འཕོ། །阅此经文胜于词语灌顶，他处无有，智慧能力圆满。畏惧过失与不悦，痛苦之时，阅此经文生起大乐智慧。心境温暖，体验愉悦，觉性清澈明亮，境相迷乱，相遇消散。体验愉悦增长，大乐炽燃之时，阅此经文，喜悦贪执消散。断舍无别，本元舒展之界，乃是全知上师甚深密意之显现。于此生贪执，为勤作所困之时，阅此经文，啊达之我慢消散。显现宽广，无论如何作为皆可，无有希冀与恐惧，任运安住。此乃中观，此乃波罗蜜多，此乃断境，乃是寂灭痛苦者。大手印与大圆满之真实，一切佛法汇聚于此，胜过一切。若为全知上师之追随子，则与此妙经永不分离，依此觉性之恒常伴侣为最胜。如是甚深之信赖，立即获得心安，究竟证得佛果。不为勤作所困，解脱心之束缚，快乐时助长，痛苦时为友。如是妙经，乃是不欺之唯一。是故歌唱吟诵，分段诵读，随意念诵观览。若永不与此分离，则轮回之错觉将支离破碎。何时传承觉悟之要诀转移，不可言说之智慧由内而生。亲见全知法身上师之真容，于安乐之基础上，心安无有间断。阅此经文，别无修持，此乃禅修与实修之精髓。阅此妙经之时间有多长，彼时法身之密意自然生起。是故莫要过多勤作之心，于宽松之中观览此妙经。所言之义甚深，并非遥不可及，于决断之时，安住于我之本然。如难以领悟之思辨论典一般，无需严谨整理，寻觅词句意义。于本然之中，融合经文与心意，宽广赤裸，自然而然。此乃是开示，乃是本元之智慧，乃是全知上师之

Pho. Meeting this scripture is more precious than word empowerment; it is not found elsewhere, and its wisdom and abilities are complete. When fearing faults and displeasure, and suffering, meeting this scripture gives rise to great bliss and wisdom. The mind is warm, the experience is joyful, and awareness is clear and bright. Illusory appearances of objects are destroyed upon encounter. When joy expands and great bliss blazes, meeting this scripture destroys attachment to joy and excitement. The sphere where acceptance and rejection are without distinction and the innate is spread out is a manifestation of the profound intention of the Omniscient Guru. When suffering from attachment to this life and exertion, meeting this scripture destroys the arrogance of "A-tha." Appearances are vast, and whatever is done is permissible. Without hope or fear, equanimity proceeds effortlessly. This is Madhyamaka, this is Prajnaparamita, this is the field of Chöd, and it is the pacifier of suffering. It is the actual Mahamudra and Mahā Ati. All dharmas are gathered here, surpassing all others. If you are a follower and son of the Omniscient Guru, then never separate from this excellent scripture. Relying on this constant companion of awareness is supreme. Having such profound trust, you will immediately find peace of mind and ultimately attain Buddhahood. You will not be troubled by exertion, and the bonds of the mind will be broken. In happiness, it will increase it; in suffering, it will be a friend in sorrow. Such an excellent scripture is the one and only that does not deceive. Therefore, sing and chant it, recite it in verses, read it freely, and contemplate it. If you never separate from it, the illusions of samsara will be shattered into pieces. When the key point of realization from the lineage of blessings is transferred, unspeakable wisdom will arise from within. You will directly see the true face of the Omniscient Dharmakaya Guru, and on the basis of fundamental ease, peace of mind will be continuous. Meeting this scripture, there is no other practice, for it is the very essence of meditation and practice. For as long as you meet with this excellent scripture, the intention of the Dharmakaya will naturally arise. Therefore, without much mental turmoil from exertion, look at these excellent scriptures in a relaxed state. The meaning of what is expressed is profound and not far away. 此乃彼时之语。所言即是灌顶之实。心髓之修持，仅此即可。定义词义，解与不解皆可。所言之深义，知与不知皆可。意之深处，得与不得皆可。断绝希冀与疑虑，于不散乱中观之。再看，再看，与体验相融而看。经文与心相融，于心中扩展经文。于无分别中，于喜悦之音中吟唱。以虔诚之火燃起，生起证悟之智慧。噫！此乃心髓之精髓。如此甚深之甚深，他处无有。是加持之宝藏，是心髓之教法。是真实之导师，是手持佛陀。如此功德，纵经劫亦难尽述。若我此小慧不竭。何况他人之雄辩？如此殊胜之道，令圣者欢喜，无有他道。噫！如此珍宝。于得遇自由观览之良机之时。纵处轮回亦不甚悲伤。生起虔诚，为何不宽广？心之友，汝将心倾注于此经。于宽裕中，于此处下定决心。作为与勤作之扰乱，于此处止息。众多经文教诲之繁琐，于此处止息。悦耳之经论众多，有何用？甚深之口诀众多，有何用？繁琐之修持众多，有何用？是是而非之空谈众多，有何用？宽裕之禅定，此乃卧式之法。心安之宽裕，此乃自性之列。通晓一部殊胜之经，即能解脱一切，此乃是。百川之口诀，一桥相连，此乃是。安住于自身，莫向外求。舍弃心髓，莫拾外壳。舍弃无作，莫以勤奋修成。舍弃无为，莫多作为。仅于全知上师之传承中诞生。如此殊胜之法，乃祖先之遗产。如此殊胜之道，乃先辈所留。若要放下，定于此处放下。噫玛！噫玛！三传承之大悲。得遇殊胜之经，是为善缘。能够修持殊胜之道，是为幸运。佛陀存在于自身，确是真实。因此，于令诸佛欢喜之殊胜道上。心之友，汝将心与法相融。心

This is the speech of that time. What is spoken is the reality of empowerment. The practice of the heart essence, this alone is sufficient. Defining the meaning of words, whether understood or not is fine. The profound meaning of what is spoken, whether known or not is fine. The depths of the intention, whether attained or not is fine. Sever hope and doubt, and observe without distraction. Look again, look again, look with experience mingled. Blend scripture and mind, and expand scripture in the mind. In non-duality, sing in a joyful tone. With the fire of devotion blazing, generate the wisdom of realization. Alas! This is the essence of the heart essence. Such profound depth, there is none other. It is a treasury of blessings, it is the teaching of the heart essence. It is the true teacher, it is holding the Buddha's hand. Such qualities, even if spoken for eons, are difficult to exhaust. If my small wisdom does not run out. What need is there to mention the eloquence of others? Such an excellent path, pleasing to the noble ones, there is no other. Alas! Such a precious jewel. At this time of finding the good fortune to freely behold it. Even if dwelling in samsara, there is not much sadness. Generating devotion, why not be expansive? Heart friend, turn your mind to this scripture. In spaciousness, make a decision here. The turmoil of action and effort, cease here. The complexity of many scriptural instructions, cease here. What is the use of many pleasing scriptures? What is the use of many profound instructions? What is the use of many elaborate practices? What is the use of many "yes, yes" empty talks? Spacious contemplation, this is the reclining dharma. Comfortable spaciousness, this is the rank of self-nature. Knowing one excellent scripture, all are liberated, this is it. A hundred streams of instructions, connected by one bridge, this is it. Abide in yourself, do not seek elsewhere. Abandon the heart essence, do not gather the husk. Abandon effortlessness, do not accomplish with diligence. Abandon non-action, do not do too much. Just being born into the lineage of the all-knowing lama. Such an excellent dharma, is the inheritance of ancestors. Such an excellent path, is what the forefathers left behind. If you are to let go, definitely let go here. Alas, alas! Great compassion of the three lineages. Having the opportunity to encounter an excellent scripture is good fortune. Being able to practice an excellent path is lucky. The Buddha exists within oneself, it is indeed true. Therefore, on this excellent path that pleases the Buddhas. Heart friend, blend your mind with the dharma. Heart
