The earth becomes like a rainbow. Instantly visualize yourself as the noble White Tara. In her heart, on a lotus and moon disc, is the white seed syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan), राम (Sanskrit Devanagari), rāṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), meaning 'light'. From the རཾ་ syllable, light radiates, and White Tara is surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Invite them to the space in front: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ (Tibetan), Om Vajra Samaja (literal meaning in Chinese). Invite with the 'gathering gesture' (Tibetan: བསྡུ་རྒྱ་སེ་གོལ་). About one mala. Within such a protection wheel, from the syllable པཾ་ (Tibetan) arises an eight-petaled white lotus. In the center of the lotus, from the syllable ཨ་ (Tibetan) arises a moon disc. On the moon disc, your own mind transforms into the white seed syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan), राम (Sanskrit Devanagari), rāṃ (Sanskrit Romanization), meaning 'light'. From the རཾ་ syllable, light radiates, benefiting oneself and others. The light is gathered back, completely transforming into yourself, becoming the noble White Tara, with one face, two arms, and three eyes. The right hand is in the gesture of granting boons, and the left hand holds the stem of a white lotus with the thumb and forefinger, the lotus blooming near the ear. Her hair is tied up in a high bun, with some strands falling down. She wears a red silk upper garment, and a skirt of various colored silks, adorned with eight precious ornaments. She sits in the vajra posture. From her body radiates white light, illuminating the entire world.
