A moment of co-emergent joy wisdom. That which gathers in the center, A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal meaning: A) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanized: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) are inseparable, meditating briefly on the meaning of great bliss, the wisdom of the primordial purity base, the intention of Samantabhadri, the mind-free great bliss emptiness, or, the way to meditate on the joyful wisdom of the consort. When that is stable, again as before, after meditating on the three root wheels being filled with nectar. From the crown of the head, all essences gather into Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanized: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), descending to the throat, meditating in a state of bliss, is the wisdom of joy. From the secret place, all essences gather into A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal meaning: A), dissolving into the navel, meditating briefly, is the wisdom of supreme joy. All essences of the throat gather into Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanized: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), dissolving into the heart, meditating briefly, is the wisdom of joylessness. All essences of the navel gather into A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal meaning: A), dissolving into the heart, meditating briefly, is the wisdom of co-emergent joy. All white essences of the heart gather into Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanized: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), all red essences gather into A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal meaning: A), A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanized: a, Literal meaning: A) and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanized: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) mix into one, not thinking of duality, meditating briefly, is the wisdom of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri in union. That also meditating briefly in a state of becoming more and more subtle, with nothing else, is the wisdom of great equality. After that, transcending meditation and non-meditation, ease of mind, clarity, non-thought, emptiness naturally arising, without any grasping or being grasped, is the result of meditating on the subtle completion stage of all methods, is the ultimate end of realizing the profound wisdom of all wisdoms. Great Perfection, self-arisen wisdom, mind-free non-grasping, that itself is the ultimate truth. The wisdom that transcends thought and expression manifesting, is called thus. All the ways of meditating from the upper stability to great equality are the path, the arising of self-arisen wisdom is the fruit of the path, the ultimate endeavor of Great Perfection is the ultimate truth. Recognizing this and meditating, one will attain the supreme state in this life. These methods are also, at the four joys of upper stability, lowering the essences, at the four joys of lower stability, drawing them back to their original place and holding them, is the intention of Samantabhadra, concealing it in great wisdom. Then dissolving downwards, at the time of the four joys of the consort, gathering the essences and introducing them into the path, is holding them in the vajra vase, is the intention of Samantabhadri, concealing it in great wisdom. Then the four wheels above and below, one dissolving into the other, stabilizing in the heart, the essence of the non-dual four joys.
