Having done that for one day, all appearances seem blurred, and it feels like it is filled with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable). Therefore, during the main practice, it is necessary not to let the inner awareness be influenced by external appearances. Regarding blessing the inner aggregates, when reciting Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable), visualize the external Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) coming one after another from the left nostril into the body, filling the inner space with fire. After visualizing this, one may feel discomfort in the stomach and feel filled with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable). This is necessary to liberate awareness from being bound by the aggregates. Second, regarding practicing strength, there are also two types. Regarding practicing strength on external appearances, when reciting Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) with vigor, visualize Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) penetrating all appearing objects, whether far or near, without leaving any gaps or obstacles. After visualizing this, one may feel that this appearance has become empty and loose. This is necessary to become proficient in the selflessness of appearances. Regarding practicing strength on the inner aggregates, visualize Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) penetrating one's own body, without leaving any gaps or sensations, penetrating upwards, downwards, farwards, and nearwards. Generate the power of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) and recite, and one may feel the flesh throbbing and becoming loose. This is necessary to transform the aggregates into selflessness. Third, regarding seeking suppleness and entering the path, there are also two types. Regarding seeking suppleness, on a long piece of wood or something similar, string a rosary of Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable), or on a long object, wrap one tightly next to the other to the top, and then gradually unwind it, focusing on this. Recite a long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable), and practice this on all objects, and one may feel that the mind can be placed anywhere. This is necessary to be able to transform the object of focus at will. Regarding entering the path, visualize Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) entering a line like the path of a worm, up to the limit of what is visible. Recite Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable) at the bends where it goes far away, and from the invisible, extend it to the other side, never returning, contemplate mountains and valleys with the mind, and recite a long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हूं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:seed syllable), and a relaxed awareness will arise. This is necessary to bring awareness to its limit. Thus, regarding the preliminary practice of speech, there are two necessities. First, the common necessity is: to reverse the attachment to speech, to pacify obstacles, and the common benefit of both is to purify the sins of speech. The supreme necessity is: to prevent speech from entering samsara.

Attaining the Sambhogakaya, and the commonality of these two is that the speech vajra of all Buddhas becomes non-dual. The third is the preliminary of the mind: In the Madhyamaka-karika it says: "The mind is the place of arising at first, the place of dwelling in the middle, and the place of going in the end. By examining these three in this way, one trains the mind and knows the nature of the mind." Therefore, examine the three of arising, dwelling, and going. First, examine the place of arising, the one who arises, when the mind arises like a crumbling ruin, examine it at the very moment of appearance: Does it arise from external appearances, or from internal aggregates, or from existence, or from non-existence? Like this, separate the dust particles one by one, from where does it arise? Does mind arise from mind, or does the mind itself have any nature that can be determined? Does it exist internally or externally? Does permanence or cessation exist? Does view, meditation, conduct, or result exist? Does color, shape, or name exist? When examining like this, there is no place of arising and no one who arises, this is what is being talked about: being free from clinging to emptiness, not arising from the moment of appearance, there is a need to recognize the primordial nature Dharmakaya. The place of dwelling includes external appearances and one's own aggregates, the one who dwells is the awareness that appears now, examine it as before, the nature of the mind that appears is non-existent, appearing in the clear and empty sky-like state, this is: the nature of the mind without inherent existence needs to be recognized as the Sambhogakaya. The place of going, the one who goes, is also examined in the same way, when thoughts disappear, examine where they have gone, although it appears to go, but knowing that there is no place to go, therefore the clear and empty without trace needs to be recognized as the Nirmanakaya. Thus, the preliminary of the mind has two necessities, the common necessity is: the clinging of the mind subsides, obstacles are pacified, and commonly sins are purified. The supreme necessity is: the mind does not fall into samsara, attains the Dharmakaya, and commonly there is a need to become non-dual with the mind vajra of all Buddhas. The second is to abide: Relax the body and mind, like the lion's sleeping posture, like a self-grinding mill with dried-up water, in a state of ceasing effort, the body does not move, the speech does not speak, the mind does not conceptualize, abiding in this, there will be happiness like resting from a tavern. That is, the body abides, bodhicitta increases, speech abides
