Sharchen Yeshe Gyaltsen, Dorje Chang Kunga Zangpo, Guge Pandita Drakpa Gyaltsen, Lowo Khenchen Sonam Lhundrup, Jampelyang Kunga Sonam, Ngorchen Konchok Lhundrup, Yongdzin Konchok Palden, Sharchen Kunga Tashi, Sharchen Sherab Jungne, Khenchen Lhundrup Palden, Choje Tenzin Lhundrup, and my kind root guru, the supreme Tartsawa Great Master, Jamyang Lama Omniscient Namkha Samdrub Kunga Tsanpei Gyaltsen Palsangpo, to all these venerable ones, I offer Om Ah Hum! This is one of the empowerment lineages of the eight cycles of Bhairava (the terrifying one). One is like the 'Trinley Tsa Zer' (Activating Heat Ray), and there are many other subdivisions. Furthermore, to all the lamas who have received the connection of empowerment, transmission, instructions, and Dharma, I offer Om Ah Hum! Om Yamaraja, etc. Om Hrih Sthih, etc. Om Yamantaka, etc. To the Bhagavan Vajrabhairava, I offer Om Ah Hum! Furthermore, to the deities of the mandala associated with the four great tantra classes: Kriya Tantra, Carya Tantra, Yoga Tantra, and Anuttarayoga Tantra, I offer Om Ah Hum! Having placed bindus (drops) on the tip of the tongue, between the eyebrows, and on the crown of the head, I offer Om Ah Hum! Thus, I worship the deities of the body mandala and sprinkle with tormas (ritual cakes) and bali (sacrificial offerings).
