Having transformed oneself into a divine body, emanate countless forms, those forms holding many unique skull bowls, filled with nectar, offering without omission to all guests of samsara and nirvana such as lamas and Buddhas, contemplating that they are pleased and satisfied. Oneself and all sentient beings devoutly pray: Precious Lama, please bless me so that all my karmic obscurations and afflictive obscurations may be purified. Please grant supreme and common great accomplishments. Please bless me so that I may attain complete perfect enlightenment in this very life. Reciting such things. Light emanates from the body, touching oneself and sentient beings. After contemplating that obscurations are purified and accomplishments are attained, everything dissolves into the heart of the Lama like blowing breath onto a mirror. Then, also in the state of no object of reference, like the sky, abide in equipoise for a moment, then dedicate in the realm of appearances like dreams and illusions. Therefore, for those who are fit vessels for secret mantra, blessings can arise powerfully, self-grasping is naturally liberated, and thus there is a need to tame the mind. Second, Mandala Yoga: Wipe three times and arrange offerings of ornaments as much as possible. Contemplate the four continents, subcontinents, etc. as pure lands. Anoint the ground with scented water and scatter flowers. This Mount Meru, four continents, adorned with the sun and moon. Contemplate this as a Buddha-field and offer it, may all beings enjoy it in a pure land. After reciting such things, offer to the Lama and the deities of the mandala. Therefore, purifying the continuum of sentient beings, making it free from defilement, thus there is a need to easily generate realization. Third, the Yoga of the Hundred Syllables: Visualize oneself as white Vajrasattva, holding a vajra and bell, on a lotus moon seat in the heart, there is a white vajra marked with the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Contemplate that the light of the hundred-syllable mantra around the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable purifies all your diseases, evil spirits, and obscurations, and recite it. After contemplating that the obscurations of all sentient beings are purified and they become Vajrasattva. Dedicate everything in the state of no object of reference, thus there is a need to purify obscurations and generate realization. Fourth, the Yoga of Generating Bodhicitta: All sentient beings of the three realms are my parents,

There is not even one. They are tormented by the unbearable suffering of samsara, forever wandering in the ocean of suffering, how pitiful. For their sake, I resolve to attain perfect Buddhahood. In the sky before me, I visualize countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and before them, I prostrate, make offerings, confess sins, rejoice in virtues, request the turning of the wheel of Dharma, and pray that they do not pass into nirvana. Thus I act: In all directions, Perfect Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Compassionate ones, please listen. Just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Generate the mind of Bodhi, For the benefit of all sentient beings, I now generate the supreme mind of Bodhi. Thus I will uphold the precepts, And thus I will learn them in order. Those not liberated, may they be liberated, those not freed, may they be freed, May they find comfort, and be placed in Nirvana. After reciting this three times, dedicate the merit to all sentient beings, and cultivate great joy. Thus it can be transformed into the Great Vehicle, and because it is held by skillful means and great compassion, there is a need for wisdom that does not dwell on either extreme to arise in the continuum. Fifth, the yoga of the meaning of mind-essence: When various thoughts arise, first, from where do they originate? In the middle, where do they go and abide? Finally, where do they go, and do they exist or not? What are their shapes and colors, etc.? Where do they exist, inside, outside, or in between? After examining thus, the nature of mind is separated from the root of the three times, its self-nature transcends all that can be grasped, and there is a real need to realize the naked wisdom of clear emptiness. Second, the actual introduction: Characterized by the body possessing the seven dharmas, especially fixing the eyes on the space, making them remain still. Afterwards, say: "O sons of noble family, listen!" "All the phenomena that appear outwardly are like a dream of last night. Inwardly, it is the magic of one's own mind, therefore do not make alterations or acceptances. If this mind is examined, it cannot be found anywhere, nor can it be established, it is the Dharmakaya free from elaboration. Clear and empty in its own nature, it is the spontaneously accomplished Sambhogakaya. When appearing in various forms, none are established, it is the Nirmanakaya of appearance and liberation. Just as the teacher said: The present aware
