It should be given to disciples who have faith in the wisdom and experiential realization of the guru and disciples, as well as the profound emptiness and the vast stages of skillful means. It should not be given to others. If there is no faith in the guru, there will be no certainty in the guru's words. If there is no faith in the experience of empowerment, there is no difference from the view of hearing and thinking. If there is no faith in freedom from elaboration, there is no difference from desire. If there is no faith in inconceivable skillful means, there is no power to guide others. Therefore, those who possess these qualities, disciples who have received the previous empowerments such as the vase empowerment, should be given the fourth empowerment. The way to introduce it through words is as follows: The King of Tantras, the Glorious Guhyasamaja, says: 'From objects and so on, it is the nature.' As it is said in the tantras: 'The fourth is also the same.' The meaning of what is symbolized and what symbolizes is that the fourth empowerment of meaning is also the ultimate bodhicitta of the Buddhas. Its characteristic is that it is free from all objects of empowerment established by outsiders, free from the aggregates, elements, and sense bases established by the two Hearer vehicles, and free from the two aspects of grasping and being grasped. It is free from the conceptualization of mere consciousness, which is established by the Mind-Only school as non-dual, and the clarity and unobstructedness of one's own mind, the aspect of skillful means, is free from all arising and ceasing, and is the emptiness of emptiness, empty of the four extremes of elaboration. The teacher Ngakgi Wangchuk Drakpa said: 'Perfect enjoyment, union, great bliss, without inherent existence; compassion filling all, continuous without cessation, and without cessation. This Buddha, endowed with seven limbs, is also desired by those with immeasurable minds who desire self.' As he said, it is the Buddha endowed with seven limbs. This is what the wisdom of the third empowerment can symbolize, which is the fourth empowerment of words. How does it symbolize? During the third empowerment, the form of the deity in union is clear and unobstructed, and the mindstream is filled with uncontaminated bliss. Looking at the nature of bliss, from the self of the outsiders to the non-dual consciousness of the Mind-Only school, no conceptualization exists, like the sky. Moreover, with unconditioned compassion, the benefit of sentient beings continues without interruption. Therefore, it can symbolize. Through this wisdom, practicing the action mudra and the conduct of vidya-vrata, the four joys of the lower attainment are perfected, thereby attaining perfect enjoyment... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

'Saying to manifest the seven-limbed offering is the fourth step of the path.' Thus it is said, and for the sake of practicing its meaning, you should make your body be endowed with the Dharma of meditation, keep the flow of speech and breath as it is, and generate the awareness in your mind that knows all the roots of the three times of conceptual thought, all stable and moving beings, and all containers and contents, are your own mind. The nature of mind is clarity, its essence is emptiness, and its entity is indivisible union; the very four bodies that are naturally pure abide as your innate nature. Generate the definite understanding that this is no different in essence from the four bodies of the fruition state, and manifest it. Because it cannot be realized by other means, such as expressing it in words. To realize the essence, it is to be realized through the introduction upon the wisdom of the third empowerment. That is, in the state of the third empowerment, the appearance of the deity's form, face, and hands, etc., is seen as having no inherent existence, like an illusion, which is the Nirmanakaya (emanation body). The mindstream of that, joined with the mudra, arises as the wisdom of great bliss, appearing as the Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body). The mere appearance of the deity's form as great bliss is liberated from all three: arising, abiding, and ceasing, which is the Dharmakaya (dharma body). Although these three have different ways of ceasing, their essence is indivisible, which is the Svabhavikakaya (essence body). In short, know that the nature of mind is not anything at all, its radiance is great bliss without cessation, its potential manifests in various ways, and it transcends all that is to be meditated upon and the meditator, like the sky. Just as the sky and the sky are of one taste, relax and rest without grasping in the state where mind and bliss-emptiness are of one taste. That is the actual practice of the fourth empowerment. As a sign of obtaining that empowerment, recite Om Ah Hum Om Ah Hum), and please remove the blindfolds. Thus, it is so from the ultimate meaning and so on. From the vows of the third and fourth empowerments and so on, it is explained. Next, the vows of the third and fourth empowerments and so on are explained. The vows that are spoken are for the sake of you guarding and upholding them properly. Thus, having obtained the four empowerments and kept the vows and commitments, you will become a Tathagata (one thus gone). Thus prophesying: holding the Dharma robe to the heart with the left fist and making the supreme generosity mudra with the right hand, reciting 'Om, I, you,' etc., it will surely be accomplished. Through this way of prophesying, generate the joy of thinking that it will definitely be so. Then, please relax your breath. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
