་པའི་ཀླུའི་ལིང་ག་ཡོད་པའི་རྭ་འམ། རྫའི་གའུ་འམ། ལ་ཆའི་ཐུམ་པ་ནས། ཀླུའི་གཟུགས་དེ་བཏོན་ལ་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང༌། གནོད་པའི་ཀླུ་གཉིས་མེ་ལ་བསྲེག་པའི་ཚུལ་བྱས་ལ། །ངའི་མཛེ་འདི་གཏོང་མཁན་ཁྱོད་ཡིན་པས། འདི་དེ་ཉིད་དུ་སོས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །དེ་མི་བྱེད་ན་ཁྱེད་གཉིས་མི་བསྲེག་རེ། ན་ར་ཀན་བྱས་ལ་ས་སྡེ་བཙུག་གོ །དེ་གཉིས་ཟླ་བ་གསུམ་མམ། ཡང་ན་ཞག་བདུན་གྱི་བར་དུ་སུམ་ཡར་དུ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་དུ་བྱས་པས། ཀླུ་ཆེན་པོ་སྐྲག་ནས་བདག་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཀླུ་བྲན་དེ་ལ། ཁོའི་ནད་འདི་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་སོས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ང་གུམ་པ་ལ་ཐུག་གོ །དེ་ལྟར་མི་བྱེད་ན་ངས་ཀླུ་བྲན་ཁྱོད་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་གསོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཞེས་གནད་ལ་བོར་ནས་འཛུགས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེས་མྱུར་དུ་སོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། ། ཡང་དཔལ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལྟོ་བར་བྱ་ཁྱུང་བྲི། བྱ་ཁྱུང་གི་ལྟོ་བར་ཀླུ་རྒྱལ་བྲི། དེའི་ལྟོ་བར་རང་ལ་གནོད་པའི་ཀླུ་དེ་བྲིས་ལ་འཁོར་ལོ་སུམ་སྦྲག་ཏུ་ཀླུ་དེ་བཅུག་ནས་གཟིར་བའང་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པས། རྨིས་ལྟས་སུ་ལུང་པ་མེ་རུ་འབར་བ་དང༌། མི་དང་དུད་འགྲོ་བསད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །ཉམས་ལྟས་སུ་ཤེས་པ་ཡང་ཁམས་བདེ་བ་འོང༌། ལུས་ལྟས་སུ་སྣ་དང་གོང་ཤ་ཤོར་བ་སོར་ཚུད་པ། སྐྲ་དང་སྨིན་མ་རིམ་གྱིས་སྐྱེས་ནས་མཛེ་སོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མཇུག་ཏུ་གཏང་རག་གཏོང་བ་ནི། དཔལ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་བྱ་ཁྱུང་ལ་གཏོར་མ་བཏང་ལ་བཀའ་དྲན་པའི་གསོལ་བ་གདབ། ཀླུ་རྒྱལ་གཏོར་མ་བ་སུ་ཀེའི་ཁྲུས་ཅོག་ནས་བཏོན། བཟོད་གསོལ་བྱ། གནོད་པའི་ཀླུ་ལའང༌། ཀླུ་གཏོར་དང་བ་སུ་ཀེའི་བཏང་བ་ལ་བུ་ལོན་དུ་བསྔོ། ལན་ཆགས་སུ་བཅལ། བདེན་པ་བདར་ལ་ཁོ་རང་གི་གནས་སུ་སོང་བར་བསྒོམ། གཅོད་ཀྱི་གདམས་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་མཛེ་ཕོ་གསོ་བའི་ཐབས་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཨྠིྀ། དགེའོ།། ༈ ནད་པ་གསོ་བ་ནི། སྐྲན་དང་དམུ་ཆུའི་ནད་ལ་སོགས་པ་ནད་ཀྱིས་ཟིན་ཀྱང་རིགས་གསུམ་ལས་མི་འདའ་སྟེ། རྒྱུ་ལས་ངན་སྒྲིབ་པ། རྐྱེན་ལྷ་འདྲེས་བསྐྱེད་པ། འབྲས་བུ་ན་ཚ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དུ་སྨིན་པའོ། །དཔེར་ན་མདའ་གཞུ་གཉིས་ལག་པ་དང་གསུམ་ལྡན་ཏེ་མདའ་སུ་རྣོ་བྱེད། གཞུའི་སྟོབས་བྱེད། ལག་པའི་རྩོལ་བ་བྱེད་པ་བཞིན་དུ། ནད་ཀྱིས་རྣོ་འདོན། གདོན་གྱིས་ཚན་སྐྱེད། ལས་ངན་པས་སྒྲིབ་པའི་རྒྱབ་བྱེད་པའོ། །དེ་ལ་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱོང་ཚོགས་བསགས་པ། གདོན་ལ་དུ་བས་བདུག་པ། ནད་ལ་ཕན་པའི་སྨན་བཏང་བ་དང་པོ་ཕྱི་རུ་ཚོགས་སོག །སྤོང་དག་སྟོན་མོ་བྱེད་པ་གཏོར་མ་གཏོང་བ། ཆོས

或者有带角、有蛇的阴茎的嘎乌盒，或者拉恰的护身符中，取出蛇的形象，将蛇王和作祟的蛇两者做成在火中焚烧的样子，说道：‘我的麻风病是你造成的，让它立刻痊愈吧！如果不这样做，就把你们两个烧掉！’做成那喇嘎（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），然后种下地桩。让那两个在三个月或者七天内变成酥油。这样做了之后，大蛇害怕了，对给我带来损害的蛇仆说：‘立刻治好他的病！我快要死了！如果不这样做，我现在就杀了你这个蛇仆！’这样抓住要害进行威胁。这样它就会迅速痊愈。 还有，在吉祥金刚手菩萨的腹部画金翅鸟，在金翅鸟的腹部画蛇王，在那的腹部画对自己有害的那个蛇，然后将那个蛇放入三连环中进行折磨。 这样做了之后，梦兆中会出现山谷燃烧，人和牲畜被杀等景象。修行体验中，神识也会感到舒适。身体的征兆是，失去的鼻子和胸肉会恢复，头发和眉毛逐渐生长，麻风病会痊愈。 最后，进行酬谢：向吉祥金刚手菩萨和金翅鸟献朵玛，祈祷忆念他们的加持。将蛇王朵玛从瓦苏吉（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）的浴盆中取出，请求宽恕。对于作祟的蛇，也把蛇朵玛和瓦苏吉（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）的供品回向给它作为债务，作为偿还，陈述真相，观想它回到自己的住所。这是依靠断法的诀窍来治疗男性麻风病的方法。阿提瑞（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。善哉！ ༈ 治疗病人： 即使被肿瘤和水肿等疾病缠身，也超不出三种原因：原因是业力恶障，缘是鬼神作祟，结果是疾病痛苦成熟。例如，箭和弓与手三者具备，箭负责锋利，弓负责力量，手负责操作一样，疾病负责锋利，鬼负责增加热量，恶业负责阻碍。因此，首先在外部进行净障积资，用烟熏驱赶鬼神，服用对疾病有益的药物等。抛弃罪恶，举办宴会，献朵玛，佛法

Or from a horn with a serpent's lingam, or a gahu box made of clay, or a lacha amulet, take out the image of the serpent, and make it appear as if burning the serpent king and the harmful serpent in the fire, saying, 'You caused my leprosy, make it heal immediately! If you don't, I will burn you both! Make it Naraka (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), and plant a ground stake. Let the two of them be turned into butter for three months or seven days. Having done so, the great serpent, frightened, says to the serpent servant who harms me, 'Heal his illness immediately! I am about to die! If you don't, I will kill you, serpent servant, right now!' Thus, aim at the vital point and threaten. It will quickly heal. Also, draw a garuda on the belly of glorious Vajrapani, draw a serpent king on the belly of the garuda, draw the serpent that harms you on its belly, and then put the serpent in a triple wheel and torment it. Having done so, in dreams, valleys will appear to be burning, and people and animals will be killed, and so on. In meditative experience, consciousness will also feel comfortable. In bodily signs, lost nose and chest flesh will be restored, hair and eyebrows will gradually grow, and leprosy will be healed. Finally, make offerings of gratitude: Offer tormas to glorious Vajrapani and the garuda, and pray for their blessings. Take the serpent king torma from Vasuki's (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) bathing tub, and ask for forgiveness. Also, to the harmful serpent, dedicate the serpent torma and the offerings of Vasuki (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) as a debt, as repayment, state the truth, and visualize it returning to its own abode. This is the method of healing male leprosy by relying on the instructions of Chöd. Athiri (藏文, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). Good! ༈ Healing the sick: Even if afflicted by tumors and dropsy, etc., diseases do not go beyond three causes: the cause is karmic obscurations, the condition is caused by gods and demons, and the result is the maturation of sickness and suffering. For example, just as an arrow and a bow are complete with a hand—the arrow makes sharpness, the bow makes strength, and the hand makes effort—so disease makes sharpness, demons increase heat, and bad karma supports obscuration. Therefore, first, externally, purify obscurations and accumulate merit, fumigate demons with incense, administer medicine beneficial to the disease, etc. Abandon evil, hold feasts, offer tormas, Dharma.
