivable samadhi. Therefore, what is explained here is: Then the order of learning the bindus is: The A-syllable fire melts the image of the rabbit, and after practicing non-conceptuality in the state of great bliss, from the center of the four chakras, the upper and lower of the three channels, like the movement of the sun and moon, they enter the central channel together, and in the center they mix, the union of E and Vam, from the five qualities, the extremely subtle, the nature of luminosity itself, for the most superior people, it is the image of space, and for others, the achievement of non-conceptual calm abiding. This has the wheel of tummo wisdom, the wheel of great bliss dharma nature, and the wheel of diligent practice that increases benefit. Explaining in conjunction with the first one: The body posture and the three channels and four chakras are the same as before, and in the central channel directly opposite the navel chakra, the A-syllable fire, the tactile sensation is as hot as a horse's mane, when the descending Hum-syllable from the crown chakra's great bliss wheel touches it, the bodhicitta descends, the central channel is filled, and by meditating slightly in the state of increasing bliss, the white essence of the red channel and the red essence of the blue channel enter from the upper and lower ends of the two channels, mix in the heart, and the experience of the union of bliss and clarity of E and Vam arises. Then there is the sphere of bindus.
