祈请您行广大吉祥之事，使此地充满安乐。 特别是在这广阔的区域，萨迦（Sakya，藏传佛教萨迦派）杰尊旺波（Jetsun Wangpo，萨迦派著名上师）的具足数量之教规，持明者秋吉嘉波（Chögyal Phakpa，八思巴）父子叔侄等人的优良传承，在秘密真言之寺院策东秋吉德（Tsedong Chökyi De），大密语自在讲修洲（Sangchen Smawé Ling），我以清净的意乐和恭敬的行持，新建立此地，愿在此居住的僧众和合，戒律清净，书写使用，布施等等，行持十种佛法行为。特别是，通过甚深秘密真言续部的成熟解脱，修持心要，按照此规章的意义，付诸实践者，愿所有违缘障碍，不和之因素，皆得平息。顺缘如寿命、福德、财富、眷属、受用、教法和证悟之功德，如上弦月般，越来越增长广大。愿杰尊萨迦巴（Jetsun Sakyapa，萨迦派祖师）无谬之宗风，如秘密真言大海般的教法，一切都能极度兴盛，长久住世。 愿此地对寺庙僧团造成损害和伤害的一切有形无形众生，其所有恶念和粗暴行为，皆以寂静之法调伏。如果无法以寂静之法调伏，对于那些给寺庙僧团带来疾病瘟疫等恶行的无形众生；以及那些轻蔑此规章和上师，具有智慧之眼的上师们；以及那些轻视护法；对于那些与教法不合之人，对于我们这些主张奉行上师宗风的师徒，进行争斗、挑衅、怀有恶意之人，愿保护他们的神灵，以及后盾、帮凶、亲友、密友皆被分离。寿命缩短，断绝天绳，拔出大地之橛，心血洒于地，断绝种姓，摧毁家园，以智慧之火焚烧，以时之风摧毁。总之，愿所有破誓之敌及其眷属，都在一瞬间化为乌有，甚至连芝麻大小都不剩。愿所有事业立即成就，从此之后，愿此地永不产生属于魔及其魔类的转世之因。 愿我等师徒以及如母有情众生，如同虚空般无边无际。

I pray that you perform the activity of bringing great auspiciousness and happiness to this place. Especially in this vast area, may the tradition of the Sakya Jetsun Wangpo's complete teachings, the good lineage of the mantra holders Chögyal Phakpa and his successors, flourish in the secret mantra monastery of Tsedong Chökyi De, the great secret speech center. I have newly established this place with pure intention and respectful conduct. May the Sangha residing here be harmonious and pure in their vows, practicing the ten Dharma activities such as writing, using, and giving alms. In particular, may those who practice the profound secret mantra tantras, attaining maturity and liberation, and cultivating the essence of their minds according to the meaning of this charter, have all obstacles and unfavorable conditions pacified. May favorable conditions such as longevity, merit, wealth, retinue, enjoyment, and the qualities of learning and realization increase and expand like the waxing moon. May the unerring doctrine of Jetsun Sakyapa, the teachings of the ocean of secret mantras, flourish and remain for a long time. May all sentient beings, both visible and invisible, who harm and injure the monastery and community in this area, be subdued by peaceful means. If they cannot be subdued by peaceful means, may those formless beings who cause disease and epidemics to the monastery and community, and those who despise this charter and the wise lamas, who despise the Dharma protectors, and those who quarrel with those who are not in accordance with the Dharma, those who contend with us teachers and students who claim to uphold the lineage of the masters, those who provoke, and those who harbor evil intentions, may their protecting deities, supporters, allies, friends, and companions be separated. May their lifespans be shortened, their heavenly cords be cut, the pegs of the earth be pulled out, their heart's blood be spilled on the ground, their lineages be cut off, their homes be destroyed, burned by the fire of wisdom, and destroyed by the wind of time. In short, may all oath-breakers, enemies, and obstacles, along with their retinues, be annihilated in an instant, without even a sesame seed remaining. May all activities be accomplished immediately, and from now on, may there be no cause for the birth of demons and demonic beings in this area.
