各自的行持是，以譬喻和意义两种方式来指示。譬喻如同在生处中阴时断除怀疑，进入到宽敞的房间一样。意义是依靠殊胜的上师，对于上师所开示的诀窍之义，以闻思修精勤地修行，从而断除怀疑。同样，在临终中阴时进行明观，如同美女照镜子一样，是指先前熟悉的诀窍在此刻清晰地浮现在脑海中。在法性中阴时，相信自己的显现，如同孩子投入母亲的怀抱一样，是指诀窍之义已经融入修行，无论法性的显现如何出现，都不会感到恐惧，而是确信自己的显现是智慧的游舞。在有中阴时，延续业的余势，如同在断裂的水渠上筑坝一样，是指无论错觉和恐惧如何显现，都凭借先前习惯和将要如此宣说的诀窍要点，进入到清净的转生之道。这些也根据根器的不同，解脱的程度也分为三等，详细内容可以从其他地方了解。 第三个意义是，最终的精进是在自性化身刹土中获得解脱并证得菩提的口诀。如《自显现》中所说：“见到真谛的补特伽罗，即使证悟未生于相续中，也会在十方化身刹土中，从此处究竟解脱。”因此，此处虽然见到了显现的意义，但由于没有获得稳固，变成了有间断的修行者，与中阴的解脱程度不相应的人，即使法性中阴显现，也无法认识，而有中阴仅仅像梦中的错觉一样显现。然而，凭借法性真谛的加持和持明传承的慈悲，在梦醒的瞬间，在极乐等清净刹土中获得转生，见到如来，听闻佛语，获得灌顶和传承，获得解脱，从而从烦恼的束缚中解脱，并在原始的刹土中获得瞬间的解脱。内在明亮的法身和智慧无二无别，三时不变的法界中，在不移动的情况下，在十方刹土的海洋中圆满受用，并且像化身的月亮在水中显现一样，利益轮回存在的所有众生。

The individual's path is shown by two aspects: example and meaning. The example is like entering a spacious room, cutting off doubts in the bardo of the birth place. The meaning is to rely on the noble lama, and diligently practice hearing, thinking, and meditating on the meaning of the instructions he has given, thereby cutting off doubts. Similarly, applying clarity in the bardo of dying is like a beautiful woman looking in a mirror, which means that the previously familiar instructions clearly appear in the mind at this time. In the bardo of dharmata, trusting in one's own appearances is like a child entering its mother's lap, which means that the meaning of the instructions has been absorbed into practice, so no matter how the appearances of dharmata arise, there is no fear, but confidence that one's own appearances are the play of wisdom. In the bardo of existence, continuing the momentum of karma is like building a dam in a broken irrigation ditch, which means that no matter how illusory appearances and fears arise, one enters the path of pure rebirth through the key points of the instructions that have been practiced before and will be explained in this way. These also have three levels of liberation depending on the capacity of the individual, which can be understood in detail from other sources. The third meaning is the ultimate diligence, which is the oral instruction for being liberated and attaining enlightenment in the realm of the self-nature nirmanakaya. As it says in Rangshar, "The person who sees the truth, even if realization has not arisen in their mindstream, will be liberated from their place in the ten directions of nirmanakaya realms." Therefore, here, even if the meaning of appearance is seen, those who have not gained stability and have become practitioners with interruptions, and who do not correspond to the degree of liberation in the bardo, even if the dharmata bardo arises, they cannot recognize it, and the existence bardo only appears as a dreamlike illusion. However, through the blessing of the truth of dharmata and the compassion of the lineage of vidyadharas, at the moment of awakening from the dream, they take birth in pure realms such as Sukhavati, see the Tathagatas, hear the Buddha's speech, receive empowerment and transmission, and obtain liberation, thereby being freed from the bonds of afflictions, and attaining instantaneous liberation in the primordial realm. The inner clear form and wisdom are inseparable, and without moving from the sphere of the three times unchanging dharmadhatu, they fully enjoy the ocean of the ten directions of realms, and like the moon reflected in water, they benefit all sentient beings as long as samsara exists.

Like the wish-fulfilling jewel and the wish-fulfilling tree, it arises effortlessly and continuously. Fourth, relying on the conclusion of the aspiration prayer to solemnly seal the decree is: In the "Post-Mortem Meaning Guidance," it says: "This extremely secret heart essence, the manifest instruction, whoever touches it connects with actual nirvana. The eight vehicles, Ati, the three categories of bindus, do not touch this meaning." As it is said, such a key instruction is even more extremely rare than the wish-fulfilling jewel, the king of power. Therefore, for the fortunate and extraordinary disciples, it should be transmitted with an extremely secret seal. They should also become familiar and stable in practice, and accomplish the work of benefiting others without weariness and with joy. Thus, the seal of commitment is given, and the protectors are entrusted, thereby performing a solemn seal. If you want to guide the path of generation and completion stages to complete maturation and liberation, then first tame your mind stream through the preliminaries. Then bestow the vase empowerment, and show the generation stages of the five families' outer and inner practices. Then bestow the secret empowerment, and show the paths of tummo. Then bestow the wisdom and knowledge empowerment, and show the paths of the consorts. Then bestow the word empowerment, and show the paths of original purity and cutting through resistance. Then bestow the empowerment of the power of awareness, and show the paths of direct transcendence in sequence. Alternatively, bestow the five empowerments all at once in their entirety, and then explain the guidance of the generation and completion stages in the previous order. Whenever you want to connect the branch scriptures and auxiliary teachings related to that path in their respective contexts, and integrate them into a single process of generation and completion stages for explanation, then you should be familiar with the root instructions of the treasure texts, as well as the explanations of the profound meanings in the "Commentary on the Heart Essence, the Excellent Explanation of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel," the practices of the vidyadhara lineage, and the points of classification and summarization of the Smar guidance. The single path traversed by all the Buddhas, is called the essence of the profound and vast Dharma, Ati. The supreme secret pinnacle of the dakini heart essence, is the instruction that is the footprint of hundreds of thousands of accomplished beings.
