ནས། སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་པདྨ་བརྩེགས་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་པདྨ་རཱ་ག་ལས་གྲུབ་པ་སྔ་མ་ལྟ་བུ། སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་པདྨ་རིགས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ལུང་བསྟན་ནས། སྐད་ཅིག་གིས་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་ལས་རབ་གྲུབ་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་མརྒད་ཏའི་རང་བཞིན། སྔ་མ་ལྟ་བུ་དོན་ཡོད་གྲུབ་པ་ལས་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་སྟེ། སྟེང་གི་ནམ་མཁའ་མི་མཇེད་བརྩེགས་པར་ཁྲོ་བོའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་མཐོང་མ་ཐག་རང་སྣང་གདོད་མའི་སར་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་བརྙེས་ནས་སྐུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པས། དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའི་ངང་ངམ་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་འགྲོ་དོན་མཛད་པའོ། །ཞིང་དེ་དག་ཏུ་ལོ་བརྒྱ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་ལྔ་ལྔ་གནས་ཏེ། ལྔ་བརྒྱ་ནས་གྲོལ་བར་གསུངས་སོ། །འདི་དག་གི་སྣང་ཚུལ་རྒྱས་པར་ནི། བཀོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང༌། རིག་པ་རང་ཤར་དང༌། ཉི་ཟླ་ཁ་སྦྱོར་གྱི་འགྲེལ་པར་གསུངས་པ་ལས་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་མངོན་སུམ་ཡང་ཟབ་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན། །ཉམས་ལེན་གནད་བསྡུས་ཁྲིད་ཀྱི་ཡི་གེ་འདིས། །མ་ལུས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་གདོད་མའི་སར་གྲོལ་ཏེ། །སྐུ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །རྒྱུད་དང་མན་ངག་ཡི་གེ་གྲངས་མང་ལས། །ཚིག་ཉུང་དོན་འདྲིལ་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བདེ་བ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་གསལ་བར་བྱས་ཏེ་བཀོད་པ་འདིས། །ཕྱི་རབས་དོན་འགྱུར་སྙམ་ནས་འབད་པ་ཡིན། །དེང་སང་སྐྱེ་བོ་གདུལ་དཀའ་བསོད་ནམས་དམན། །ཟབ་མོའི་གདམས་པས་ཕན་པ་ཉུང་ན་ཡང༌། །སྦྱངས་པའི་འཕྲོ་ཅན་འགའ་ཞིག་འབྱུང་སྲིད་པས། །དེ་དག་རྟོགས་པར་སླ་ཕྱིར་བཤད་པ་ཡིན། །བདག་བློ་ཞི་བའི་ནགས་ནང་དེར་དགའ་བས། །སྨན་ཤིང་མེ་ཏོག་ཆུ་གཙང་བྲག་རིའི་ངོས། ། གངས་རི་ཟླ་འོད་ཅན་དེར་ཕྱིན་གྱུར་ནས། །གཅིག་པུར་ཟབ་མོ་འདི་ཉིད་བསྒོམ་པར་ཤོག །དགའ་ཚལ་ལྷ་ཡི་སྐྱེད་མོས་ཆེས་ལྷག་པའི། །དྲང་སྲོང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བསྟི་གནས་བཟང་པོ་དེར། །ཚེ་གང་ཐར་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ལ་རེག་ནས། འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་ཤོག ། དངོས་གཞི་འོད་གསལ་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན་ཁྲིད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ། རང་བཞིན་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཀློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀྱིས། གངས་རི་ཐོད་དཀར་གྱི་མགུལ་དཔལ་ལྷ་ལས་བབས་པའི་རི་ངོགས་སུ་ལེགསས་པར་བཀོད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་སྔགས་ཀྱི་བདག་མོ་དང༌། གཟའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རཱ་ཧུ་་ལ་དང༌། དམ་ཅན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལེགས་པས་བཀའ་འདི་སྲུངས་ཤིག །ཡི་གེ་ལ་འདྲ་མིན་འཆོས་པ་བྱུང་ན་ཆད་པས་ཆོད་ཅིག སྣོད་མིན་ལ་མ་བསྟན་ཅིག སྐལ་ལྡན་ལ་བཀའ་འདི་ཁྲིད་ལ་བྱིན་ཅིག ས་མ་ཡཿ ས་མ་ཡཿ དགེའོ། །དགེའོ། ། དགེའོ།། །།མེས་པོའི་ཤུལ་བཞག་ལས། ཀློང་ཆེན་རབ་འབྱམས་ཀྱི་གསུང་འབུམ། ༼༩༽དངོས་གཞི་འོད་གསལ་སྙིང་པོའི་དོན་ཁྲིད།

此后，刹那间，西方莲花重叠的净土，如红莲宝所成。无量光佛为莲花部的眷属宣说佛法，授记成佛。刹那间，北方胜乐成就的净土，祖母绿的自性。如前者一般，不空成就佛为事业部的眷属宣说佛法，令其欢喜。在上方的人间重叠之处，一见到忿怒尊的净土，当下在原始自性之地获得无上菩提，身与智慧无二无别。二利任运成就，自然而然地利益众生。在那些净土中住留一百二十五年，说是五百年后解脱。这些景象的详细情况，应从《大庄严》、《智慧自生》和《日月和合》的注释中了解。如是，以直观甚深心要之义，此窍诀精要修持之文字，愿所有众生皆在原始之地解脱，身与智慧无二无别！ 从众多续部和口诀文字中，以简短的词句，意义精要，易于修持，非常清晰地写成此文，我是为了后代能理解其意义而努力。如今众生难以调伏，福德浅薄，甚深教法利益甚少，但或许会出现一些有修持基础的人，为了让他们容易领悟，所以才宣说。我喜欢寂静的森林，愿我前往药树鲜花、清水岩石的山崖，白雪皑皑、月光皎洁的山上，独自修持此甚深之法！ 愿我在胜过天界欢乐园林的，贤善圣者们的居所，一生证得解脱菩提，二利任运成就！名为《实修光明心要之义》，自性大圆满瑜伽士龙钦饶绛，于白雪皑皑的冈底斯山（冈仁波齐峰）山腰，天降神山的岩壁上圆满著成。愿吉祥密咒之母，星曜之王罗睺罗，以及护法金刚善守护此教言！ 若文字有错谬之处，愿以誓言断之！ 勿示于非法器！ 赐予具缘者！

Then, in an instant, the western pure land of stacked lotuses, made of red lotus jewels like before. Amitabha Buddha teaches the Dharma to the retinue of the Padma family, prophesying enlightenment. In an instant, the northern pure land of perfectly accomplished actions, the nature of emerald. Like before, Amoghasiddhi Buddha teaches the Dharma to the retinue of the Karma family, inspiring them. In the stacked realm of the human world above, as soon as the wrathful deity's pure land is seen, one attains unsurpassed enlightenment in the original ground of self-appearance, with body and wisdom inseparable. The two benefits are spontaneously accomplished, naturally benefiting beings. In those pure lands, they remain for one hundred and twenty-five years, and it is said that they will be liberated after five hundred years. The details of these appearances should be understood from the commentaries on the Great Array, Self-Arisen Wisdom, and the Union of Sun and Moon. Thus, with the meaning of the direct and profound essence, may all beings be liberated in the original ground through this concise instruction manual, with body and wisdom inseparable! From the numerous tantras and oral instruction texts, with few words, essential meaning, and easy to practice, this text is written very clearly, and I strive for future generations to understand its meaning. Nowadays, beings are difficult to subdue and have little merit, and the profound teachings are of little benefit, but perhaps some with a foundation of practice will appear, so I explain it to make it easier for them to understand. I love the peaceful forest, may I go to the cliffs of medicinal trees, flowers, clear water, and rocks, to the snowy, moonlit mountains, and practice this profound Dharma alone! May I, in the abode of the virtuous sages, surpassing the joyous gardens of the gods, attain liberation and enlightenment in this lifetime, and may the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished! This concludes the text called "The Essential Instructions on the Meaning of the Luminous Essence," perfectly composed by the self-existing Great Perfection yogi Longchen Rabjam on the mountainside of Gangri Thökar (Mount Kailash), where the divine mountain descended from the heavens. May the glorious mistress of mantras, the king of planets Rahula, and the oath-bound Vajra Lekpa protect this command! If there are any errors in the text, may they be cut off by oath! Do not show it to unworthy vessels! Bestow it upon the fortunate ones!
