Uddiyana I prostrate with reverence to all the principal gurus! By the power of wind and mind, averting evil influences, the rare and excellent one. Namkha Kyong (Guardian of the Sky), skilled in the Dharma of characteristics and definitive meaning. Palzang Tsen (Glorious Good Name), who has mastered the Dharma of the Kalachakra. I prostrate with reverence to the three who greatly propagated the practice lineage! Lochen Je (Great Translator Lord), who has seen the faces of many yidams. Glorious and protective Manjushri, the supreme hero of accomplishment. Khenchen Lungrig Tsen (Master of Scripture and Logic), the treasure of Sutra and Tantra Dharma. I prostrate with reverence to the three wondrous lamas! The all-pervading lord of the mandala ocean, the protector Tara. The Dharma treasury of the definitive meaning lineage of the omniscient Dolpo, spreading in all directions from the path of scripture and logic. I prostrate with reverence to the Manjushri Lama himself! The assembly of Rinchen Gyatso (Precious Ocean), the regent of that one. Lodro Tsen (Name of Intelligence), who benefits and propagates in Kham and beyond. Ngagchin Je (Lord of Speech), whose fame of accomplishment is greatly spread. I prostrate with reverence to the three protectors of beings in degenerate times! Especially Ngagi Tsen (Name of Speech), the sole refuge of Do Kham. Dargye De (Assembly of Flourishing), the great holder of the practice lineage. Whose Dharma protectors are employed, and whose activities are completely victorious. I prostrate with reverence to the three lamas of Do Med! The feet of Lhundrup Gyatso (Ocean of Spontaneous Accomplishment), possessing the power of abilities. Konchok Tsen (Supreme Jewel Name), the root of the practice lineage in this region. The assembly of Choepel Gyatso (Ocean of Dharma Increase), the heart disciple of that protector. I prostrate with reverence to the three of great kindness! Thereafter, Chokyi Phagpa Je (Lord Noble Dharma), the holder of the lineage. The feet of Kunga Palden (Joyful Glorious One), the master of realization. Khenchen Chojor Tsen (Master of Dharma Wealth), who greatly propagated the Dharma lineage. I prostrate with reverence to the three who expanded the sacred Dharma! Khedrup Wangchuk De (Master of Wisdom and Power Assembly), who has attained the warmth of the profound path. The name of Ngagi Wangpo (Lord of Speech), whose realization is unparalleled. Tenzin Drak (Holder of the Banner of Doctrine), who holds the victory banner of liberation. I prostrate with reverence to the three who lead beings in these degenerate times! The one who fully illuminates the teachings of empowerment, scripture, and oral instructions. The name of Dorje Zangpo (Vajra Good), who has attained supreme realization. The feet of the root lama Konchok Dargye (Supreme Jewel Flourishing). I prostrate with reverence to the three of unfailing kindness! Whatever, from the depths of the heart, with great faith and reverence, To the root and lineage lamas, all the assemblies of refuge, Prostrations, prayers, and all other virtuous actions, Whatever meaningful deeds are done, May the power of the light of grace of those supreme refuges Be completely transferred to the minds of us all, Gradually eliminating the innate afflictions and habitual tendencies. May the mindstream be purified, Dharma arise, and joy and happiness increase. May renunciation of samsara and the arising of definite emergence arise. The Bodhicitta, the desire to attain Buddhahood for the sake of others. May the supreme view, which correctly realizes the true nature, be well understood. May the three principal aspects of the path, the common stages, arise.
