ལ་མོ་སྦྱར་ལ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་བདག་སྐྱབས་མཆི། །སྡིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སོ་སོར་བཤགས། །འགྲོ་ བའི་དགེ་ལ་རྗེས་ཡི་རངས། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་བཟུང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་ཚོགས་མཆོག་ལ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་བར་དུ་བདག་སྐྱབས་མཆི། །རང་གཞན་དོན་ནི་རབ་བསྒྲུབ་ཕྱིར། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་པར་ བགྱི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་གི་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་བགྱིས་ནས། །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གི་མགྲོན་དུ་གཉེར། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་མཆོག་ཡིད་འོང་སྤྱད་པར་བགྱི། །འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་ཕྱིར་སངས་རྒྱས་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་ལན་གསུམ། 2-886 སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་དང་བདེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་དང་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་རྒྱུ་དང་བྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག སྡུག་བསྔལ་མེད་པའི་བདེ་བ་དང་མི་འབྲལ་བར་གྱུར་ཅིག ཉེ་ རིང་ཆགས་སྡང་དང་བྲལ་བའི་བཏང་སྙོམས་ལ་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག ཅེས་ལན་ཅིག་བརྗོད། ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ། ཞེས་སྔགས་བརྗོད་པས། གཟུང་འཛིན་གཉིས་སྣང་གིས་བསྡུས་པའི་ ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་མི་དམིགས་པའི་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དུ་གྱུར། སྟོང་པའི་ངང་ལས་དུར་ཁྲོད་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་བའི་དབུས་སུ་པཾ་ལས་པདྨ་དམར་པོ་འདབ་མ་བརྒྱད་པའི་ལྟེ་བར་རཾ་ལས་ཉི་ མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་དམར་པོ་རིང་ཆ་ཚེགས་དྲག་དང་བཅས་པ་དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་དང་ཞགས་པ་ལྟ་བུ་འཕྲོས་པས་འཕགས་པ་རྣམས་མཆོད། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་རྗེ་བཙུན་མའི་ གོ་འཕང་ལ་བཀོད། ཚུར་འདུས་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་ལ་ཐིམ། དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་བདག་ཉིད་རྗེ་བཙུན་མ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུལླེ་སྐུ་མདོག་དམར་མོ་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་བཞི་མ། དང་པོ་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་ཨུཏྤ་ལའི་མདའ་གཞུ་ རྣ་བའི་དྲུང་དུ་འགེངས་ཤིང་། གཡས་འོག་མས་ཁམས་གསུམ་འགུགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་དང་། གཡོན་འོག་མས་ཨུཏྤ་ལའི་ཞགས་པ་འཛིན་པ། ཞལ་མཆེ་བའི་མྱུ་གུ་ཅུང་ཟད་གཙིགས་ཤིང་འཛུམ་ཁྲོའི་རྣམ་པ་ཅན། 2-887 སྤྱན་གསུམ་དང་ལྡན་པ། ནུ་འབུར་ཟུང་གིས་མཛེས་ཤིང་ལང་ཚོ་ལོ་བཅུ་དྲུག་ལོན་པ་ལྟ་བུ་དབུ་སྐྲ་ཁམས་པ་གྱེན་དུ་བརྫེས་པ། རིགས་ལྔའི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན་གྱི་ཐོད་པ་སྐམ་པོ་ལྔས་དབུ་ བརྒྱན་ཞིང་། རློན་པ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་དོ་ཤལ་ཅན། རུས་པའི་རྒྱན་ཆ་ལྔས་བརྒྱན་པ། སྟག་གི་ལྤགས་པའི་ཤམ་ཐབས་གསོལ་བ། མི་རོ་དམར་སེར་མགོ་བོ་གཡོན་དུ་བསྟན་པའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཞབས་གཡོན་བརྐྱང་བའི་ བརླ་ལ་གཡས་པའི་བྲང་བར་གཏད་པའི་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་ཕྱེད་པའི་གར་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་བཞུགས་པ། ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཟེར་ལྟ་བུའི་འོད་ཀོར་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་མཛེས་ཤིང་སྣང་ལ་རང་བཞིན་མེད་པ་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུའི་ སྐུར་གྱུར། དེའི་སྤྱི་བོར་ཨོཾ། མགྲིན་པར་ཨཱཿ ཐུགས་ཀར་ཧཱུྃ། ཐུགས་ཀའི་དབུས་སུ་ཉི་མ་ལ་གནས་པའི་ཨུཏྤ་ལ་དམ

顶礼上师！皈依三宝！ 一切罪业皆忏悔， 众生善根皆随喜， 佛陀菩提心中持。 皈依佛法僧三宝， 直至菩提永不离， 为利自他二利故， 发起殊胜菩提心。 发起殊胜菩提心已， 视诸有情为上宾， 奉行无上菩提行， 为利有情愿成佛！ （念诵三遍） 愿一切众生具足安乐及安乐之因！愿一切众生远离痛苦及痛苦之因！愿一切众生永不离无苦之乐！愿一切众生安住于无有亲疏爱憎之平等舍！ （念诵一遍）嗡，Śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako 'haṃ（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ शून्यता ज्ञान वज्र स्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：嗡，空性智慧金刚自性我）。念诵此咒后， 所有被能取和所取二元对立所束缚的诸法，皆转化为自性不可得的空性。 于空性之中，在八大尸林环绕的中央，从“པཾ”字生出八瓣红色莲花，莲花中央，从“རཾ”字生出日轮，日轮之上，有红色“ཧྲཱིཿ”字，具有长音符号和顶点。从“ཧྲཱིཿ”字放射出如铁钩和绳索般的光芒，供养诸圣众，并将一切有情安置于自在母（Kurukulle）的果位。光芒收回融入“ཧྲཱིཿ”字，然后“ཧྲཱིཿ”字完全转化，我自身成为自在母咕噜咕咧（Kurukulle），身红色，一面四臂。前两只手将乌巴拉花弓箭拉至耳边，下方的右手持钩，象征着勾召三界，左手持乌巴拉花绳索。面露微笑，略微露出獠牙，具足三眼，双乳丰满，如十六岁少女般青春，头发竖立，发色棕红。头戴由五种姓佛的头骨所制成的头饰，佩戴五十个湿人头的项链，以五种骨饰庄严自身，下身围着虎皮裙。以半跏趺坐的舞姿，左腿伸展，右腿抵于左腿大腿处，立于红色人尸之上，人尸头朝左。周身被如太阳光芒般的光环所围绕，显现而自性空，如幻如化的身相。 于其顶轮有“ཨོཾ”（藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字，喉间有“ཨཱཿ”（藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊）字，心间有“ཧཱུྃ”（藏文，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字。心间中央，在日轮上有一朵蓝色乌巴拉花。

Homage to the Lama! I take refuge in the Three Jewels! I confess all misdeeds individually, I rejoice in the virtue of all beings, I hold the Buddha's Bodhi in my mind. I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and the Supreme Assembly, Until enlightenment, I shall not stray. To accomplish the benefit of myself and others, I shall generate the Bodhi mind. Having generated the supreme Bodhi mind, I shall cherish all sentient beings as my guests. I shall practice the supreme Bodhi conduct, May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings! (Recite three times) May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness! May all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering! May all sentient beings never be separated from the bliss that is without suffering! May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion! (Recite once) Oṃ, Śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako 'haṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ शून्यता ज्ञान वज्र स्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śūnyatā jñāna vajra svabhāva ātmako'ham，Chinese literal meaning: Om, the self-nature of emptiness, wisdom, and vajra am I). After reciting this mantra, All phenomena bound by the duality of grasper and grasped are transformed into emptiness, their nature being unfindable. Within emptiness, in the center surrounded by the eight great charnel grounds, from the syllable 'པཾ' arises an eight-petaled red lotus. In the center of the lotus, from the syllable 'རཾ' arises a sun disc. Upon the sun disc is the red syllable 'ཧྲཱིཿ', complete with long vowel mark and tsek. From the 'ཧྲཱིཿ' radiate rays of light like iron hooks and lassos, offering to the noble ones and establishing all sentient beings in the state of the noble lady (Kurukulle). The rays gather back and dissolve into the syllable 'ཧྲཱིཿ'. From this complete transformation, I myself become the noble lady Kurukulle, with a red-colored body, one face, and four arms. The first two hands draw the bow and arrow of utpala flowers to the ears, the lower right hand holds a hook, symbolizing the summoning of the three realms, and the lower left hand holds a lasso of utpala flowers. Her face has a slight smile, with a hint of bared fangs, and she possesses three eyes. Adorned with full breasts, she appears as youthful as a sixteen-year-old maiden, with reddish-brown hair piled upwards. Her head is adorned with a crown of five dry skulls representing the five Buddha families, and she wears a necklace of fifty wet human heads. She is adorned with the five bone ornaments and wears a tiger skin loincloth. She stands in a half-lotus dancing posture upon a red-yellow corpse with its head facing left, her left leg extended and her right leg drawn up to her left thigh. She is completely adorned with a halo of light like the rays of the sun, appearing but without inherent existence, like an illusory form. At her crown is the syllable 'ཨོཾ' (藏文，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，Chinese literal meaning: Om), at her throat is the syllable 'ཨཱཿ' (藏文，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，Chinese literal meaning: Ah), and at her heart is the syllable 'ཧཱུྃ' (藏文，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，Chinese literal meaning: Hum).
