མས་ཆག་བསྐང་བ་དང༌། འཆི་ཁར་གནད་གཅོད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མེད་པར། འཆི་བ་བསླུ་ བས་ ཚེའི་རིམ་གྲོར་འགྱུར་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཕན་ཡོན་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་དོ། ། མཇུག་ཏུ་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ་པ་ནི། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་མ་ལུས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་གིས་ཐོག་མ་མེད་དང་ད་ལྟའི་བར། །དུས་གསུམ་བསགས་དང་ཡོད་པའི་དགེ་བ་དེས། །བདག་གཞན་མ་ལུས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །དེ་མ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཚེ་རབས་ཀུན་ཏུ་ཡང༌། །ལམ་ཟབ་རྫོགས་ཆེན་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན་རྟོགས་ནས། །ཆོས་ཉིད་མངོན་སུམ་གོང་འཕེལ་ཚད་ཕེབས་ནས། །ཟག་བཅས་ཕུང་པོ་འོད་སྐུར་གྲོལ་བར་ཤོག ། གནད་གཅོད་དྲག་པོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མི་འབྱུང་ཞིང༌། བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚོགས། །མིག་གི་དབང་པོར་མངོན་སུམ་བྱོན་ནས་ནི། །དབང་བསྐུར་ལུང་བསྟན་མཁའ་སྤྱོད་འཁྲིད་པར་ཤོག །འདུས་བྱས་མི་རྟག་འཆི་བ་བྱུང་ཙ་ན། །འགྱུ་བའི་རླུང་ཆད་བེམས་རིག་བྲལ་བའི་ཚེ། །ཞེན་ཆགས་འཁྲུལ་པའི་སྣང་བ་མི་འཆར་བར། །གནས་ལུགས་ཆོས་སྐུའི་ངང་ལ་གནས་པར་ཤོག །སྒྱུ་ལུས་གདོས་བཅས་འཇོག་པའི་དུས་བབས་ན། །སྣང་ཕུང་ཕྲ་རག་རྟོག་པ་འགག་པའི་ཚེ། །འཁྲུལ་མེད་ཁྱབ་གདལ་གདོད་མའི་དབྱིངས་ཆེན་ལ། །བེམས་རིག་བྲལ་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་གྲོལ་བར་ཤོག །མ་དག་འབྱུང་བཞིའི་དངོས་པོ་དེངས་པའི་ཚེ། །དག་པའི་འོད་ལྔ་མ་འདྲེས་འོད་གསལ་དང༌། །རྟོག་མེད་འོད་ལྔའི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད། །དབྱེར་མེད་གཅིག་འདྲེས་ཆོས་ཟད་མཐར་ཕྱིན་ཤོག །ཧཱུྃ་ཆེན་ཁྲོས་པ་སྲིན་པོའི་གཟུགས་ཅན་སོགས། །ཧཱུྃ་སྒྲས་སྟོང་གསུམ་མ་ལུས་གང་ཙ་ནམ །རིག་སྟོང་ཧཱུྃ་སྒྲའི་གནད་དུ་ངོ་ཤེས་ནས། །གྲགས་སྟོང་བྲག་ཆ་ལྟ་བུར་རྟོགས་པར་ཤོག །གཤིན་རྗེའི་དམག་མིའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་ཙ་ན། །རྒྱོབ་སོད་འབྲོས་འདེད་འཁྲུལ་པ་དབྱིངས་དག་ནས། །བྲེད་སྔངས་འཁྲུལ་པའི་སྣང་བ་མི་འཆར་བར། །ཡི་དམ་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་སྐུ་རུ་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །དུང་ཁང་འབར་བའི་བདེ་ཆེན་གཞལ་ཡས་ནས། ཁྲོ་བོའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་གནས་ནས་གྱེས་པའི་ཚེ། །འཇིགས་གཟུགས་སྲིན་པོའི་སྐུ་རུ་མི་འཆར་བར། ། མན་ངག་སྙིང་ཏིག་དགོངས་པའི་དོན་རྟོགས་ཤོག །ཙིཏྟ་རིན་ཆེན་གུར་ཁང་གཞལ་ཡས་ནས། །ཞི་བའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཡལ་བའི་ཚེ། །སྣང་བ་རུ་ལོག་འོད་སྐུར་ཤར་བའི་དུས། །རིག་པ་འོད་ཀྱི་ཀློང་དུ་ཐིམ་པར་ཤོག །མགྲིན་མགུལ་རྩ་ཡི་འཁོར་ལོ་བྲལ་བའི་ཚེ། །འཇིགས་པའི་གད་རྒྱངས་འབྲུག་སྟོང་ལྡིར་ཙ་ན། །ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཞི་ཁྲོའི་གདངས་སུ་ངོ་ཤེས

能圆满补齐亏损，并且临终时没有断除要害的痛苦，能转变死亡为「赎死」，成为「增寿仪轨」等等，有不可估量的利益。最后是祈愿： 嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：圆满），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：无生），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：摧破）！ 祈请十方三世一切诸佛垂念！ 我从无始以来直到现在， 以三世所积累和拥有的善根， 愿我及其他一切众生都能获得菩提！ 在未获得菩提的生生世世中， 都能证悟甚深圆满大法的精要， 证悟法性，现量增上，达到圆满， 愿有漏的蕴身能解脱为光身！ 愿不会有断除要害的猛烈痛苦， 愿上师、本尊、勇士、空行众， 都能在我的眼识前显现， 赐予灌顶、授记，引导进入空行净土！ 一旦有为法无常，死亡降临， 当游走的风息断绝，物质与觉性分离时， 愿不会生起执着、错乱的显现， 而是安住在本性法身的状态中！ 当放下幻身、粗身的时候， 当显现、蕴、细微、粗大、分别念止息的时候， 在无谬、遍满、原始的大界中， 愿物质与觉性分离的当下就能解脱！ 当不净四大物质消融的时候， 当清净五光不混杂的光明， 以及无分别五光的金刚链， 愿能无别融合，达到法尽究竟！ 嗡（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：摧破）！ 大忿怒尊、罗刹形象等， 当嗡（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：摧破）的声音充满整个三千世界时， 愿能认识觉性空性嗡（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：摧破）声音的要点， 证悟声响空性如山谷回音！ 当阎罗卒众围绕的时候， 愿喝斥、追赶、逃跑的错乱在法界中清净， 不会生起恐惧、错乱的显现， 而是能见到本尊寂静与忿怒的形象！ 从海螺光芒炽燃的大乐宫殿中， 当忿怒尊众从处所离开的时候， 不会显现为恐怖罗刹的形象， 愿能证悟口诀心髓的密意！ 从珍宝帐篷的坛城中， 当寂静尊众消融于法界的时候， 在显现回转，光身显现的时候， 愿觉性融入光明的虚空中！ 当喉咙脉轮分离的时候， 当恐怖的巨响如千龙轰鸣的时候， 愿能认识阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：无生）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：摧破）寂静与忿怒的声音！
English
May it fulfill and replenish the deficiencies, and at the time of death, may there be no suffering from the severance of vital points. May death be averted and transformed into a life-prolonging ritual, and so on, with immeasurable benefits. Finally, the aspiration is: Om Ah Hum! May all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times heed my call! With the virtue accumulated and possessed by me from beginningless time until now, may I and all other beings attain enlightenment! In all lifetimes before attaining enlightenment, may I realize the essence of the profound and complete Great Perfection path, realize the nature of reality, manifestly increase, and reach perfection, so that the contaminated aggregates may be liberated into a body of light! May there be no intense suffering from the severance of vital points, and may the assembly of gurus, yidams, heroes, and dakinis appear manifestly before my eyes, bestowing empowerment, prophecy, and guiding me into the realm of the dakinis! Once impermanence arises and death occurs, when the wandering winds cease and matter and consciousness separate, may clinging and deluded appearances not arise, but may I abide in the state of the Dharmakaya! When the time comes to abandon the illusory body and the coarse body, when appearances, aggregates, subtle and gross thoughts cease, in the unerring, pervasive, primordial great expanse, may I be liberated immediately upon the separation of matter and consciousness! When the impure elements dissolve, may the pure five lights, unmixed, and the diamond chain of the five non-conceptual lights, be inseparably united, reaching the ultimate end of Dharma! Hum! Great Wrathful One, Rakshasa forms, etc., when the sound of Hum fills the entire three thousand worlds, may I recognize the key point of the emptiness of awareness in the sound of Hum, and realize that sound is emptiness, like an echo in the mountains! When surrounded by the hosts of Yama's soldiers, may the delusions of scolding, chasing, and fleeing be purified in the realm of reality, and may fearful and deluded appearances not arise, but may I see the forms of peaceful and wrathful deities! From the great bliss palace of the conch shell, blazing with light, when the wrathful deities depart from their abodes, may they not appear as terrifying Rakshasa forms, but may I realize the meaning of the innermost essence of the oral instructions! From the mandala of the precious tent of citta, when the peaceful deities dissolve into the realm of reality, at the time when appearances revert and the light body arises, may awareness dissolve into the expanse of light! When the throat chakra separates, when terrifying roars resound like a thousand dragons, may I recognize the sounds of Ah Hum as the tones of peaceful and wrathful deities!
