Although inconceivable, that which takes as its object the non-conceptual wisdom, the pure nature of reality alone, is the undeluded consummation, that is, the ultimate truth. The subsequent attainment of the knowledge of outer and inner things, etc., is the manifestation of the emanation body for the benefit of others, and the appearance of the adornment of the Akaniṣṭha realm, together with the appearance of the enjoyment body, is called the impure other-powered, which is the conventional truth. Together with the four wisdoms, they are distinct entities. These, too, as previously explained, are the result of the transformation of the basis of consciousness, together with the habitual tendencies of objects, meanings, and mind. From this, the impure other-powered appears as the object, and the transformation purifies the realm. When meaning and mind are both purified and transformed, it is wisdom. When the alaya-vijñana is transformed, it is the mirror-like wisdom. When the mano-vijñana is transformed, it is the wisdom of equality. When the kliṣṭa-manas is transformed, it is the discriminating wisdom. When the five sense-vijñanas are transformed, it is the accomplishing wisdom. When the alaya-vijñana, which is the basis of various habitual tendencies, is reversed, and the obscurations of the part established as the meaning-alaya are purified, the meaning is manifested, and one obtains the nature of all the qualities of non-dual wisdom, and the perfect activity, so that as long as samsara is not empty, the benefit of sentient beings arises spontaneously without effort. This is what they believe. The refutation of this is that it does not exist in self and common meaning, meditation has no object, enlightenment without habitual tendencies, the benefit of beings arises spontaneously without interruption, the qualities of the Buddha are immeasurable, and the subsequent attainment of the conventional pure realm together with appearance is true, but because of clinging to truth, there are two faults: there is no proof, and there is a refutation. The first point is divided into two points: there is no reason, and there is no scripture. The first point, the proof that external objects do not exist is not refuted, because we do not believe that meaning is real. However, it is unreasonable to think that the appearance of objects is mind. If it is said that the Buddha said this, then it is intentional, because all intentions are based on the mind, so at the time of samsara, it is only considered to do so, if the mind does not gain freedom, it will wander in samsara due to karma and afflictions, and after gaining freedom, if it tends to liberation, and after gaining freedom, the qualities continue to increase, etc., it will appear to act as long as there are habitual tendencies.

It is solely for this reason. The necessity lies in the fact that, in reality, since those who are attached to the self-characteristics of other objects are obstructed, things like attachment and aversion that arise spontaneously merely manifest and then disappear. Furthermore, it is taught as a method for gradually grasping emptiness. As Maitreya said: Just as a doctor treats a patient, giving them medicine. Similarly, the Buddha treats sentient beings, and also taught about mind-only. And so on. For beings who are particularly attached to form, the cessation of form is also provisional. And so on. What harms the real is that if mountains, houses, etc., were established in one's own mind, it would be too extreme, therefore the harm of reason has been mentioned before. It is sufficient to stop elaborating here. There are three things that cause harm: reason is not valid, it is not the intention of the Sage, and it contradicts one's own tenets. The first has nine aspects: Refuting the determination of lineage. Generally refuting other-dependence. The eight aggregates of consciousness cannot be one nor different. The alaya-consciousness, afflicted mind, the principal and accompanying factors not being distinct, cessation, suchness, and refuting the way of knowing. The first has three aspects: the seed is not established, it becomes causeless, and sharpness and dullness are not determined. The first is that the uncontaminated seed, the abiding of the nature of reality, is not reasonable, because the seed is capable of producing power, so the power is obstructed. The second is that the sharpness of the faculties themselves would become causeless, because it is sharpness that did not arise from the cause of sharpness. The third is that it is impossible for beings to always remain in a state of sharp or dull faculties, because sharpness will diminish due to some sins, and dullness will increase due to some virtues, like the early and late seasons on a small path. Furthermore, if the Buddha's lineage is established as having sharp faculties, then all sentient beings would become sharp, because it is impossible for dullness to exist. Regarding its dependence, the dependence on sharpness is also not established, because the dependence is not established, so it will become unestablished. As the Uttaratantra Shastra says: Because of the non-difference of suchness, and because the complete Buddha body radiates, and because there is lineage, all embodied beings, constantly possess the Buddha-nature. And so on. Lineage is determined, because no one wants just the end of samsara, so for the one who remains in samsara forever, it is called a person who has cut off their lineage. Because it is impossible to attain liberation. If it is said that it is impossible to remain in samsara forever, but the substance of samsara has an end, and on the lineage,
