I confess all misdeeds. I beseech you to purify and cleanse all sins, obscurations, faults, downfalls, and stains. Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་, meaning: Diamond Mind) Father and Mother dissolve into light, merging into oneself from the crown of the head, making one's body, speech, and mind inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་, meaning: Diamond Mind). The third step is: Visualize the refuge field as before, and offer the mandala as much as possible. The fourth step is: On the crown of one's head, on a precious throne and lotus-sun disc, the root guru (Tibetan: རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་, meaning: root guru) manifests as blue Vajradhara (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་, meaning: Vajra Holder), holding a vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra, literal meaning: diamond) and bell crossed at the heart, seated in vajra posture, adorned with silk and jewels, surrounded by a throng of lineage gurus. Light radiates from them, inviting all the refuge places, which merge into the gurus. I pray to the gurus who bestow both kinds of siddhis, please grant accomplishments. Recite three times. They dissolve into light and merge into oneself, thereby unifying abandonment and antidote. The above is the preliminary. The Main Practice The second is the main practice, which is divided into two parts: the generation stage and the completion stage. First is the generation stage: Visualize that one's heart center is empty, and from emptiness arises a lotus (Tibetan: པད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्म, Sanskrit Romanization: padma, literal meaning: lotus) moon disc. On the lotus moon disc, from the white 'Hrih' (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) syllable arises, this syllable emits light, purifying sins and the gross parts of the body, transforming into a mass of light. From the mass of light arises an eight-petaled white lotus, with stamens, which arises from intention and mudra. From the lotus arises oneself as white Avalokiteśvara (Tibetan: སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་, meaning: Avalokiteśvara), one face and two eyes. The first two hands are in the anjali mudra, the lower right hand holds a crystal rosary, and the lower left hand holds a white lotus. The hair is tied in a topknot, and the two feet are in the vajra posture. Wearing a white silk upper garment, and skirts of various colors of silk, adorned with precious jewels, appearing but without inherent existence. This arises from the complete body. In the heart, on a moon disc, there is a white 'Hrih' (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) syllable, this syllable emits light, transforming the outer world into a palace, and the inner sentient beings into Avalokiteśvara (Tibetan: སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་, meaning: Avalokiteśvara). Again, light radiates, inviting all the deities of the mandala of the four tantra classes of yidam (Tibetan: ཡི་དམ་, meaning: yidam), merging into oneself. Again, light radiates, inviting the root guru (Tibetan: རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་, meaning: root guru) from Akanishta (Tibetan: འོག་མིན་, meaning: Akanishta) to bestow empowerment. The body is filled, and sins are eliminated. The remaining nectar overflows upwards, adorning the head with a lotus and silk seat, in the form of Amitabha (Tibetan: འོད་དཔག་མེད་, meaning: Amitabha). All the gurus of the sutra, tantra, and oral instruction lineages merge into it. Sometimes, one can visualize one's favorite guru in the form of Amitabha (Tibetan: འོད་དཔག་མེད་, meaning: Amitabha), and all the gurus merge into it. In one's heart, on a lotus moon disc, there is a white 'Hrih' (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) syllable. Reciting 'Om Mani Padme Hum' (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, literal meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum), the mantra circles the 'Hrih' (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) syllable. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
