If someone does this, they should be expelled from their location, or given a punishment commensurate with the severity of the offense. So everyone must understand. All of this is very important. Entering the realm of worldly morality, there are so-called 'pure monks,' 'do not start stirring from the yak's yoke,' 'do not muddy the water from the source,' as the saying goes among worldly elders, the summary of all things is that, because there are important positions such as Khenpo (abbot), affairs managers, etc., if you cannot restrain yourselves and are swayed by others, that will not do. Generally speaking, although you are people who can speak and understand, there are many who are selfish and harbor malicious intentions. If the managers themselves cannot be upright, then everyone will follow suit. If telling the history of the Buddha's teachings and Tibetan laws, etc., even if understood that way, because the time is not ripe, or because they are ordinary beginners, nothing can be accomplished. Or, just say some sweet words, like 'try doing it yourself,' but in reality, do not do even a sesame seed's worth. If you have ideas in your mind, even if you can push the top of the world into hell, but because the time and ability are insufficient, it cannot be accomplished smoothly. So before criticizing others, recognizing and correcting your own shortcomings is essential. In any case, the results of these admonitions that I have made are far-reaching. Do not say trivial nonsense, or like those who only care about their own power, despise your companions like hitting your own head with a stone. I am writing this not to gain fame, this is witnessed by the Three Jewels (Konchok Rinpoche, Buddha, Dharma, Sangha). The key point is that the Sakya teachings are facing a time of decline, and I cannot bear to see this situation, so I offer these sincere admonitions to those who are connected to me, hoping that everyone can be inspired by them. If I have said something I should not have said, or if the situation worsens after this letter is sent, then please forgive me, venerable lamas, although I claim to be your refuge, in reality, I have no karmic connection with you. As it is said: 'For those without faith, white Dharma will not arise, just as a seed burned by fire will not sprout a green shoot.' Just as planting a white seed will yield a white fruit, and planting a black seed will yield a black fruit, if you do not plant the seed of faith, you will not receive blessings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since it cannot liberate from external suffering, both the lama and the disciple will inevitably separate without freedom. Therefore, those who sincerely believe in the doctrine of the Sakya Jetsun Gongma (Sakya noble superiors) should diligently follow my advice. This writing, entitled 'Exposing Flaws and Revealing Shortcomings,' was written by Sakya Ngawang Kunga Lodro Sangye Tenpai Gyaltsen Palsangpo. All auspiciousness). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
