从此时起，直至证得菩提果之间，伟大的金刚持上师，请加持我的身体，请加持我的语言，请加持我的心，请加持我的显现，请令我成熟，请令我解脱，请令我圆满，请令我增长。如是念诵三遍。受持誓言：伟大的金刚持上师们，请垂听！十方诸佛菩萨，以及金刚、珍宝、莲花、事业和如来等部族，请垂听！我名某某，从此时起，直至证得菩提果之间，皈依佛、法、僧三宝，也向喇嘛顶礼。皈依喇嘛金刚持，以及三宝。各自忏悔一切罪业。我发起无上的菩提心。我将随学五部的誓言，受持金刚铃等誓言物。我永不舍弃无上的三宝。我不舍弃金刚上师。我也永不诽谤金刚兄弟姐妹。断除对众生的损害。不诽谤圣者。对于声闻缘觉，也不应稍作轻蔑。不应舍弃持咒者。我也将从此时起，受持念诵修持事业的边际。安住于誓言律仪，不超越身语意。不应杀害众生，永不舍弃正法。不做迷惑的行为。令众生成熟，度脱未解脱者，救度未救度者，令未出离者出离，安置众生于涅槃。不诽谤教法，也应供养上师。应长远地断除轮回，应取证涅槃。不应使比丘灰心，不应扰乱禅定修行。不诽谤法与补特伽罗。特别是应修习坛城。圆满次第

From this time onwards, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, Great Vajradhara Lama, please bless my body, please bless my speech, please bless my mind, please bless my appearances, please cause me to ripen, please cause me to be liberated, please cause me to be filled, please cause me to increase. Say this three times. Taking the vows: Great Vajradhara Lamas, please listen! Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, as well as the Vajra, Ratna, Padma, Karma, and Tathagata families, please listen! I, named so-and-so, from this time onwards, until I reach the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the unsurpassed Three Jewels. I also prostrate to the Lama. I take refuge in the Lama Vajradhara, and the Three Jewels. I confess all sins individually. I generate the unsurpassed Bodhicitta. I will follow the vows of the five families, and hold the Vajra bell and other vow substances. I will never abandon the unsurpassed Three Jewels. I will not abandon the Vajra Master. I will never slander the Vajra brothers and sisters. I will abandon harming sentient beings. I will not slander the noble ones. I should not show even a little contempt towards the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. I should not abandon the mantra holders. I will also uphold the boundaries of recitation, practice, and activities from this very moment. Abiding in the vows, I will not transgress the body, speech, and mind. I should not kill living beings, and I will never abandon the Dharma. I will not engage in deluded actions. I will ripen sentient beings, liberate those who are not liberated, save those who are not saved, release those who have not been released, and establish sentient beings in Nirvana. I will not slander the teachings, and I should also offer to the Lama. I should abandon Samsara for a long time, and I should attain Nirvana. I should not discourage monks, and I should not disturb meditative practice. I will not slander the Dharma and individuals. In particular, I should meditate on the Mandala. Completion Stage
