In the Akaniṣṭha of the form realm, you who are free from desire attain enlightenment there. Having abandoned the pure abodes, in the delightful place called Akaniṣṭha, the Tathagata attains enlightenment there, and one emanation attains enlightenment here. Thus it is. That also, like all the places of the Sahā world appearing simultaneously, is like the appearance of a single moon in the sky in hundreds of thousands of water vessels without any before or after. This much is also a metaphor, in the respective situations of sentient beings in the endless sky, the twelve deeds and so on are simultaneous, and many who are not simultaneous perform the benefit of beings. To those to be tamed, it appears that they attain enlightenment in such an Akaniṣṭha. The very nature of the Bhagavan himself is beyond the three realms, so he does not reside in such a form realm like the Akaniṣṭha of the habitual tendencies of the illusions of those to be tamed, because he is free from all habitual tendencies. Therefore, in the self-manifesting pure Akaniṣṭha, the wisdom palace beyond the three realms, possessing immeasurable arrangements, he constantly abides. The appearance of dense ornaments, and what appears and arises in many definitive sutras, are the formless realm, the desire realm, and the form realm, as well as non-perception, thus transcending the abodes and becoming enlightened and empowered, residing in the center of the dense mandala. Thus, and the stable, dense, unconditioned dharma. The way of attaining enlightenment is also, having separated from all defilements, one attains it. In that, the way of separation is adventitious defilement, because of its existence it is called a sentient being, and because of its non-existence it is called a Buddha, thus names are established. That is also not a defilement of self-nature, previously existing and newly abandoned, nor is it a virtue previously non-existent and newly attained, nothing at all. The Ornament of the Sutras says: Although there is no difference between before and after, that which is without the defilement of all obscurations, that suchness is considered the Buddha. Thus it is. Therefore, when all adventitious things are abandoned, that treatise says: Whoever has the seeds of afflictions and obscurations of knowledge, constantly possessing them for a long time, the abandonment is extremely vast, completely destroying them in every way, and the transformation of the basis, possessing the supreme qualities of white dharma, is the attainment of Buddhahood. That is non-conceptual, extremely pure, and attained by the path of great object wisdom. Thus it is. At that time, the transformation of the basis, but afflictions and so on, with power, only speak of the appearance of qualities, but the cause is the affliction itself, the result

It is not desirable for a son to be transformed into virtue, and for impurity to be transformed into purity, because it is impossible for it not to be the cause or essence of the complete purification of sins and afflictions. If we merely speak of transformation relying on the appearance of qualities in that respect through the power of abandoning the impurities to be abandoned, then the five poisons are transformed into the five wisdoms. The ālaya is transformed into the wisdom of the dharmadhātu. The ālaya-vijñāna is transformed into mirror-like wisdom. As it says in the sūtra Entering the Three Bodies: "The absorption of the ālaya-vijñāna into the dharmadhātu is mirror-like wisdom." Similarly, the remaining three are also like that. Among them, it says: "The absorption of the manovijñāna into the dharmadhātu is the wisdom of equality. The klista-manas absorbed into the dharmadhātu is discriminating wisdom. The five sense consciousnesses absorbed into the dharmadhātu are the wisdom of accomplishing activities." At that time, the outer appearance is transformed into a pure land, the inner aggregates are transformed into the body of a deity, and the secret eight consciousnesses are transformed into the eight wisdoms, thereby becoming enlightened in all aspects. The cause of the essence is the two lineages in which the original realm has qualities that are inherently present. Regarding this, the Uttaratantra says: "The first dharmakāya is the first, the second (sambhogakāya) and (nirmāṇakāya) are the latter two." And so on, it has already been explained. That is to say, the svābhāvikakāya is the dharmatā of the other three bodies, without impurities, the dharmakāya is the supreme source of powers and so on, the sambhogakāya is filled with marks and signs, and the nirmāṇakāya is the activity of benefiting limitless sentient beings, thus four are spoken of. Its qualities are also sixty-four, as it says in the commentary on the Uttaratantra: "Thus, the ten powers of the Tathāgata, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared dharmas of the Buddha, and the thirty-two major marks of a great being, these are all manifested and gathered in one way, becoming sixty-four." Some sūtras say that the three bodies are together with wisdom, as it says in the Suvarṇaprabhāsa Sūtra: "All Tathāgatas have three bodies, the dharmakāya, the sambhogakāya, and the nirmāṇakāya. The dharmakāya refers to abiding in the very nature of true wisdom. The other two bodies are merely designations. The dharmakāya is true, the two bodies
