Thus, the two faculties Producing bliss, if that generates wisdom, then it is said. The Victorious One has not said that it is great bliss. Great bliss is not impermanent; great bliss is always constant. That which arises from scratching an armpit, why is that not great bliss? Thus it is. Therefore, since it is not the actual path, one should not be attached to it. Since it is a condition for the path, one should not abandon it before it is complete, but should strive. Among these, first, if one has not trained in the combination of life-force and wind, the elements will not be suitable. Therefore, the practice of wind is as follows: the posture of the body is straightened, in the vajra posture, hands covering the knees, neck slightly tilted, breath straight, eyes not moving. Exhale, hold the gentle wind inside. The breath joins the mouth, the three channels and wheels are clear. By meditating on color, number, sensation, and shape, conceptual thoughts cease on their own, clarity and purity are half-established. Recognize non-conceptual wisdom, practice superior insight. The essential posture is the lotus position, with the hands covering the two knees. The neck is tilted, and the eyes do not move. The breath is held straight for a moment. Exhale three or six breaths slowly. The three channels are like pillars, with the crown of the head, throat, heart, and navel as the four wheels, clear like umbrellas. The lower ends of the two side channels meet at the hairline, and are bent towards the central channel. The upper ends are at the two nostrils, and from the entry of the breath, it enters the central channel. Meditate on generating clear, blissful, non-conceptual wisdom. The upper and lower breaths combine, without distraction, the mind grasping the shape and color of the wind. Also, in summer, fire; in autumn, wind; in winter, water; in spring, earth's wind flows. Therefore, the antidote is to reverse it, or solely the wind of space, or to practice whatever is suitable according to the illness and constitution. The earth's wind is yellow, water's is white, fire's is red, wind's is green, and the space's wind is blue. The shapes are also meditated upon as square, crescent, triangular, like a drawn bow, or completely round. Also, when the breath is combined, held firmly, and slowly released, retain a little remaining breath, and as before, meditate on the color and shape straight in the heart within the central channel, and meditate in the same way in the center of the four wheels. When one is stable in this way, water and wind in the great bliss wheel.
