Then, because this person is of great wisdom and possesses power, he was advised to restore it as it was in the beginning. Because his wisdom was already great, he said, "Ah! Those former holy Dharma kings, having entered into supreme compassion, restored the Padma Wangchen Tsuklakhang, making this land of the snowy mountains (Gangri) supremely peaceful. With pure intention and the nature of a hundredfold faith, they wondrously arranged the arts and crafts, making it a support for future generations in Jambuling to practice, a kind of emanation that is marveled at. Thus, for the temple that is perfectly excellent, initially consecrated with all goodness, it became a supreme and sacred field of merit. If it is accomplished as before, some may doubt, 'How can this be compared to the past? In the past, it was done by noble ones, but it is not so now.' Do not doubt in this way, although there is a difference in the doer, there is no difference between the Buddha's compassion in the past and the present. Because blessings and compassion equally enter into the object of action, the three supports of body, speech, and mind of the Victorious One are accomplished as before." The reason for this is that even in the presence of those who merely have faith in the Thus-Gone One, they will descend and bestow blessings. Why would they not bestow blessings when I have accomplished it according to the rituals from the tantras? Furthermore, in the Intermediate Mother Tantra (Yum Barma) it says, "Whoever remembers the Thus-Gone One and prostrates to the Buddha, even if they only say 'I prostrate to the Buddha,' the Thus-Gone One will be present before them." Also, in the White Lotus Sutra of the Sacred Dharma (Dampe Chö Pema Karpo) it says, "Wherever one invites with faith, the Thus-Gone One, the Jeweled Abundant Treasure Buddha (Rinchen Mangjön), will descend." Also, in the Ocean of Secrets (Gewa Gyamtso) it says, "With the play of samadhi and the inconceivable, inviting with mantras and mudras, all the vast mandalas of the Buddhas will descend and bestow blessings." Therefore, by prostrating, circumambulating, and making offerings to such supports, one will gain much merit. From increasing faith: "Even if one joins their palms together with faith towards the three supports of the body, speech, and mind of the Victorious Ones, they will not fall into the lower realms, and having obtained the glory of gods and humans, "they will attain perfect Buddhahood." Also, in the Heap of Jewels (Könchok Tsekpa) it says, "In this world, happiness and well-being

. All of these arise from offering to the Three Jewels, therefore, one should always diligently make offerings to the Three Jewels. As it is said in the Sutra Requested by the Dragon King of the Sea: By offering a lamp to the Dragon King, one will obtain the pure reward of gods and humans. Furthermore, creating roots of virtue now from the Three Jewels is no different in merit from creating them when the Buddha was alive in the past. As it is said in the Sutra: After the Victorious One has passed into Nirvana, and those who are now living, whoever reverently makes offerings with faith, their virtuous mind is the same, therefore they obtain an equal accumulation of merit. Thus, building wonderful supports of the Three Jewels will bring immeasurable merit. Like this, everything that is started is good, therefore, everything related to it should be arranged in a good way, and because it lasts for a long time, it will become the support of all good in future times, therefore, all the merit of prostrations, offerings, circumambulations, etc., comes from building, and the builder will receive a share of these merits, and will receive the merit of encouraging others to do good, therefore, in this life they will receive longevity, freedom from illness, and political power and wealth, etc., and in the next life they will quickly attain perfect Buddhahood. As it is said in the Holy Dharma White Lotus Sutra: Whoever makes an image of the Tathagata with earth, wood, stone, bronze, lead, tin, or with many precious jewels, these will quickly become perfect Buddhas. Children who are happy in play, or who draw pictures on walls, or who make stupas of flour from earth and dust, these will quickly become perfect Buddhas. And so on. The Illusion Sutra says: By making hand gestures with earth and so on, if one can gradually attain liberation, then how much more so by practicing with superior wisdom, it is indeed that. And the Intermediate Mother Sutra says: Sons or daughters of good family, if anyone builds or causes others to build a stupa with the essence of the relics of the Tathagata, will much merit increase? The Blessed One replied: Yes, much. And so on, as widely explained in countless sutras. Thus, building a great temple, its vast good deeds will reach the end of the ocean,
