I wholeheartedly pray that I may thoroughly purify my sins and obscurations, and be quickly blessed inseparably with body, speech, and mind, and the three doors, while contemplating and reciting the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra, so that the sound of the essence of the secret mantra pervades the sky. Furthermore, visualize that oneself and all others, in the presence of the glorious Vajrasattva (Dorje Sempa), with a strong sense of remorse from the depths of their hearts for past sins and transgressions, and with a firm intention to restrain themselves well in the future, are performing a true confession and restraint. Furthermore, visualize that all appearances are the body of Vajrasattva, all sounds are the speech of Vajrasattva, and all thoughts and awareness are the mind of Vajrasattva, and abide unattached in this self-illuminating state. Furthermore, recognizing that the reality of all Herukas is the self-nature of the Dharmakaya (Chosku), and that the nature of the minds of all sentient beings, with their defilements, is the ultimate way of abiding, and that the state of self-nature is pure, equal, and one taste, abide equally in the self-illuminating nature, and well maintain the state of one's own mind being clear, empty, unattached, and free from fabrication. At the end of the recitation, if desired, recite the above seven-branch offering once. If abbreviated, recite only this: Omnipresent Heruka, glorious Vajrasattva! I respectfully prostrate and offer offerings to you! I confess all sins, and rejoice in all virtues! Please turn the wheel of Dharma, and remain forever, may all beings attain Buddhahood! In any case, at the end, recite: Glorious Vajrasattva, the miracle of wisdom's illusion! The dance of emanations, endlessly transforming as needed! Pervading throughout the vast expanse of the sky! I pray with reverence, please look upon me with compassion! Please purify the sins and transgressions of myself and all others! Please bless that karmic obscurations and evil deeds may be exhausted! Please purify impure illusions into the realm of reality! May we be of one taste with the great perfection of the Dharmakaya! Through this prayer, in an instant, the emanations of Vajrasattva dissolve into all sentient beings, thereby liberating them from the state of inseparability of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and establishing them in the state of great liberation. After that, may we skillfully receive the maturing empowerments of the Great Secret Mantra, Based on pure vows, Make our mindstream capable of practicing the yoga of generation and completion stages. May we completely accomplish the purification of impure ordinary body, speech, and mind, transforming them into the mandala of deities, Transforming birth, death, and bardo into Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, The Great Perfection illusory yoga, perfectly completing the supreme path of the first stage. May we directly manifest the wisdom of the primordial meaning as it is, Gathering the channels, winds, and bindus, Skillfully binding them in the central channel, perfectly completing the profound completion stage, The second stage, and maturing it as it is. After that, may we ultimately attain the four Kayas, the four Vajras, With the spontaneously accomplished qualities of body, speech, and mind, Become the glory of beings in samsara, May the good deeds of benefiting both never diminish. May all that is wished for be accomplished as desired, Without any obstacles or hindrances, Gradually reaching the ultimate perfection, all wishes May they benefit all beings and bring happiness.
