Then, reciting 'Om Ah Hum' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: Om Ah Hum, Literal meaning: Om Ah Hum), feeling joyful, bring the five fingers together in the center of the palm, and draw a flower pattern on each of the five fingernails, visualizing them as six lotus seats. On the thumb is white 'Om Ha' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् ह, Sanskrit Romanization: Om Ha, Literal meaning: Om Ha), on the index finger is yellow 'Nama Hi' (Tibetan: ན་མ་ཧི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: नम हि, Sanskrit Romanization: Nama Hi, Literal meaning: Nama Hi), on the middle finger is red 'Svaha Hu' (Tibetan: སྭཱཧཱ་ཧུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा हु, Sanskrit Romanization: Svaha Hu, Literal meaning: Svaha Hu), on the ring finger is black 'Vaisata He' (Tibetan: བཻ་ཥཊ་ཧེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वैषट् हे, Sanskrit Romanization: Vaisata He, Literal meaning: Vaisata He), and on the little finger is red 'Hum Hum Ho' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ हूँ हो, Sanskrit Romanization: Hum Hum Ho, Literal meaning: Hum Hum Ho). In the center of the five fingernails is green 'Phat Ham' (Tibetan: ཕཊ་ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट् हं, Sanskrit Romanization: Phat Ham, Literal meaning: Phat Ham). Draw five flower clusters in the center of the palm, visualizing them as lotus seats, with red 'Om Bam' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् बं, Sanskrit Romanization: Om Bam, Literal meaning: Om Bam) in the center. Starting from the front and going clockwise, the sequence is blue 'Ham Yom' (Tibetan: ཧཾ་ཡོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं यों, Sanskrit Romanization: Ham Yom, Literal meaning: Ham Yom), yellow 'Hrem Mom' (Tibetan: ཧྲེཾ་མོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रें मों, Sanskrit Romanization: Hrem Mom, Literal meaning: Hrem Mom), yellow 'Hrem Hrem' (Tibetan: ཧྲེཾ་ཧྲེཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रें ह्रें, Sanskrit Romanization: Hrem Hrem, Literal meaning: Hrem Hrem), green 'Hum Hum' (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: Hum Hum, Literal meaning: Hum Hum), and smoky 'Phat Phat' (Tibetan: ཕཊ་ཕཊ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट् फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: Phat Phat, Literal meaning: Phat Phat), visualizing them as the forms of heroes and heroines. If the visualization is not clear, visualizing them as syllables is also acceptable, because they are essentially deities. The five elements of the hand—earth, water, fire, wind, and space—correspond to the five yoginis: the Falling Mother, the Killing Mother, the Hooking Mother, the Lotus自在Mother, and the Lotus Net Mother. Understand that these five are the heart essence yoginis. Then, visualize the image of the mandala in front appearing on the back of the hand, or, if it is not related to the generation stage in front, draw flower patterns on the hand, and with devotion, visualize it as Vajrayogini. Visualize that reciting 'Phem' (Tibetan: ཕཻཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: फें, Sanskrit Romanization: Phem, Literal meaning: Phem) makes the three messengers inseparable. As mentioned before, recite the three 'Oms' and the armor mantras of the heroes and heroines. Make offerings with the five offerings such as Pushpe, and take a small amount from the tsok offerings and place it in the palm of the hand to make offerings, visualizing that the Buddhas are pleased. Then, sprinkle nectar with the left hand and rub the two hands together, visualizing that the deities are equally absorbed in samadhi. Touch the forehead, throat, and heart with the ring finger of the left hand, and finally apply it to the entire body, visualizing that all the deities are absorbed into the body, and recite 'Om Ah Hum' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: Om Ah Hum, Literal meaning: Om Ah Hum) three times. This hand offering is the intent of Chakrasamvara. If simplified, it is also effective to sprinkle nectar on the left and right hands and rub them together, as mentioned above, and to make patterns on the three places. Then, according to the instructions in the guide to the conduct of the left hand, clarify the food yoga, whether it is in extensive, medium, or concise form. In the manner of an inner fire offering, enjoy it without attachment, feeling satisfied. Perform songs, dances, and music without distraction, with the intention of offering to the inner and outer deities. At all times, visualize yourself and all appearances as the form of the supreme lady, all sounds as the mantra of the empty yogini, and all thoughts as the magical manifestations of wisdom. Practice yoga with all the experiences of outer and inner bliss. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
