Born from immeasurable accumulations of virtue in the past, the precious treasure of the sacred Dharma of the Protector of the World, the Dharma King who illuminates this land of snow, and the feet of countless translators and panditas, I respectfully prostrate. Whoever hears it generates a sense of wonder, and the miraculous display reveals amazement. Now I offer the detailed text of the vows, and I request that the assemblies of faithful individuals behold it. Here, a pure land adorned with the base and the essence, flowers, the thirteenth of the three thousand twenty-five superimposed realms, relying on the glorious womb in the heart, from the world of the three thousandfold world system. Among the four continents, the intermediate nature, Mount Meru, the southern continent of Jambudvipa. The place where the incarnate body of the Thupa Bhagavan manifests enlightenment, the field of karma for accumulating merit, a particularly special place of birth. After deliberation, Nyang Tingdzin Zangpo, who attained the supreme accomplishment of Dzogchen, was requested to build a monastery for subduing the frontiers again and again. From Sbra in upper Uru to Mar Non in lower Uru, it was given as a harmonious cause, and the special Yungdrung, belonging to the Nyang clan and surpassing others, was granted, as clearly stated on the stone tablet. The decree was issued. And the noble ministers, who were great contributors to the lord and close to his heart, the son of Nyang Nang Sangdul Kong, Thubo Bande Tingdzin Zangpo, respectfully received the lord's decree and did great deeds for the benefit of all of Tibet. In general, the frontier wars and evil spirits that harm Tibet come from the east, so the greatest enemy is also in the east. Where is it? By abiding equally in meditation and observing, it was known to be like the peg tip of the Sbra arrow. What is it like? The eastern mountain is like the Mongol army marching, the southern mountain is like an elephant entering the war, the western mountain is like the demon army flaunting its power, the northwest is like facing the mouth of a furnace, the northern mountain is like a tiger and lion fighting, the water neck is like holding a sharp sword, the ground is like a stretched wet skin, the upper part of the ground is like a triangular peg tip, and the lower part of the ground is like the whirlpool of Yama. The three sky corners above, the three earth corners below, and the place where the three mountain corners in the middle meet heaven and earth. The palace of Padmasambhava, the great powerful one, was established as the supreme peg for subduing frontier wars and evil spirits, and is the self-arisen Heruka (藏文：རང་བྱུང་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ，梵文天城体：स्वयंभू हेरुक，梵文罗马拟音：svayambhū heruka，汉语字面意思：自生黑鲁嘎) in the center of the army of obstacles. Just as in the past, it was subdued by fierce oppression, this monastery for subduing the land of Tibet is also wonderful for subduing frontier wars, obstacles, and evil spirits. Just as a hero marches in the army, completely defeating the enemy forces and becoming a supporter of one's own complete victory, it seems that an unprecedented victorious hero has arrived. In order to avert the calamities of the whole of Tibet and accomplish benefits, like a tree of mantra offerings, like a wish-fulfilling jewel that increases happiness and well-being, I respectfully prostrate. In this terrifying and difficult-to-subdue place, like a secret and supreme charnel ground, the great palace of blazing wisdom is invited to abide. The land will not change, it is the center of the vajra, the middle will not change.
