尊者垂视一切万法实相，至尊法身金刚持（Vajradhara），我心虔诚敬仰！怙主您身语意三密事业无边无际，是救度无依众生的怙佑。您是智慧、慈悲和力量的伟大宝藏，是众生的唯一怙主金刚持，我心虔诚敬仰！ 对于所有需要调伏的众生，您的慈悲永不迟疑。您以毫不懈怠的事业利益有情，是无与伦比的怙主金刚持，我心虔诚敬仰！在清净与不清净的刹土中，您示现幻化的身躯，宣说契合不同根器众生的佛法。您垂视沉溺于轮回痛苦的众生，是众生的怙主金刚持，我心虔诚敬仰！ 怙主啊，除了您，我别无所依。您是诸佛的总集，恩德无量。愿您以慈悲加持的光芒，令我之觉性融入法身之中！愿这遍布虚空的至上心性——法界，在这无生广阔的虚空中，自心本性明点的光明，融入这无碍清净的法界之中！’ 念诵时，稍微压住上行气自然生起和融入，同时以下行气逐渐加强的方式牵引，观想自心本性觉性的明点，如流星般沿着中脉向上，融入上师的心间，与上师的心意融为一体。以轻、中、重三种程度的‘ཕཊ་’（藏文），（phaṭ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，摧伏）的声音，首先将明点从心间向上提至梵穴，其次融入上师心间，最后心意与上师心意融为一体，安住于平等性中。 第二，以虔诚的信心祈祷金刚持传承的历代上师：观想自身内部中脉（avadūti）的中央，有蓝色的‘ཧཱུཾ’（藏文，hūṃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，种子字）字头朝上，在梵穴中有白色的‘ཧཾ་’（藏文，haṃ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，种子字）字头朝下，在脐轮有红色的‘ཨཿ’（藏文，āḥ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，种子字）字头朝上，清晰地显现心、光、空三者的本性。 顶礼上师！至尊您是总集一切功德之自性，是殊胜密严刹土之主宰，是具足七种结合之大自在，我以虔诚的信心和强烈的渴望祈祷怙主金刚持！愿您将我从成熟的蕴聚牢笼中，将清净觉性的精华，融入上师的心间！愿您以空乐智慧的自性光明，持有圆满的空性之身，展现幻化网的游舞，您是坛城之主，时轮金刚！我心虔诚敬仰！ 您身金色，

Venerable one, who sees the very nature of all phenomena, Supreme Dharmakaya Vajradhara, I reverently adore you! Protector, your body, speech, and mind activities are boundless, You are the refuge who guides helpless beings. You are the great treasure of wisdom, compassion, and power, The sole protector of beings, Vajradhara, I reverently adore you! For all beings who need to be tamed, Your compassion never delays. You engage in tireless activities, You are the incomparable protector, Vajradhara, I reverently adore you! In pure and impure realms, you manifest illusory bodies, Teaching the Dharma that suits the faculties of beings. You watch over those wandering in the suffering of samsara, You are the protector of beings, Vajradhara, I reverently adore you! Protector, besides you, I have no other refuge. You are the embodiment of all Buddhas, with boundless kindness. May the light of your compassionate blessings, dissolve my awareness into the Dharmakaya! May this supreme mind that pervades all space—the Dharmadhatu, In the vast expanse of unborn space, The luminosity of the essence of my own mind, dissolve into the unobstructed, pure Dharmadhatu!' While reciting, slightly press down on the ascending air that naturally arises and dissolves, and at the same time, guide the descending air with increasing force, visualizing the essence of your own mind's awareness, like a shooting star, going up along the central channel, dissolving into the heart of the Lama, and becoming inseparable from the Lama's mind. With the sound of ‘ཕཊ་’ (Tibetan, phaṭ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, meaning 'to destroy' or 'to liberate') in light, medium, and heavy degrees, first raise the bindu from the heart to the crown, then dissolve it into the Lama's heart, and finally mix the mind with the Lama's mind into a great sameness, and rest in equanimity. Second, with devout faith, pray to the Lamas of the Vajradhara lineage: Visualize in the center of your own body's central channel (avadūti), a blue ‘ཧཱུཾ’ (Tibetan, hūṃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, seed syllable) with its head pointing upwards, in the crown a white ‘ཧཾ་’ (Tibetan, haṃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, seed syllable) with its head pointing downwards, and in the navel a red ‘ཨཿ’ (Tibetan, āḥ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, seed syllable) with its head pointing upwards, clearly manifesting the essence of mind, light, and emptiness. Homage to the Gurus! Supreme one, you are the embodiment of all qualities, the lord of the blissful realm, the great sovereign of the seven unions, I pray with devout faith and intense longing to the protector Vajradhara! May you, from the cage of the ripened aggregates, dissolve the essence of pure awareness into the Lama's heart!
