English

Adversity is a friend to enlightenment. Abiding on a stable foundation, the mind of joy is constant and unceasing. Adjust with moderate meditation, clarifying impurities. Awareness tends to transform, held by mindfulness. Rest in a state of non-distraction, bliss-clarity, and non-conceptuality. If tending towards distraction and dullness is a fault, therefore cherish the moment of non-distracted abiding. For seminal loss, in the vajra vase. From the (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum)syllable, flames blaze, burning all the essences within the body. Meditating in a state of nothingness eliminates it. Whether it's disease loss or demonic loss, this key point is profound. Break down the clinging to bliss and meditate on emptiness. Intensely observe the self-arising mind of desire. Resting in a state without artifice, without hope or fear, desire self-liberates, and bliss-emptiness wisdom arises. Unhappiness in the heart is the fault of the decline of bindus. For this, meditate on the samadhi of burning, dripping, and bliss. If dullness is excessive, it is the fault of not separating the pure essence from the dregs. For this, sit with the posture of the body straight. Close the mouth, hold the breath, and fill the heart with light. Visualize phenomena filled with light, meditate on clarity-emptiness, and liberation will occur. When the clinging to clarity weakens, train in great non-clinging. If the clinging to clarity is dim, meditate on the clear mind. If agitated and scattered, close the eyes and within the heart. Visualize light, letters, a lotus, a sword, or a crossed vajra. Visualize lower and lower, and from within the heart, the string becomes longer and longer. Visualize the lower base falling onto a golden ground. This is the key point that will definitely eliminate it, without any possibility of failure. When anger arises and spreads, cut it off immediately. Liberate in the state of clear-empty mirror-like wisdom. Let the non-conceptual state arise, train with the key point of non-clinging. That deluded mind, identify the target and stare intently. In an instant, self-liberate, and dharmadhatu wisdom arises. When dull and drowsy, without awareness. Meditate on the light in the heart, emanating from the Brahma aperture. Steadily remain hovering in the sky about a bow's length away. This is the pith instruction of the profound key point. In general, non-clinging to anything is of great importance. If there is no hope or fear, liberation from all obstacles occurs. In the clear-empty nature of mind, in the very state of purity. Rest in a state of mind without elaboration or contraction. You will definitely be liberated from the dangers of obstacles and what should be abandoned. Furthermore, the sequence of remedies through actions. Depending on the three: the way of looking, substances, and interdependence. The general way of looking is the seven-point posture: cross-legged, eyes unmoving, breath slow, equanimity, throat curved, tongue tip touching the palate, eyes lowered, gazing at the tip of the nose.

Wind and mind are balanced. Without dullness or agitation, and without error, meditation arises. All faults like these arise from the disruption of the body's key points. Disruption of the channels, disruption of the wind, disruption of the bindu. Therefore, it is crucial not to disturb the elements and to maintain equanimity. Qualities also arise from the three—channels, bindu, and wind—when they become unwavering and enter the essential point. Therefore, understanding this key point is extremely important. The practice of Trulkhor (magical wheel) is similar to other physical exercises, but it differs in that during the slow, gentle, and undisturbed key moments, gentleness within roughness and roughness within gentleness are key. Aligning with the elements is extremely important. Specifically, in comfort, the hands are crossed at the elbows. Eyes lowered, in comfort, holding the mind is key. In clarity, place both hands on the knees. The breath is slow, and the eyes gaze fixedly into the open space. Non-conceptuality is achieved by abiding naturally in the seven-point posture. The substance is a place and companion that are in harmony with the time. Rely on whatever food, drink, etc., benefits the practice. As a support to prevent the leakage of essence, a young woman's triple-braided cord, with mantras recited, is tied around the waist to protect the bindu. If thoughts wander, rely on sandalwood, saffron, and great union pills to achieve non-conceptuality. If there is dullness, the tantras say that saffron, camphor, and bodhicitta pills will accomplish samadhi. Bliss, clarity, non-conceptuality, without faults, increasing, holding the mind on any object of focus is highly praised. Initially, by focusing on an object of focus and meditating, afterwards, one spontaneously goes into a state of no focus. This key point is extremely profound and supreme, so fortunate ones should gladly accept it. Rejecting it as being with characteristics is the path of fools. It is a method without experience, so it should be abandoned. In particular, the supreme method for enhancing bliss is to draw up the lower wind, and from the secret place itself, the bindu rises and dissolves into the crown of the head. Without focusing on anything, remain in a state of no focus. Afterwards, join above and below, hold the breath, and direct the mind to the heart, remaining in a state of unbornness. One abides in a state of bliss, clarity, and freedom from elaboration. In between, like the lion shaking its body, etc., the key points of Trulkhor, such as descending, reversing, straightening, extending, and repeating, should be practiced according to the lineage of what has been seen. Descending is like the mudra of embracing, and like pressing on the upper and lower body. Visualize bodhicitta descending from the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ།,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and when it arises in the secret place, focus on bliss. Reversing, from there upwards.

This is Tranga, with both hands placed on the ocean rock of the kidney area. Inhale light and air, with the tip of the tongue touching the palate. The eyes are like turning clouds, and the head is turned like a tremor. The focus is on a string of bindus like a rosary, one dissolving into the other, up to the crown of the head. Stretch the body, draw the bow, and shake the legs and arms. Exhale air with the tip of the tongue touching the teeth, making the sound "Si." Repeat "La," lie supine, and relax the breath and mind. Do not think about anything, do not grasp anything, and rest in the state of self-nature free from elaboration. By this, unobstructed great bliss enlightenment is attained. Clarity is also the sacred method of exhaling air. The gentle and rough reciprocate each other. In particular, inner and outer retention reciprocate each other. It is crucial to gently and softly blend the key points with each other. Although many methods such as numbers, colors, tactile sensations, and shapes have been taught, here is the pith instruction for accomplishing everything with one method. Practicing in this way is the king of key points. The special feature of the body key point is that the body remains still. The breath is exhaled slowly and simultaneously from the three places of the mouth and nose. Naturally relax in the ordinary, natural state of relaxation. The mind key point is not to grasp anything, but to maintain self-nature. After that, lie supine, stretch out your arms and legs, and make the sound "Ha," strongly directing your mind into the center of the sky. Remain unwavering, without scattering or gathering, naturally. The breath and mind naturally relax, abiding in the primordial state. Unobstructed qualities, the gateways to arising are immeasurable. The body is light, without obstacles, and elaboration is pacified. The mind is clear, extremely pure, and clairvoyance arises. Walking is swift, the complexion is radiant, and samadhi arises. Signs of the breath and mind entering the central channel arise. This is the essence of the profound key points, extremely secret. It is also the method of exhaling air like the non-conceptual sky. Relax the body and mind, and focus on the object of contemplation. Do not be distracted by one, but gaze intently. Other thoughts dissolve into it, and the thought of the object of contemplation is also completely pacified, and the realization of no object clinging arises. This is the key point, and others should also practice in this way. Sometimes place the contemplation externally and inhale air. By resting in whatever is external, non-conceptuality arises. Sometimes place the contemplation internally, either above or below. Focus unwaveringly on one object of contemplation. Sometimes rest in no support, with awareness naturally pacified. Abide in the state of objects appearing without clinging. This is the secret meaning of the non-conceptual Dharmakaya, relying on the key points.
