Maintaining cleanliness inside and out, and ensuring the tidiness of all utensils is crucial. Gatekeepers should maintain an appropriate distance from the gate, arranged in an orderly manner, otherwise, it may embarrass guests of upper, middle, and lower ranks. Vagrants and dogs should not be allowed to enter indiscriminately. When we move around, unless it is necessary to stay there, do not approach the gate unnecessarily, and contact the reception staff immediately. In crowded places, guidance should be done from the beginning, and no beating or abusive language should be used at any time. If it is necessary to suppress others, deterrent measures should be taken as much as possible. For people and dogs that need to be guarded, they should be guarded skillfully, and they should not be allowed to make noises that are not suitable for the monastery, such as loud noises, shouting, running, shaking, playing, coughing, smoking, carrying obvious wine utensils, and other inappropriate behaviors should be prohibited. When closing the gate, the monastery should be patrolled internally first. 4-27 After confirming that the signal has been sent outside the gate and the gate has been closed, the keys should be handed over as usual. Gatekeepers must properly manage all work to ensure that everything is clear and correct before, during, and after the event. The personnel in charge of cooking, from washing to the water and grinding of flour in the cooking process, should be carried out in accordance with the regulations to ensure that all details are clean. Whether it is coarse grinding, fine grinding, fine grinding, or any other processing method, it must be guaranteed to be clean and hygienic, and the quantity is sufficient. No matter which level of people use it, whether it is upper, middle, or lower, it must be ensured that the quality is excellent. The personnel in charge of cooking must take all responsibilities. The personnel in the north and south of the kitchen should also work under the leadership of the chef. All winemaking processes must be clean and hygienic to avoid waste. Keep livestock clean. All items from the kitchen, such as ghee, milk, yogurt, etc., should be delivered to the government as much as possible to ensure smooth flow. For dyers, craftsmen, merchants of upper, middle, and lower ranks, team staff, etc., in short, for all matters related to the daily convenience of the monastery, the person in charge must prioritize government affairs. For superiors such as stewards, we must execute the law fairly in accordance with the instructions. All persons in charge must take responsibility and use admonitions to restrain their subordinates. 4-28 Leaders at all levels must not abandon government affairs for personal gain. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
