向赐予成就之尊，本尊致敬！ 于十方世界一切处，为利有情而住者， 圆满正觉诸佛陀，恒时恭敬我顶礼。 初善中善及后善，清净无染极洁白， 解脱胜道最殊胜，于彼正法我敬礼。 福田之中最殊胜，天人供养之所依， 佛子缘觉及罗汉，殊胜僧众我敬礼。 具戒多闻思维者，等持三摩地中住， 善持善逝之教法，一切善知识前礼。 于诸一切应供者，等如微尘数一般， 身体遍及诸方所，以胜信心我顶礼。 供品妙华与焚香，明灯胜香及美食， 伞盖幢幡乐器声，供养上师众及佛。 无边无际诸世界，非为我所能摄持， 所有供养之物具，意幻化现作供养。 殊胜以及意生供，供养云聚之堆垒， 等同虚空无量数，以诸功德供圣众。 超胜卑劣诸境地，诸佛如来之誓言， 一切成就之根本，以胜甘露作供养。 净除一切诸垢染，解脱一切诸分别， 无上菩提之觉心，祈愿大乐令欢喜。 香涂大地鲜花散，须弥四洲日月饰， 以此供养诸佛土，愿诸众生享净土。 自今直至菩提藏，吾身受用诸善根， 过去现在未来时，虔诚供养祈纳受。 无余照见具眼者，殊胜福田汝等前， 恳请慈悲垂念我，祈请纳受此供养。 我自无始时以来，为业惑力所控制， 身语意门所造罪，以及自性之罪业， 违越三律仪之罪，所有罪业皆忏悔， 于诸应供尊者前，立誓以后不复造。 上师事业甚稀有，诸佛佛子及缘觉， 罗汉以及凡夫众，所有善根皆随喜。 为令有情得成熟，上师以及诸佛陀， 祈请转动妙法轮，乃至轮回未空前， 祈请长久永住世，我以合掌诚祈请。 我以所有诸功德，回向菩提诸有情， 愿诸有情速成佛，解脱轮回诸痛苦。

I prostrate to the Yidam (Tibetan: ཡི་དམ་, Sanskrit: Iṣṭa-devatā, Iṣṭadeva, meaning 'cherished deity') who grants supreme accomplishments! In all the worlds of the ten directions, To all the perfect Buddhas who dwell for the sake of beings, I always prostrate with reverence. Good in the beginning, middle, and end, Pure, stainless, and unadulterated, The supreme path of definite emergence, I prostrate to the Holy Dharma. The supreme field of merit, The object of offerings for gods and humans, The Sons of the Conquerors, Pratyekabuddhas, and Arhats, I prostrate to the supreme Sangha. Those who abide in discipline, are learned and contemplative, And dwell in Samadhi (Tibetan: ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་, Sanskrit: Samādhi, meaning 'concentration'), Who uphold the Sugata's (Tibetan: བདེ་གཤེགས་, Sanskrit: Sugata, meaning 'one who has gone to bliss') teachings well, I prostrate to all spiritual friends. To all those worthy of offerings, As many as the number of atoms in all the fields, In every way that my body bows, I prostrate with supreme faith. Offerings of flowers, incense, Bright lights, supreme fragrances, food, Umbrellas, banners, and the sound of music, I offer to the assembly of Gurus and the Three Jewels. In the boundless realms of the world, Whatever offerings are not possessed by owners, I take them with my mind and offer them. The heaps of offering clouds, That are excellent and arise from the mind, As numerous as the sky, I offer to the ocean of qualities and their children. Transcending inferior realms, The supreme Samaya (Tibetan: དམ་ཚིག་, Sanskrit: Samaya, meaning 'bond, vow') of all the Conquerors, The basis of all Siddhis (Tibetan: དངོས་གྲུབ་, Sanskrit: Siddhi, meaning 'accomplishment'), I offer the supreme nectar. Having removed all stains of obscuration, Completely liberated from all concepts, The unsurpassed Bodhicitta (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས, Sanskrit: Bodhicitta, meaning 'mind of enlightenment'), May it be pleased with great bliss. The ground is anointed with perfume and strewn with flowers, This adorned with mountains, continents, sun, and moon, I offer to all the objects of refuge, May all beings enjoy the pure lands. From now until the essence of enlightenment, My body, possessions, and, All virtuous things of the three times, I offer to you with reverence. Those who have eyes that see everything, You, the holy objects of offering, Please regard me with compassion, Please accept these offerings of mine. From beginningless time, I have been under the power of Karma (Tibetan: ལས་, Sanskrit: Karma, meaning 'action') and afflictions, Through the doors of body, speech, and mind, Whatever sins I have committed by nature, And all the collections of faults that have violated the three vows, I repent with great regret, In the presence of those worthy of offerings, I confess with the intention of restraining myself in the future. The wondrous activities of the Gurus, The Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Pratyekabuddhas, Arhats, and ordinary beings, I rejoice in all their virtues. For the sake of maturing and liberating all beings, The Gurus and Buddhas, Please turn the Dharma wheel, And until Samsara (Tibetan: འཁོར་བ་, Sanskrit: Saṃsāra, meaning 'cyclic existence') is empty, Please remain in the world for a long time, I earnestly request with folded hands. I urge you to turn the Dharma wheel of profoundness and vastness. I beseech you to benefit all sentient beings, Until the existence of sentient beings, To remain constantly in the world, without entering Nirvana. I pray with folded hands. Until attaining the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the supreme Lama, the Buddha, The Dharma, and the Sangha of noble ones. For the sake of all sentient beings, To attain perfect and complete enlightenment, I shall generate the mind of enlightenment, And practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva. I beseech those with clear eyes of wisdom, The compassionate assembly of Lamas, And all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Please listen to me for a moment. We are blinded by ignorance, Thrown by the torrent of karma, Drowning in the ocean of samsara, Controlled by the crocodiles of afflictions, Suffering unbearable torment, We are weak and of shallow wisdom, I beseech you to protect me and all sentient beings. Even if we exert ourselves to the utmost, It is difficult to find the opportunity for liberation. I beseech you to extend your compassionate hand, And deliver us from the ocean of samsara. I beseech you to dispel with the light of wisdom, That which is the basis of all phenomena, And the cause of irrational attention, The thick darkness of ignorance. I beseech you to sever with the sword of wisdom, That which is the root of all faults of samsara, And that which generates all conceptual thoughts, The clinging vine of self-grasping. I beseech you with great power, To transform that which is universally ignorant, universally confused, universally entangled, As well as pride and jealousy, Into great wisdom. Since beginningless time in samsara, The mind has been controlled by afflictions, The accumulated stains of habit, I beseech you to cleanse with the water of wisdom. Due to the power of one's own karma, To the extent that one is involuntarily, Thrown into the ocean of samsara, I beseech you to reverse the strong wind of karma. I beseech you to pacify that which is transformed by karma and afflictions, Such as birth, old age, sickness, and death, The suffering, the compounded suffering of change. Regarding the means, protection, purification, And the definitive emergence of the Great Vehicle, Sentient beings are easily deceived, I beseech you to avert the works of Mara. Regarding the pursuits of worldly people, Such as gain and honor, Meaningless activities, I beseech you to turn the mind away.
